I'm visiting family and went in to do our grocery shopping. It's the first time I've ever been in this store and I was really impressed. I was expecting a small town grocery store that didn't have a lot of choice and ended up being very surprised by the selection and the quality of the items they have. The cashier that checked me out was one of the friendliest ladies I have met in a long time. I would not hesitate to go back!

Like a walk back in time... This place took me right back to the 90's, with it's low ceilings, ageing floors and ancient checkouts. There were a few fair deals, but it's overall pretty expensive. If you're looking for nostalgia while grocery shopping, this is the place.

I kind of enjoy the old school vibe that it puts off. It literally has not been updated for probably the last 30+ years, and there’s something charming about that! I typically plan my meals around their weekly sales to save on cost as their prices can be steeper—but to be expected for a small town grocer. Deli always has a good selection! They also sell alcohol, which can be convenient!

Most of the staff are super friendly every time I shop there. Typical stock for a small town store, but enough selection that I can get what I need when I'm short some ingredients or need a quick meal. The deli puts out some great food.

Employees are friendly and helpful. Store clean but too crowded in the middle of aisles with carts of clearance items. As usual prices are too high.I only shop there for their specials. And if I desperately need something and don't want to drive to Walmart for it.

Staff is great. But my BP goes up every time I visit. Prices are too high. It's insulting to pay their prices just for convemience. Elderly and those without a vehicle are required to pay highway robbery prices that other out of town vendors charge only half of their marked up groceries. Shame on these people.

Feeling blessed we have this wonderful grocer in Turtle Lake. The store is always clean, staff are kind and knowledgeable, and they always have what we need!

Poor deli service. One clerk working, and I was the only one standing there. Waited 5 minutes, and finally gave up. Check completely ignored me . As soon as I walked away, he helped the customer that just showed up. Last time I was there, better service.

Good supply of produce and meats. Deli has great salads and the chicken is fabulous. Evening checkers could be more friendly, and smile. It goes a long way.

This is an absolute gem big value super savings you can definitely get by on a tight budget these folks are the best super kind lots and lots of products to choose from you won't go hungry and you won't go broke God-bless him this place is the best if I do say so myself you'll thank me later

Austad's supermarket in Turtle Lake it's a good place to shop they have an excellent meat selection and a good vegetable selection and their prices aren't really that bad
