I love this Farm & Fleet. They have such a great selection of high quality tools, accessories and parts for any project or outdoor hobby. I especially like their extensive selection of Milwaukee Tool brand products.The workers here are so friendly and proactive. They are very prompt to ask if you need any help or have any questions. They also are great conversationalists.The prices here are very fair and depending on the season, there are usually some decent sales.During the warmer months I go here to buy my live and artificial fishing bait. I have never had am issue with quality of these products.This store is clean and well kept.

I stopped in this week with a new-to-us chainsaw in need of a chain replacement. Taylor greeted me enthusiastically and asked how he could help. As a new chainsaw owner, I was extremely grateful for his assistance. He replaced the chain, explaining what he was doing so I would be able to do it in the future. He went above and beyond my request by checking out the entire unit, as well as providing me with a much-appreciated tutorial on the mechanics and operation of the chainsaw.

Once again, the small engine crew has knocked out of the park with repairing Our equipment! These guys are extremely knowledgeable and helpful with every piece of equipment that I’ve brought in and willing to go that extra mile to fix and educate me on the care operation of the small engine items that I bring to them. I had an issue with an order and the person in the drive thru and a member of management were amazing at trying to resolve it. They both were kind and wanted to help me and they did. Really, they both went above what is expected. I am so sorry I do not remember the name of the person working in the drive thru who helped me. I do remember the manager, Barry. Anyway, both of these guys were professional and kind. Thank You!

Had to return an item and the cashier was so nice. Then when I went browsing in the women's clothing section I was greeted by the sweetest woman who later on helped me when she saw I was struggling to get my coat back on after trying on a shirt. The cashier for my sale was so upbeat and fun - her "theme" was let's not take things so seriously and enjoy each other. Love this store!

Pretty much what you'd expect for a farm and fleet. Has the essentials.Best part of this store is that they put the seasonal stuff on sale after the season is over, so pretty good place to get deals in January on next year's Holiday decoration.

We exclusively get our dog food and dog treats here. Never had one single issue. The rewards program gets you access to some good deals every now and then, but otherwise you have to accumulate a significant amount of points to be able to use them.

This Farm and Fleet is very well kept. The fact there were so many Human check outs made it feel welcome. The cashier was so friendly and talkative it made the 100 dollars a little easier to let go of. I have horses and shop a lot at Farm and Fleet. Seems the one in Verona and the one in Janesville, two if the best managed. Merry Christmas 🎁

While it sadly no longer smells of tires, and tge farm equipment and parts section continues to shrink, it does retain a bit of its roots. And it has real tools that last unlike HF. Pails of lube and a good but also shrinking filter section make it a reasonable choice for vehicle and equipment maintenance. Great selection of work and outer clothes, boots, etc. Oh, and they have a whole lotta other stuff too. 😉

If you need help finding something the friendly and helpful staff is always willing to help you. Even during the busy times you can always find a place to park with out a problem.

Ordered on their website, shipped from Verona, Wisconsin. Tried to refuse the package because my gift recipient already bought two. Was told I needed a lable. I called them and they said I needed a printer, an account and I'd be responsible for return shipping. Since I didn't have a printer, they wouldn't send me an RMA number or lable. They said to bring it to any shipper and pay the return shipping... I wish I knew they were on sale on Amazon. Won't be using Blain's again.

I’m an idiot. I bought a Stihl chainsaw at Blaine’s in Verona last year and burned it up within a few months of use. First time saw user and paid the price for my ignorance. Anyway I took it in for repair, and I was told by one of engine repair guys that it was possibly past the point of repair and they would pull it apart and get back to me in a day or two. Weeks went by, a made a call and was told they hadn’t even looked at it yet. I then waited some days longer with still no follow up. I finally called again prepared to get some resolution. I spoke to a manager who promised to address the situation. Over the next day or two I received multiple calls from different people at Blaine’s apologizing and offering a rapid response. I eventually spoke with the store manager, Kyle, and the situation could not have been handled better. He patiently heard me out and presented an atmosphere of wanting to make it right. After considering the totality of the experience, he offered a substantial discount on a new saw, which I had already decided to purchase. It was amounted to more than what I expected or thought would be fair enough. Clearly he wanted to not only resolve the matter, but he also demonstrated professionalism in ensuring that the relationship is stronger going forward rather than weaker. It was a pleasure dealing with a team of people who demonstrate high level customer service. We shop there for a variety of things for our property, pets and vehicles. I was previously impressed with the experience of buying my original saw there. The guys in back, Tyler the engine shop manager, and Taylor the other excellent mechanic, both have been very informative and helpful. I believe my case was a simple organizational error with work orders etc, and it’s important to state that I have only had positive interactions with all staff members before and during this process. And the manner in which it was handled once I sounded the alarms was nothing short of exemplary. I truly appreciate the commitment of individuals in maintaining high standards, as they are the ones who either achieve or not the mission goals of the company. As a former restaurant owner and long time customer service pro myself, I always attempt to shift my purchasing power toward those who actually value it and away from those who show little or no appreciation for the privilege of earning my loyalty. Blaine’s has shown that the old model still works—take care of your customers and they will take care of you. Always worked for me in the restaurant biz as well!
