I have been wanting to quit smoking for quite some time now, but was overwhelmed by the different vape options. Cheryl was so kind and spent a lot of time talking with me about the options and explaining how the unit I picked worked. She was also very encouraging, and let me pet her dog, Rory! I appreciated this experience very much and know I will only go to Cheryl for all my vape needs.

Owners are very knowledgeable. Prices are very high. I stopped in one day and bought a pack of coils and 2 vape juices. I was shocked that I was charged $25 a piece per bottle of vape. The coils were I believe $20 something. All and all I spent around $75. I went online and can get the same vape juice for $8-$12. Not to happy when I found out I could have saved quite a bit of money. I recommend checking online before buying vape juice from here. I understand businesses need to make a profit to survive but WOW. (Anyone wondering the size of vape juice I got both are 60ML)

The couple who own the place are very friendly, and knowledgeable on their juices and vapes. I told them a flavor profile I liked and they gave me multiple options on what they thought would be good. I stopped here on the way home from a trip up north, and glad I chose this place. Highly recommend going here for all of your vape needs

I have been smoking about 35 years and it was time to quit for real this time. It has only been 11 days but owner very knowledgeable. She started me on disposables to see if I liked it and would stick to it. Then educated me about a mod that would work for me. Hooked me up the great flavor combos I would like to keep me doing this. I might love this more than smoking cigarettes. Never noticed that smoker smell and now I get it for people that are non-smokers. THANK YOU for possibly saving some of my life. Oh, her dog is cute too. 😁

I was a first time customer and the lady was very pleasant! I was also greeted by her super adorable dog Rori/ Aurora. The juice selection was amazing and she helped me pick out the perfect juice flavor based on what I like and got me the coils I needed for my vape. Excellent service !! Will absolutely go back!!!!!

Stopped in 3 weeks ago to learn more about vaping. Very informative about all products and no pressure sales was a huge bonus. The amount of choices in juice flavors is almost overwhelming but they made it all very easy and relaxed and a wonderful experience! I have been back since and will continue to only visit this shop as none other even compare.

They greeted me with pure kindness. Felt so welcomed. I got everything just for my needs. Nothing more and nothing less. The selection of juices is gigantic and the owners are very friendly and informative to make sure you get what you want. Horrible horrible customer service. The OWNER sold me the wrong product, which imo if you own a vape shop you should very well know your products you’re selling. She literally looked at my vape, gave me the stuff, I went back in the Store TWO times telling her it was wrong and she insisted it was correct. I finally open the packaging and low and behold, it’s wrong. She then told me she would give me a refund for my pods. Until she discovered she gave me the wrong coils also. Then she became extremely rude and told me she cannot give me a refund because I opened it, when she was going to do it literally 1 minute previous. I do not recommend this place, horrible ownership and customer service

Came up to rhinelander to visit family and needed a coil so I was told there was a little vape shop in tomahawk. Oh my good. It may be a little shop but this was by far the best shop I’ve ever been to I. My life! THE SERVICE-OUTSTANDING! They gave me tips on how to save my coil and make it last longer. The never pressures me into buying anything! Very very helpful! The juices selection was crazy! Like 200 juices! Anything you can think of it was there! I mean I was insane. I personally would drive six hours to come to this shop! You also can order more juices from them on the phone! Both of the owners were amazing! I can’t wait to get back!

This place has the juice and gear, on top of great service.While traveling I generally try to find vape stores along the way. I found this gem in Tomahawk, WI, to say I was surprised by the selection would be an understatement, if you can't find something you like you didn't look. The owners provided great service and were very knowledgeable about the products they sell. If your going to be going within a couple hours of this store it's worth a reroute to stop. Thanks Tom for all the help and great service.

Stopped in yesterday after losing my device on the trails. Man... these guys have a great shop! By far, the most expansive shop I’ve seen outside of Chicago. A proper selection of everything. Tom was very knowledgeable and engaging. All and all, a proper vape shop. Will definitely be back on my visits to the Northwoods.

Compared to other shops, the price of juice is good. They were also so helpful in picking the right flavor, and are very personable people. We also realized we spent morebthan we wanted getting set up with first time vapes and when we went back in (immediately after) they were still very friendly even though we were returning a few items. Highly reccommend!

I've been vaping for 5 years now. I've been to many vape shops. Many shops won't even let you sample the juice before you buy it. At Northern lights you're welcomed as soon as you walk in the door. They're very friendly and will help you in anyway they can. They treatYou like family. Definitely the best shop I've been to. High quality juice and mods. Over 100 lines of e cig juice. If you haven't been here and you're a vaper or want to stop smoking. Please stop in. It's well worth it.

Top notch service and knowledgeable owners! So many brands and flavors to try. 100+ lines of juice and constantly expanding what they have to offer. They carry mods, RDAs, tanks, coils, batteries, wicking cotton, wire, vape cases & accessories and more. Prices are super reasonable as well. I have yet to find better prices for 100ml & 120ml juice in any other shop. Worth the drive to go check out this shop.

I have personally been going her for a long time. HUGE selection of mods,atomizers,and more. Over 200 lines of juice. If there isn't a flavor here you like then just stop vaping. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always willing to help. If you need anything vape I personally recommend Northern Lights Vapor over any other. If you want vape they will set you up. This store has been the best vapor shop that I have been to for the selection of E-juice, vape hardware, and CBD, but more over the best for information and hospitality of the owners. Any questions about juice profiles, box mods, or safety of ingredients will be answered to the best of their ability. Northern Lights Vapor clearly tries (and succeeds in my opinion) to be the most straight forward and legitimate business in the vapor industry that they can, going as far as getting to know some of the people that actually make their juices, as well as actually contacting the local law enforcement to properly sell CBD flower, and really fight against the people and corporations that give the vaping world a bad name. These guys are top notch.

We were in town from Michigan for a funeral, and the owners were very nice, had a fantastic collection of juices, and prices were extremely reasonable. Will be going here from now on. Best vape shop I've been in!
