Verona Veterinary Clinic has be our go to clinic for over 30 years. Throughout time and personnel changes one thing remains the same: Quality of care, and genuine pet wellness. We have worked with rescue and rehoming groups through the years and they have been the best in their care of the many vets that we have worked with. We strongly recommend the Verona Veterinary Clinic and all the Doctors and associates!

They were amazing with getting me in to see my hedgehog right away new to the area and this will be the vet I use for anything now !!Seemed like they did a great job with my hedgehog she was not scared when I picked her up and they helped relieve her of some pain she was having !!Thank you for being amazing with the exotic animals

Great service, easy scheduling and loving care for our two dogs. We trust them with our dogs’ health and their grooming. It is also good that we see many of the same faces at the clinic which would indicate it is a good place to work as well.

•Receptionist didnt smile once while we were checking in and out, very unwelcoming. • lack of communications between whoever took our calls prior to our visit which made for a long drawn out procedure that should have been done quickly. • unacceptable end of life for the dog that received multiple (at least 10 jabs) in the jugular vein before switching to a smaller needle...a horrible experience that should have been a peaceful passing. The clinic itself is dirty and cluttered. I will never set foot in this place again, or recommend them to my friends and family.

Love the ladies here. Put my dog down earlier in the year, they were so kind and understanding about how much he meant to us. Allowed me to be with my boy until I was ready to leave him. They also offer beautiful mementos, gorgeous box for his ashes. I liked them so much I am have brought my new puppy back to this vet. They have been so helpful with resources and accommodating with scheduling. My puppy is a handful and they did so wonderful with him.

We used to bring our cats to Oregon vet, but following our cat being sick awhile ago and Oregon Vet not offering an appointment for several weeks, we changed to this vet and they got us right in. We brought our cat here last week for vomiting. We called at 4:20 pm and they fit us in that day for 5 pm. They were kind, helpful and very reasonably priced. They even called on Saturday to check how she was doing. They are so nice and really a great place to bring your pets.

On a Saturday morning my foster dog got bitten and it broke her eardrum. My own vet clinic was closed so I called here and they graciously saw her and quickly! I loved this real hometown clinic with 2 cats in permanent residence and the vet care was great! With multiple pets it is probably wise to use multiple vets. I will be back! Thank you!!

Never been here before until today. After having called two different vets in the town of Verona, non of which would take our 2-3 month old puppy since we were new patients. Despite it being an emergency and life or death of our sweet little puppy, this vet took us in immediately despite being new patients and having never gone here previously. As one always does, we check the reviews and while Yelp may not do this sweet attentive clinic it's much deserving praise. I am glad to see google picked up the slack an showed this clinic the 5 stars they deserve.They were extremely attentive to our needs, they took our sick puppy in and within hours he was back to being his old chipper hyper self! If it wasn't for this lovely clinic and the amazing people, we would have lost our dear little dude. But thanks to Verona veterinary medical services clinic, they made sure he was 100% clean bill of health before sending him home. Not to mention the ladies here were absolutely fantastic with my two very curious daughters who had questions up the wazoo and wanted to pet every animal there, they allowed so within reason obviously. I know we found our forever clinic to turn to in not only times of need but for basic health checkups for our furbabies.Got tight money issues? No problem! This lovely clinic helped us in our tight spot with financial assistance with a very reasonable payment plan that does NOT bury your wallet in the woods somewhere to never be found. Come to this clinic! It's worth every dime and second spent here. Love the atmosphere, the work they do and the people there are just everything anyone would want in a veterinary clinic. Five star rating all around any day! Thank you Verona veterinary medical services for everything you did today 05/27/22 for our little Titan and understanding our situation as well being so patient with our girls and their never ending questions and urge to pet every animal there today. They had so much fun and were less scared about everything with how calmly you lovely woman kept the situation handled. Words can not match our gratitude towards you and what you all do.

Best vet ever! Knowledgeable, responsive doctors and staff who all care about their patients. Flexible appointment times available on short notice and very reasonable fees. My dog has had everything from routine shots and teeth cleaning to abscess removal surgery and treatment for chronic digestive issues. The staff always makes sure she's happy and healthy when she leaves. Two paws up!

I've been going to this clinic for over 17 years. I drove from Black Earth, Cross Plains and Middleton to continue their services. I've had a dog and 2 cats visit Dr. Schultz and Dr. Ashley Anderson. I use to take my collie there for vet care and grooming until he died at 15 yrs old! I have utilized the Boarding services, owned by Bob! Excellent care there!I love the continuity of the staff there. Kerry, Jessica and Emily have been vet techs for many years!!! They all take amazing care of my 4 leggeds and me!!

We recently changed vets and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. Our dog had been getting sick and throwing up a lot lately and they recommend some changes and gave us some medication. Two days later we got a call from them asking us how things were going with our dog Maya. We felt very cared for during our visit and even after we left. Highly recommend them as they truly do care for the animals.

The people here are beyond wonderful, they know my dog by name and are so kind to her -- and to me, as the first-time mom of an aging dog with lots of questions and worries. Even if I moved away I would make the effort to bring my pets here.

Everyone here is beyond wonderful. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Ever! I have been bringing my cat here since she was a kitten and they couldn't be more helpful. They never make me feel like I'm crazy or ask stupid questions! I love them and would not trust anyone else with my cat. I will always come here and recommend anyone and everyone!!

We Received a disturbing call from Bob saying they found our dead puppy in their freezer after 5 years and wanted us to pay to have him cremated! Our puppy had to be put down it was a horrific morning .Our older golden retriever killed our new puppy that we had gotten 4 days prior .We brought our sweet puppy covered in blood to the clinic they told us there was nothing they could do ! We were devastated! We rushed out of the house so quickly I didn’t bring my purse. They told us they would bill us and not to worry they would take care of everything .They did bill us and we assumed the cremation was included in it .We paid our bill and 5 years later we received the call while on vacation in Alaska they found our puppy in their freezer, they never cremated him and wanted us to pay to have it done!! We were once again reminded of that horrific day. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone they have no compassion and what kind of clinic could leave a dead puppy in their freezer for 5 years... Who runs a business like this ... How many other family pets did they forget about ? The worst part about it was we had to fight with them about what we planned to do they said we could pick our puppy up or pay to cremate him! I hope I’d this helps even one family not to have to go through what they put us through then it’s worth the review! I wouldn’t bring any animal to this Vet!!

Tried forcing unnecessary procedures (teeth removal) and charging for each tooth removed. It has been several years since the visit where I told them to not remove teeth and my dog has been seen by a couple of different vets and his teeth have had a clean bill of health.Do yourself a favor and drive to Madison for a real vet.

I would not recommend going to here if you have a Guinea pig. We took our Guinea pig to see Ashley Anderson because he wasn't eating or drinking for several days. She checked him over and said nothing appeared to be wrong, we should go buy some Oxbow Critical Care food. 4 days later, we then took our Guinea pig to another Vet Clinic because he was getting worse. It turns out he ended had a terrible mouth infection that should have been discovered by Ashley Anderson who never even looked in his mouth. Unfortunately, he passed away 7 days after going to this clinic.
