Diane has done a wonderful job grooming my hard to cut Shih Tzu mix puppy. He has a texture that’s prone to matting (even with daily brushing) and his hair type isn’t very easy to cut/manage. He always comes out looking perfect and like he had a salon blow-out, and really happy like he just had a great time and was treated like royalty. Diane was really great with our fur baby, which is really number one for us.Past groomers, my pup just seemed like a number and they couldn’t even tell me if he used the bathroom or not in the several hours he was there. Even though they were highly rated, self advertised as a “spa” experience, with extreme pricing, an odd double booking protocol for what was really a big box store groom. Our dog looked like “Lord Farquaad” from Shrek every time he came out of that place and my husband would count the minutes for his hair to grow out.Diane and her staff treat your fur baby, like their fur baby and take the time to really hear about your pup’s preferences/temperament, and how you like their hair to be cut, etc. She’ll let you show her inspiration pictures of grooms you like, too, and she gives realistic feedback and works with you on how to grow their hair to get the cut you want. She also has a really great storefront with the best of the best pet food and treats. For our family, we try to feed our pets the best of the best so we can get as much time with them possible. Some items she has stocked, you only find online, and at prices better than most local shops. 10/10, will keep coming back and recommending her. Even if your pet doesn’t need grooms, she has a really great selection of holistic, high end foods for prices you can’t beat.

I love Goochi Poochi! My dog is clean. My dog's hair cut looks great! The appointments are timely. The women who work there are very kind to both me and my dog. Most importantly, my dog is always happy when I drop him off and happy when I pick him up! This means so much to me! I could not be more happy with the grooming services at Goochi Poochi!

I have recommended Goochi Poochi to all my dog owning friends and all are as happy with this dog grooming salon as I am. I have been going there for years. The proprietor gets to know each dog and how to make each one feel safe, secure and relaxed. I have owned dogs for over 25 years and I never found a better dog groomer. She does great work and the dogs all seem to love and respect her.

I'm so glad I found Goochi Poochi. They are reasonably priced while also giving my dog a very professional cut. He looks absolutely adorable! I was really impressed that they kept a "file" on how they had groomed him. Many groomers ask over and over how short you want the cut with no way to verify what they did the last time. At Goochi Poochi, they knew exactly how they had done his cut and were able to seamlessly shift the style when I said his ears seemed a little long. They're definitely a great find.

I arrived at 12:30 pm for my mini daschund nail trim (10 min appointment / $20) . I indicated that I need to be with my mini daschund during his nail trim because he becomes very stressed. The older woman I dealt with would not listen to me explain why it would be easier for the groomer to trim his nails with me by his side. She kept interrupting me and finally said I am going to decline the appointment. I was very taken back that she would not let me explain and pretty much showed me the door. I truly believe the groomer that was going to trim the nails would have allowed it but the older women was very adamant . Lesson learned, should have read the one and two star reviews before I made the appointment.

My dog Coco looked and smelled great!! What I didn't know is that they don't have to kennel dogs, so she was a lot less stressed! Daine and Lindsey made me feel welcome and were very professional. Thanks for making my elderly dog look and feel great!!

This little local shop is a must for grooming! The staff is super friendly and they do excellent work with my two huge dogs, Dot and Dame. We love it when it is grooming day at our house. The dogs just run in when they get there bc they know they will be given a ton of attention during their groom.

My standard poodle got groomed yesterday morning, Lindsay did the groom and just rushed thru the whole thing. This is a list of everything that was not done: her face was not shaved, ears were not plucked, tail ears and head were not brushed(she still has matting in the ears), nails were not cut, she wasn't rinsed properly and is very itchy, her coat is choppy, her head looks like an egg, it only took her 1.5 hours(poodles should take between 3-4 hours) and she came back to me VERY stressed out(she won't sit properly and kept shaking). I called multiple times to no answer then when they finally called me back they had no want to help resolve the solution other than "we'll give you $10 off your next groom" i tried explaining multiple times to the owner Diane on the phone that she needs to be completely re-done, diane was very rude on the phone and just kept defending the groom and eventually hung up on me. I went in this morning as agreed by both diane and myself to talk about a resolution, Diane was so unprofessional in person she belittled me left and right, everything i said was wrong, she wouldn't re-wash my dog, she wouldn't brush out the matting her groomer caused because it's "inhumane" i've never had a business owner speak to me so mean, i can't begin to imagine how they treated my dog if they had no problem treating me like that. My hope is that Diane and Lindsay can take a step back and work on people skills and basic respect. I recorded my whole interaction with Diane this morning just incase she would raise her voice at me or say something mean which she did both. Diane also took unsolicited pictures of my dog and refuses to delete them.

Ty (Sheppard/Husky mix) and I love you ladies! His bath, blow out, and nail trim were much needed and he received several compliments at doggie daycare. He sheds a lot so getting a blow out once a month is a life saver. Keep up the good work ladies and the cat (Binkles) loves all of your food recommendations. See you next month!

After grooming,my dog had two cuts which I found bleeding whenwe got home. They neglected to tell me about this. Over the next three days I called the shop and left messages with zero response. I returned to the shop to discuss the matter. The discussion was unsatisfactory and I was accused of lying. Please becareful with your beloved pets.

Texted the day before to change the time of an appointment that was scheduled a month ago. Accused me of having appointments and not showing up. That happened one time due to a transportation issue from the apartment complex I live in - I do not drive so utilize their transportation. They called her and explained the situation as to why I was unable to get my dog to her appointment. I do not drive so my daughter made arrangements to drive 2 1/2 hours to take my dog to get groomed. Furious and looking elsewhere. One star is too many.

A little old, but I wanted to book an appointment with them a few months ago. I was told no because I was not a pre existing customer. A little angered by this, so I took my dogs to Wiggle Waggle down the street. Much better customer service and I loved my groom! I understand COVID, but make a setting on the website that allows you to filter appointments, instead of making me jump through hoops. Not professional at all.

I took my cat there for a nail trim. Diana did a fantastic job, she was kind and patient, and even gave us some free sample treats on the way out! Easy online booking and great reminder texts and emails. I highly recommend this place!

Diane was extremely rude and unprofessional every time i spoke to her. Absolutely nothing was correct on my groom and i just wanted a refund because my dog wasn’t even rinsed properly so i had to get a whole other groom scheduled for her. She was very unkind to me in the shop and belittled me left and right. Avoid them at all costs!

I have been calling Goochi Poochi once a week for the past 2 months and nobody answers the answering machine always picks up and says leave a message. it says that there open and I call during there business hours but nobody ever answers. I wanted to make an appointment for grooming and I have questions since we have never been. Whatever they lost a paying customer

Horrible, unprofessional.. never got a call she was done felt it was taking to long three hrs later I come to check on my dog and the owner isn't there she leftbto "go get her dogs" as mine sits in the back, not even fully groomed I told her at this point in ready to not pay u left ur own business to go get ur dogs over my dog u said would take 1 and a half to two hrs to-do.. it's been three the lady that was at the desk had no clue about ANYTHING.. once the owner finally gor back she told me i had to oah cadh or i wasnr getting my dog back... i paid 60 bucks for an unfinished grooming and a threat to keep my DOG.. she Never even let my dog out she had to go so bad she went in the parking lot.. on furious!!!!
