Love Michelle and the family. They know every one of our dogs by name. Always looking to help. You can special order items from them. Oftentimes they have great suggestions that work with vet's or trainer's ideas. For us half never off. Yesterday trainer wanted a box muzzle for our Great Dane who has lived with our German shepherds since puppyhood and is picking up some of their habits ( not always good) getting overprotective. But they had a box muzzle I liked it alot better than the trainer suggested. Hard plastic but with a small hole for treats. She immediately stopped fighting it and relaxed. WOW! IMPRESSED! Always ordering special things for her because of her size. Only 6 mths old and already bigger than the oldest shepard. Can anyone ask for anything better?

I’m so happy John and Michelle opened up a second location! I used to shop at the Waterford location but now the UG one is closer! They are great people and truly care about our pets and make you feel like family. I highly recommend this store to anyone that wants the best for their fur babies! Great selection of quality foods, treats and toys and even better service.
