Have had many issues since they opened, over a year ago I bought a disposable vape that would not stop hitting on its own and haven’t been back since. Decided today that I would try to get an elf bar since I didn’t want to go all the way to rice lake. Once again disappointed. I get to my car after buying a vape (for almost $30) that says it is called summertime, I open it to see the device it’s self says strawberry kiwi lemonade. When I went in the guy working googled it and says that “summertime” is supposed to taste like strawberry kiwi and lemon and hands it back to me, didn’t offer an exchange. Only to get home and realize the entire device is fake. The light is blue on the bottom when every other elf bar I have had has a small pinpoint white light. Throwing away this fake device and will never be returning to this or any of your other stores.

Always getting FAKE products and products that don't work then you're screwed out of 20 bucks more than you would have been if you would have went to a good store and got the real products. Was excited to have local businesses but not when all you get is overpriced rip offs.

If you plan on coming here to get disposables or anything, don’t waste your time. I bought 2 for $60 each, they inspected them very poorly and said they where perfectly fine but had leaked everything out of both of them by the time I got home. I called them that same day and they refused to give me a refund or replace there faulty disposables. So I got nothing for the $120 I spent. I do however highly recommend going to any of the smoke shops in rice lake. Good service. Nice employees and huge selection compared to this poorly run business. 1/5 stars is deserved.
