Normally pretty good. Today I had to deal with “Joshua” who told me I’d have to wait an hour for him to find my mower bag I placed for in store pickup that I had a ready pickup email for. Good store poor quality workers. The older manager guy walking around like he runs the world could use a reality check too. The other time I dealt with this manager when buying my safe he was even worse. I’m not sure how he is still there honestly. Again Tractor Supply is a great store. The one in WI Rapids is considerably better as far as the workers go. Over there its 4-5 star review. I also just dialed the number that the “owner” posted under my review. When you call it is a list of options read to you by a robot. None of the options is to leave a customer complaint or discuss the interactions you had with workers while shopping there.

Customer service is ok. They have to many baby ducks in the same pen. Their bedding was all wet. There was at least 30 ducklings in the same pen.Thank you for your feedback and having the ducklings cheeked out. I do plan on coming and getting some later today.

Nice store. Lots of stuff . Manager, male ,, not a people person. Had second dispute with him.he needs to stay in his office. Rest of help are great .this man can't deal with people.

The workers are very nice but the selection is lacking. I was looking for an individual 10 mm socket and the smallest they had was 11 mm. I was also looking for a couple of individual nuts and bolts and again was very disappointed in their selection.Update, the last time I went to Tractor Supply a staff member went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for so I figured I’d bump them up a star for their excellent customer service.

Absolutely horrible. Had the misfortune of breaking down 140 miles from home and it just so happened to be closest to their parking lot to push the car. We spent WELL over $1500 here. Not to mention the $400 dewalt angle grinder bought brand new off the shelf and in the box was a beat up, non working, 5+ year old angle grinder. Also the employee drove one of the ATVs for sale around the lot with the parking brake on, as well as tipping multiple mini bikes over. After spending all this money and working tirelessly to get it running and out of their lot, and communicating with store employees, management bypassed coming to talk to us and went straight to calling the cops to have us kicked out. When I went in to speak about my dissatisfaction with the situation, management hid in their office. This stores management is cowardly and backstabbing to say the absolute least. And the employees are incompetent, while friendly. We also bought a BRAND NEW multimeter that also didn’t work. Tractor supply, you have absolutely lost my business, and my support.

Not a friendly place to shop. The manager was rude and short. All I wanted was a little water for my camper. Pretty much don’t waste his time. And this was after I bought something. I can only imagine if I hadn’t bought anything

Stopped in the Tomah tractor supply store, first timer, I explained what I was trying to accomplish "my first garden grow" to a young man that approached me when he noticed I didn't know where needed items were, he was very helpful, got me what I needed in a timely manner and met with me at the register to ring me up, great store, friendly staff , I will be back again.

I'm almost done with tractor supply.. my promised in store credit, was b.s at this time. Had management on phone with t.s. main office.. no one wanted resolve a major issue. I feel like I was ripped off ....

The clerks are usually very helpful. Located what I was looking for online and went to find it at the store. Found two items that were exactly what I needed. Thank you Tractor Supply.

We blow a tire and called ahead not knowing the size of anything and they helped us though it and they had the tire we needed for our livestock trailer a bit expensive but that everything lol.
