Just like everywhere else... not enough employees so short on help. It's NOT their fault there's long lines to checkout. Only 4 lanes open, peoples carts are full and some overflowing, at least 5 people in each lane.. I had only 3 items and had to wait in line for 30 minutes. Even the express lane was slow.. it doesn't help that some people go through the express lane with more than 15 items....normally I don't mind that but when they have a cart full and the store is crazy busy...that is irritating!

As I work there... the employee's are friendly, and help me when I am having trouble with the registers.

Good selection for a small town grocery store. You can pay utility bills there which is convenient. Prices are ok based on convenience. Staff is lacking a bit on friendliness though.

Had the most unpleasant experience this morning while checking out with an associate. Older lady was extremely rude and had a bad attitude. I have never had any problems while shopping here but the way I was treated today was unacceptable.

I've enjoy 😉 the Kroger has made new changes. I use to work here years back when Roundys own it. Loved it when it was truely Pick N Save. Great place to shop and friendly works had pride in their job!

Update (8/2023): even if you come here on a Tuesday at nine in the morning, the checkout can still take a ridiculously long time. But at least they now take Apple Pay, so one small victory.Update (10/2022): Still haters of ApplePay users (and checkout time remains miserably long). But at least there was fresh bread (still warm)!!Update (5/2019): So the Kroger overlords apparently know that this is still the better of the two grocery stores in Two Rivers, which allows them to cut costs. As expected, this makes the store worse. Selection has been slowly dropping, service seems to be following ("Oh, did I forget to ring up your coupons? Why don't you take your problem to the front desk.").Right now, I'm rooting for Piggly Wiggly to up their game in the hope that Kroger overshoots on cost cutting and ends up having to reinvest to make Pick n Save better.Previous review: Typical large supermarket (now owned by Kroger). Nice selection of groceries. Probably the better of the two large grocery stores in the city of Two Rivers. Checkout can sometimes be a bit slow (who still uses checks???). Friendly staff.

The store would be great but I do not like that you need to download coupons for savings. Then I found some coupons were only good with pick up service. You need to go through all the coupons and when shopping be sure you get what you wanted. If you could just download all you wouldn't need to be sure you clipped a coupon when you found an item on sale.

Great deals with e-clips but I hate downloading them. Not very tech savvy and it takes too long. Today, with e-clips and buy 5 save $5.00, I saved over $30.00 on groceries. I saved on every item on my list and bought no extras.

The people make the difference! Lynnette works there and is so sweet and helpful, like an energizer bunny! No pharmacy here, but a nice selection of quality products.

I absolutly love this Pick n Save. I just got dinner for 6 nights for less than $80 for a family of 4. Everyone at this store is so helpful and friendly. I'm there almost every day and sometimes more than once a day.

7.2.21Cherries were delicious, got some local New Glarus beers $10 which were really good, Bobo oat bars, and Bolthouse Farms juices. They accept EBT. Lobster tail around $30-$33. Snow crab $26.

It's a grocery store, that's in the process of being revamped by Kroger's. I've been in a couple of kroger's store. It will interesting if pick 'n save and copps star selling clothing and such like king soopers and Fred Meyer's?

A FEW WOMEN, NOT EVEN MANAGERS ARE DRIVING CUSTOMERS AWAY. THE DEALS ARE IF YOU BUY 10 OF CERTAIN THINGS. MEAT COOLERS ARE GARBAGE, THEY WOULD SELL ANY ROTTEN MEAT. WAHOO! THEY STOCK SHELVES WHEN CUSTOMERS ARE TRYING TO SHOP.

This is a fairly normal grocery store with a really good bakery. The doughnuts here are really great.
