Go shopping with my family and Mercedes J assumes we are not members , tells us that I can’t use two separate cards to pay for my order. Placed the entire order on one card. I love Costco but it’s disappointing, everyone else is so nice there. She was very rude and disrespectful and told us that “guests” aren’t allowed to buy anything? It’s my own order which I am a member? Taking my business to Sams Club.

We have never had issues paying for our items at Costco until today. We bring guests to Costco with us and the cashier Mercedies J said they can’t do seperate transactions, how the member pays for the transaction. We have always split transactions and never had any issues. Disappointed.

A very clean and spacious Costco and that too nearby our home. They have friendly staffs and we became gold star members since we shop almost 3-4 times a week. We all know that Costco offers great deals and we specifically like this branch as it never feels too crowded to shop in the weekdays and gives a good vibe. Must visit!

It’s Costco!! What do I have to say.Quick checkout, friendly staff. Bigger and more spacious. More gas pumps. Everything looks brand new, from gas to entrance to carts to entire warehouse is new.Entrance faces south. Wide open entrance. Wheel chair accessible entrance.Recommend this place and I will revisit.

Very clean and spacious. A little different set up from Middleton’s Costco.The entry/exit is low car friendly, and the gas station is even bigger than Middletons.

Because I only 3 items to purchase. I was able to get in and out with the self-serve quickly and the food court was not busy at all.I had 3 items that I purchased. And they were very obvious in my arms and the lady at the door to exit look at my receipt had to touch-and-go through each item on my receipt. Not quite sure if it needed to be that intensive. I definitely understand why they check items as you go out mine just seemed so simple.

We finally decided to become gold members. Shopped at the newest store in Verona. Nice, clean, well organized store with a helpful staff. Have only been there twice but was impressed with how quick the checkout was. Will be a member forever!

This little Costco is great because, 1) it's close to Mom's home. 2) It's lesser known as a fairly new location 3) We druve through rural area and farmland to get there. It's a nostalgic 15 min drive and we like that it's lesser known. It's definitely busier than last year and I know we can't keep it to ourselves for long.

Nice store but very difficult to shop. No rhyme or reason to item location. Wanted to purchase a gift card and in the end it was ok, but customer service does not do this-had to get back in a l-o-n-g checkout line for one simple giftcatd.

Prices are hard to beat and most of the food is very good quality. The drawback is that quite a few things are only sold in large quantities. A membership and a chest freezer will eventually pay for themselves.

I am so happy to have a Costco so close to my community.If you don't have a membership yet you should consider getting one because they can save you hundreds of dollars on products that we use every month. You just have to apply good management to your purchase selections and billing and you should realize some terrific savings.So far I have been extremely pleased with their service reps as I have needed help a number of times and each person I have worked with has been extremely well informed and pleasant to deal with. It is refreshing to work with people that know what they are doing.

Decent prices, albeit often three times the amount needed, Costco really is five times better than Sam's club, even the free samples are more abundant and better quality than its competition. Wish there was one closer to where we live 😔

My favorite Costco is also my closest Costco. I love how accessible this location is compared to the Middleton location's nightmare of a parking lot. I hope one day they put in a car wash too here. That would be amazing.

I love Costco! The Verona location saves me about 20 minutes on drive time.The store is the usual Costco - giant box with shelves lined with products.They have EV charging stations, something I have not seen before, and gas pumps.The staff was friendly.They have added some more Virta friendly items in the store.They also have a good selection of wines.

Reincarnation of SAMS club?Just signed up, walked thru and not sure if I made a good choice.Today we just bought essentials; ice cream bars, nuts, popcorn and bacon. And you can't leave without having a $1.50 hotdog and soda!

Felt like a typical Costco, maybe a bit roomier. The gas station was also better with more pumps and space. Self service tire fill up with nitrogen is super awesome. You used to have to ask the tire center mechanics for a fill up but now you can easily do it yourself. Automated system so it stops at the pressure you want.

The Verona Costco is very nice some staff are friendly and demos people some are friendly while others don't talk to members. But overall great samples and great quality of products. Please bring in some new pizzas products like home run, red baron and etc.

Easily the best Costco in the Madison area in terms of gas station size, parking lot availability, and overall customer base.
