Just stopped there. Was being followed around by the red head cashier. She was slovenly dressed with food on her clothing. Would never recomend to others nor spend another dime at this store. The customer service was less than satisfactory. There was 6 other customers in the store. 3 of which left along with myself and mentioned how she was less than professional. Instead of helping customers she was concerned about a paying customer in the booth. As i walked i heard her loudly speaking to a paying customer that they are not welcome. Is this professional customer service?????

WOW!! I ask if the arcade is open and I get a 5 minute lecture why it isn’t. The nasty red haired lady is sooooo rude. I went there a year ago and she was rude to me then. Went here last night hoping she wasn’t there anymore, but she was. Never been treated so rudely. This woman needs to GO!!Of course, it really is moot, cuz I will NEVER come here again and I will tell as many people I know not to come here.

Terrible customer service. Same as every other negative review, the red headed cashier is beyond rude. Clearly the ownership/management doesn't care about their business because she's been a problem for years and she's still employed. Save yourself a headache and go to Lions Den.

RUDE EMPLOYEES! GO TO “THE LION’S DEN” IN OSHKOSH!I walked in to check out their pipes and a few other things, and the over weight employee or manager pointed at her mask, as if to ask me about not wearing one. I nicely told her that I has respiratory issues so I don’t wear them. She then rudely told me to leave. I informed her that the mask she was wearing says specifically on the box that it doesn’t protect against covid, because if she is wearing it for protection then she should know it doesn’t work, she then started yelling at me and got in my face saying she was calling the cops for trespassing. I reminded her about the 6’ rule which only prompted her to go out and get my plates to call the cops on me. Save yourself some time and just go to The Lions Den in Oshkosh, they are respectful and friendly at The Lion’s Den with a great selection.

Xcite in Van Dyne offers more and has better prices than the Lion's Den in Oshkosh, but I didn't go here for anything in particular. I just wanted something that would drive the women wild. So what was I offered? A nut ring so small you'd probably have a hard time getting an acorn through it. I laughed and told the woman that I would need one about 10Xs that size. The store didn't have anything that big, so I left. I'll probably be back sometime in the future though after I stop laughing at the thought of that micro sized nut ring! :'D :'D

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! we drove over 2 hours to come to this shop and the red haired lady with tatooed arms kept following us around and staring at us. We watched her chase several other customers out of the store because they didnt purchase a product fast enough. When we decided to leave after not finding anything we wanted i told her to have a good day she very sarcasticly reponded with "thanks for loitering!" I reaponded with a confused "excuse me?" She then began to yell and say "yeah thats what i shouldve said half an hour ago. Get out!" I will never return to this shop, anyone who reads this The Lions Den adult store is 10 minutes away of hwy 26 and i 41 and they have alot of the same products for alot less and the staff is amazing. And if the owner is reading this i strongly recomend replacing that staff member, unless you like chasing off more customers.

I didn't even want to give ONE star but I had to to give this review. I tried one of their video botths and the volume wouldn't stay up so I mentioned it to the lady working. She said I could go to another booth but I only brought three dollars and asked her what about the money I put in already. She said she didn't know if she could refund me. Finally I got my money back but the next booth had the same issue.

I was there last night by myself, and the lady working was nice, but I'm pretty sure the owner was there...and he creepily followed me around the store. I'm familiar with the stores owners from fond du lac..the boyds..so here is the owner following me and kept saying..hi. how are you.. eww. I was so uncomfortable!! Like dude, let me be!! I wasn't in a big jacket where he thought I could be stealing..I was just trying to look, but he kept being close to me! Dont go alone! Yuck

as soon as we got back from this store, the crop that we got immediatly unraveled and broke.......being held by electrical tape that was horribly placed on it. The second thing we got (nipple clamps with collar) was not good either. Cheap material and the dimensions were wrong and the collar could not even stay locked because the lock was too small for the holes of the collar. NEVER coming here again. Spent nearly 100 dollar for two pieces of crap. >:(

Will never come back, cant even walk around without the cashier tailing me around the entire place. Experience was awful, customer service was awful. I leave reviews of everywhere i go and i have left at least 100 review and only have ever given a 1 star before.

I have been through many stores along hwy 41 and this is by far the most expensive in their selection, as well as helpful answering all questions. This would be the store I will continue to return to for any and all needs. Check this place out!
