Self-checkout only this morning. Minimal available assistance, and you will not get through the self-checkout without it because, per staff, 1) The machines will not read the codes on produce, and 2) The machines will not accept cash (a manager type needs to print out your receipt and take you to a manual checkout to accomplish this). I had maybe eight items and I had to call for assistance twice. I would have gotten through a regular checkout faster if one was available. Several months ago I would have said this is a great place to shop because the people are so friendly and helpful but now I would recommend that if you are having a good day and want it to last, avoid this place. I won't be back.

I didn't like Festival at first, but it has grown on me. The selection is somewhat limited, but they have everything I want.The staff is always very kind and the store is clean and rarely crowded.If you live in the area it is a decent grocery store for daily needs.

Great new grocery store in Verona. Well lit store and clean. Easy to find your way around the store. Staff was friendly and helpful. A young girl helped bag our groceries even though we were in a bag your own line. Easy to get in and out once you know the layout of the store.

The location had ample parking,a sufficient number of handicapped spaces, a couple of wheelchairs, and a couple of scooters. The entryway and doors have ready handicapped access and clearances, with no difficulty using automatic did while using such devices.The store is large and easily navigated by multiple carts in the same aisle. There are fliers for advertised specials as well as an aisle directory at the entry to the store. The store is clean bright, well organized, and had proper signage for advertised specials, everyday low prices, and special events.They offer free coffee with flavor syrups at the end of the send serve hot food warming table. The salad makings all looked fresh and tasty, though the hot food warming table looked like the temperature was set a little too high, with food pulling away from the edges of their bins or cooked onto the edge of the bin.The deli looked amazing and ready to feed a large dinner party or a tailgate party. So many options to choose from and all of it was very appetizing.The items in the bakery all looked fresh and perfect. Seasonal specialties, cookies, breads, frosted cupcakes, and society cakes all looked perfect and ready for the table.The produce section was clean and smelled fresh and zesty with all of the produce presented in an attractive array. I was inspired by the layout to make a few dishes this week.The seafood and fresh meat section offered great deals and so many options for take and cook, pre-made selections. I was again inspired to make several dishes this week. The one downside I saw in the near sending was that the roast I had selected was leaking due to the foam tray used to support the 3lb roast was broken in a few places and it had cut through the cling wrap it had been packaged with. I selected a different roast, let the gentleman in the section know, and he gave me a cleansing cloth with hand sanitizer on it to clean my hands while he went to retrieve the roast and check the others for possible issues.The canned and boxed good aisles had everything I was looking for and more. The frozen food aisles were plentiful and well stocked.There are several checkout lines with people to help with bagging as well as self check lines that take a variety of payment options.Sadly, Festival Foods does not have a loyalty card or an app available, but you can opt in for emails to be sent with specials and such.Over all, I give this store five stars. All of the people I spoke to we very helpful, friendly, upbeat, and knowledgeable and took the time to verify they had heard me correctly because I had laryngitis. The level of professionalism and care had to be selected by HR, it can't be taught. I hope all of you have as positive of an experience as I did.

Did I read our bill right? An extra $8 to keep our turkey in the fridge and $5 for us to come pick it up. Do you charge all your customers' junk fees or just the ones that make a Thanksgiving order in advance? I thought keeping meat refrigerated was just a norm, wasn't expecting an extra charge for that, and really- a fee for picking up my own order. Ya got me this year but never again.

I love this brand new grocery store. It's open late and huge! They have really good ad coupon discounts too , which are in the paper every week. They've even got a playroom for kids to use while you shop. It's a great family oriented shop with amazing store made goods.

This place is great! Very open and easy to navigate the prices are reasonable for the qaulity you're getting. The veggies were nice and fresh. Their meat department was well stocked and had a nice selection of unique cuts of meat.

The sales are good, but exist only to draw you in to buy otherwise overpriced goods. They aren't even subtle about it; they announce to everyone how much you've saved. I saw one woman save over $90 dollars on $200 of goods. She only bought the sale items.

It's hilarious that this place has 4.5 stars. Yes, everything is clean, and the food looks good from a distance. I have given this place more than enough chances. Meat is okay.... produce is okay.... Unless you look for their deals, this place is overpriced for the quality of product they are selling. Then there is the bagging of your own groceries. I get it, but when you have 4 employees standing right in front of you chatting about their personal life, all while watching me bag groceries without connecting the dots. That my friends is poor customer service. Miller's in Verona might not have the corporate feel of festival, but it sure has better prices, and their meat and produce isn't even a comparison. Miller's customer service also blows festival out of the water. I had to give festival another chance because Miller's was closed early on a Sunday. I will definitely make sure I manage my time more wisely next time so I don't make this mistake again. Best of luck to you festival!

Decent... The store is clean and tidy but there are other things that need some attention.POSITIVES:- Clean store.- Overall, good selection.- Quality brands.- Frequent ads/deals.NEGATIVES:- Prices are higher than I'm typically willing to pay.- Produce is abundant, but mediocre quality.- Staff is in need of training. Nobody seems to know where anything is. I've learned who the managers are and I seek them if I need assistance.- Piggy-backing on my last point: unless I'm at the self-checkouts or if it's a minor at the check lane, it's rare that I get ID'd for alcohol. I am a young looking 21+ year-old, and how I don't get carded is beyond me. I always end up producing identification either way, (usually after the cashier has scanned and bagged the alcohol). THIS IS NOT OKAY. I buy most of my spirits here and I really would hate to formally report this if it happens again, but it may be necessary.

This store is fantastic, has a great selection of products and a endless deli section full of delicious foods. Their meat and seafood section is phenomenal. This store is always on our list of places to go when we're in the Green Bay area.

This is the best store I have been to. Great environment. Not only is the facility clean and organized, but every staff person I have encountered has been so pleasant. Everyone has smiles and they make sure you are finding everything with no issues. The fresh produce is always great, and they have pretty much anything you could need for groceries. Definitely my favorite grocery store I have ever shopped at.

Good grocery store. Picked up a very nice ham for Easter (on sale) and cooked it at home (see picture!). Joined the fuel rewards program and with my $50 grocery purchase got a gas discount of 25 cents off per gallon at Kwik Trip valid for 30 days.

I enjoy going to this store because it is huge clean and has everything. I often get stuck in the deli and fresh baked goods departments. Never go there on an empty stomach. Just be sure to check the dates of sale items. I have bought things like mustard and mayonnaise close to an end date. Also there is only one or two check outs that bag for you this creates a tough situation when you have a toddler in tow and have to self bag. All said I like Festival.

We were just making a stop for a few bites and beverages on a 40-mile bike trip. Lots of good grab and go options. I had sushi! Made a trip around the wide outer aisle around the store and found all we needed. We were in & out in less than 10 minutes.They also have several tables around the front of the building and bins for disposables, so we were able to eat, properly dispose of trash and recyclables, and get back on the trails quickly.

Me & a family member of mine went in for some quick shopping,2 minutes into the store we noticed that we were being followed on every ale it became very uncomfortable.I worked as a loss prevention person so I know when someone is on the lookout for thief which wasn’t the case at all in our situation.Even at the checkout a security person and 2 workers was standing extremely close by us.It’s unfortunate being an African American and going places and already being profiled just by the color of our skin.This was a very traumatic experience.

Quick stop for Wisconsin Beer & Cheese before leaving Verona after our visit to Wisconsin Brewing Company. Really nice, clean & friendly store.
