Owners went ballistic when we used their unmarked bathroom. Apparently we should have known it was employee only. We left our purchases and went to buy from another store in town. The owners husband then followed us out and pointed smugly to his cameras to prove his point. What point that was is anyone’s guess. I’ve never seen an owner go out of their way to try to lose business.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever witness. I felt like I was verbally abused when I walked out of there. We couldn’t find an item after the owner told us where it was…..she then said “look right in front of you. Are you blind?” The item we were looking for infact wasn’t in the cooler where she said it was….then told us “ you have to dig to find what you were looking for.” How the heck are we supposed to know that. Never never again.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. The customer service is terrible. When the owner throws insults directly at me (because there’s no one else in the store). I guess you have to pay extra to be treated like a customer. You don’t deserve my local business I will not be back. All I did was put my bottles on the counter and went to grab one more bottle. This warranted having her slam a basket in the ground and throw my bottles on the ground with insults to me. I should have walked out.

Wow!! If you want to be treated with respect and dignity, don’t bother giving your business to Mary. She was combative when my Sister was trying to get some ingredient information on some liquor. Hopefully she doesn’t go off the rails with other customers.

Usually come here with my wife all the time and buy alot of stuff, came in today and only had my wife's debit card and the lady acted like she didn't believe me and I was told next time I come bring my own card. Well there won't be a next time when you gotta give someone an attitude over something like that. Last time going there.

Don't go here for friendly customer service. There was a broken 12 pack of bottles on the front walk way. I carried it, he brought it outside and threw it in the bed of my truck. Crabby ol goat!

Very rude, I believe she was the owner, after my wife set a case of Miller 64 on some other beer cases that were a display and waited for me to be done shopping, this lady grabbed the beer and put it back in the cooler, my wife being very cordial said she was buying the beer, the lady very snobbishly asked my wife to leave, and we did, never to go back !!!

I stopped in to ask about getting a beer gas cylinder filled and was told (with bitchy attitude) to go somewhere else. I asked to clarify stating it was for a kegerator and Mary pointed to the door. Horrible experience and not friendly at all. Would have gotten a lot of business from me but now. I'll drive extra just to avoid this place.

Lots of choices, great access, they are open almost all the time. Great selection and you can pet their dog while you are there.
