Best Hardware Store, especially if you need a key cut! I bought a replacement key for my car off Amazon and nowhere would cut me a key without trying to sell me one, for upwards of $170. I went to Kleins and they cut the replacement key i brought in for $1. I only had my debit card, so they said "Don't worry about it"That's good business right there!And he did a really good job, it's an exact match to the original.

They seem to always have what we need when ever we stop in. With a surprisingly large selection we enjoy just browsing. They have a super friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Went in for a 12v battery to run my dogs lure course with. Also needed to get a small nut applied to the machine. Instead of making me but $25 worth of sockets and extensions. The owner helped me by putting the nut on for me. And gave me a free nut!!!!Outstanding customer service!

Well organized store with friendly, helpful service. Nice selection of fishing equipment with good prices which is why I visited. They also sell live bait including minnows, worms, leeches, etc.

I have made many trips to Klein’s since they opened. I love the convenience of a local place. However, I’m very disappointed that none of the employees are wearing masks and they don’t keep their distance when talking with customers. Sends the message that they don’t care about their customers or community. It’s now on my “places to avoid” list. Convenience doesn’t outweigh the risk.

Very impressed with the selection of fishing supplies. They are always in season which is awesome! Found things you can’t get at Fleet Farm or Cabela’s. Also huge selection on trout beads and all sorts of steelhead/salmon gear (when in season). Plus the live bait is a bonus. Will be stopping here more!

I have 2 copy keys. I finally found an oem factory key uncut and went to ace hardware in manitowoc. Was denied however, they directed me to this place Kliens Hardware Hank. Forever pleased for their services. Had my brand new uncut subaru key done super quick and works. So anyone who needs there key cut, I highly recommend this place. Ever other places didn't feel comfortable doing it. So thank you!

They usually have whatever I need, and it's the only hardware store within like 10 miles, so lucky it's a great store. Also I used to rent N64 and gameboy games from this building..

Very rude never felt more like a criminal till I walked into this store following me around like I already stoled something and just the way they talk to me very disrespectful would not recommend this place to anyone this is the only hardware store in Two Rivers and I'll drive 20 minutes to Manitowoc even though I live a half a block away from this place
