DO NOT GO HERE FOR PRESCRIPTIONS!!!!! Janelle pharmacy manager is rude. Horrible customer service. They never have your prescriptions filled in a timely manner. Now shorter pharmacy hours, and no weekends anymore on top of only one lane in drive thru. Everyone i know is changing pharmacies. Never again! If i could give it zero stars i would

I have never been more disappointed in customer service than I am right now. I go in to pick up a prescription and am told that it would be a half hour when I was told that it would be a half hour before I got to the store. The lady at the pharmacy check out gave attitude for no reason. You should not be treating customers badly due to confusion on your part. It is not my fault I was told the wrong information.

The pharmacy is absolutely horrible! I have never had trouble with any other Walgreens but this one never gets prescriptions that my doctors have sent to them. My drs office has called and left messages after sending out the prescription that they “never received” and they never got the voicemails my dr has sent and have been back and fourth with my dr and this Walgreens for the last week for my daughters medication. The pharmacy staff are extremely rude definitely would not recommend and will be contacting corporate since I have been advised this is not only a problem I have had but other people that have been living in two rivers longer than me.

If you want to buy make up or sundries this is your place. I have had nothing but trouble with consistency from the Pharmacy - process, coverage, types of tablets, consistent pricing from the complex computer and insurance systems that control our pharma lives. This place is consistently unreliable. Go to the Medicine Shoppe - give the local store some business. I'm done with this pharmacy!!!

Called to ask a simple quest, the lady Mary who answered rudely said hold please then some other person picks up. So I ask this person, she puts me on hold to never return...phone started ringing again and guess what no one picked up...it was a simple question! Customer service needs some help..

Almost bought Payday candy bars but they had trouble opening a register. By the time I put the candy back and went back to the car, my buddy came out with his purchase. They got it working. I was able to stay on my diet. Thanks Walgreens...

Cora is extremely rude and lazy on the phone. Just called to see if they had an item in stock and her response to me was “you’d have to come look yourself” are you kidding me????? I’d like to know if it’s in stock before making the 20 min drive to the store... . HAVE SOME RESPECT.

Was on the road stopped in to pick up a few things I've used this Walgreens before if I remember correctly it was in two Rivers Wisconsin and I've always enjoyed stopping here. They do a good job.

After moving from manitowoc I switched to the two rivers location for a year now I've had nothing but problems with the pharmacy it takes several days to fill perscriptions and today I just had spinal surgery and have been waiting for them to fill my pain medication for 4 days I called them and they forgot to get the verification from the doctor thats why it wasn't filled. When I picked up the medication and got home I opened the bag and it was the wrong medication my fiance called them and she chuckled and said sorry like it was no big deal. And everytime I go there they don't have my insurance on file. Its sad because there are limited options im Two Rivers, but it could have been a fatal error

The Pharmacy manager Janelle is rude and obnoxious period. My family will no longer be using Walgreens Pharmacy. Walgreens has really gone downhill!

Awesome small town feel! Pharmacy is better than the one in Manitowoc. Don't have to wait long. Nice shopping also.
