This place has become our go to for many of our weekend projects! We love not having to go to the bigger cities to get important supplies. Staff is great too. Sometimes the music in the store is a bit too intense for me, but I'm thankful the employees get variety being there hour upon hour. They are always helpful and friendly.

My favorite north woods hardware store. They have everything you might need and have rental equipment as well. The staff is always ready to help me find what I need or provide advice on the project I am working on. They also have a great deal of fishing tackle and equipment.

My dad went to return a door handle for a storm door and the woman manager had an attitude and was insisting he took it apart and broke it when he bought it brand new from them and it fell apart on it's own. She finally gave him his money back but she was rude. You don't tell your customers that they broke something when he just bought it from them. They just lost several customers. We won't be buying anything from them again. Customer service here sucks.

They unfortunately didn’t have what we were looking for, but it didn’t bother us. The store was busy, but clean, and an older gentleman worker was very helpful/pleasant to us when we asked him a question. It’s too bad a larger female employee with brown hair was yelling outside about how much she hated 4th of July vacationers. Her exact words were “the entire state is trying to fit into one small town.” Very much an exaggeration and wildly inappropriate to be saying in front of customers. Either learn economics or grow up - shame on you.

Pretty Good Selection of Outdoor and Building supplies. One bad thing is the Pricing. Alot of items Do Not match the prices of other Tru Value Stores. Be careful when making purchases. If you are in Townsend and in a Pinch, Pintsch's will probably have the Stuff you need.

A great local hardware store that stocks plenty of everything you will need for home and visiting. We stopped in for fishing gear and licenses. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I recommend this place.

They generally have what I am looking for and the service is always first rate. I have compared their lumber prices a few times and ended up buying from Pintsches because the savings of buying in Green Bay wasn't enough to offset the hassle of transporting it to the Northwoods.

Depending on when you go the staff is great. They have a great selection in stock for the area. Wont find a better selection for what you need hardware wise in the area.

Busy hardware store. Everyone works well to answer customer questions and are very helpful. They are maintaining social distancing and customers are also doing the same.

They were open on New Years Eve until 4pm. People including myself, were still walking in at 4 and they helped everyone as if they where open until 6. Other trips they always helped out finding products in their store.
