With the help of Alyssa I was able to get a new updated phone, and have all information from my old phone transferred without a hitch. Alyssa gave me a brief but complete tutorial on how to operate the new phone. She also came out to my car to sync the phone to the car. She was friendly and efficient. While I was waiting for my phone to download, I saw her help other customers with well informed information.Follow up: The day after I purchased my new phone, I returned to Verizon to purchase some accessories. Alyssa reminded me that I had already purchased one of my requests the day before! She did find the other item I needed and again, her customer service was very pleasant!

Julie gave me the best customer service I have had in a long time. She is definitely the right person to be working for you. She was very knowledgeable and determined to get my data switched over to a new phone even though my phone had completely died and was not able to be turned on. It didn't really take all that long because she new exactly what to do and was determined to get it done. We are lucky to have her here in tomahawk.
