As the jingle goes, Ace is the place. Ace has everything you need with friendly staff and a wide selection of items. Definitely recommend stopping in for any of your hardware needs. They’ve come in handy many times having stuff in stock so I don’t to travel to other towns.

New owners and the store changed a lot. It seems a bit disjointed and it doesn't seem like a hardware store. Great selection of grills and accessories though. You should be able to find what you need, just seems a bit oddly organized but that could be because I don't go in often.

Decent size store. Nice layout. Plenty of staff to assist you. Nice size parking lot. Exactly what you'd expect from a small town ace store. Think it's great they are leaving masks up to the individual and not being maskholes. Even prior to the the new updated numbers coming out.Update have new update but store looks good

stopped there on my lunch break. some older gentlemen helped me find the correct trimmer line for my husqvarna. he also educated me on the different sizes and types. awesome job! the next was the polite and very friendly cashier! she was very nice! hope you both have a wonderful Monday!

Clean, organized, friendly store with great signage and stocked with life's necessities. They offered to order the item needed from their warehouse and said a big order was due in by the end of the week. Great customer service! 👍

I ordered online specifically to limit contact because of the high rate of Covid-19 cases at this time. I was pleased to see that the store had a sign on the entrance door noting the governor’s mask order. I was shocked to see that none of the employees were wearing masks. I was further shocked to learn that to pick up my online order, I needed to go to the service desk at the very back of the store. Neither of these are consistent with limiting contact and reducing the risk of community spread. This is not at all what I have experienced in other stores throughout northern Wisconsin. I was very disappointed. As a result, I will not be back to Tomahawk Ace hardware until after the pandemic.

They are choosing not to follow Gov. Evers mask mandate. Was planning on shopping there today. Saw their sign on the front door, went inside and informed maskless cashier I would be taking my business elsewhere and departed.

Haven’t been in since covid. Staff was refusing to wear masks. nothing has changed. Several loved ones are high risk why would I unnecessarily up my risk by shopping somewhere that clearly won’t take simple precautions to protect customers and staff. People travel to Tomahawk from all over. Cases rising in Lincoln county.

#1, so many of the staff have been disinterested if not outright rude the few times I've had to use this store. If you don't want to work here, get another job.#2, the owners claim that employees may not be wearing masks due to "health concerns." Last time I was in, only 1 employee had a mask on and I find it hard to believe all the staff who refuse to wear a mask do so for their health. Not following a PUBLIC health mandate is appalling as is pretending to be sick for your own selfish gain. Boohoo snowflakes, wear a mask!#3, in short, my husband, brother, sisters, and I won't bother trying to shop here again. Menards, here we come!

Even though there is a mask mandate none of their employees are wearing masks and there is no shield from them when you check out! Obviously they don’t care about the health of their customers and I will be traveling to Rhinelander to go to Menards. Sad you can’t go to your local hardware store!
