People..... you get this stuff for free. Then you market up so ridiculously high...... To add injury to insult........ You asked at the checkout counter if a person would like to round it up to the following dollar!!!!! That is just rude. Then you get this big blah blah blah of how it's for a good cause. A good cause for who???? You see a brand name...... And even if it's 6 or 7 years old you mark the price up. You can buy new clothes at Walmart for cheaper than what you people have your old used clothes marked at.

Reasonably priced items, the store is pretty clean and the employees are helpful and friendly. Also if you need some community hours completed, they will let you work in the back!

This store had a lot to offer, we stopped on our way home to Indiana. This is the most reasonably priced Goodwill I have ever been to.They had all the pink tag items at $1.99 and that was clothes and items.Very nice staff.They don't have bags so either bring your own bags or buy their $1.99 large reusable bags.

The company and their mission are great.This store had a large amount of new for sale clothing and food items. Shelves of household and food products ready for o buy new - similar to a “Dollar” type store.Rows of clothing that are actually new out of the box tagged at full price or higher than normal pricing.The available used inventory was good. Founds some gems.

I don't like the policy of 6 items to try on in dressing rooms....it takes a long time to get redressed and go back out to get 6 more. Staff really hounds you while you are in dressing room, Prices medium to high. Checkout people are not friendly.

Nice little Goodwill. Clean with a little of everything. Also sells some new retail items and candy. The book prices are higher than any GW I've been to, though but they had a nice, organized selection of books.

I stood in line for almost 10 minutes, and there was only one person ahead of me. I understand giving disabled people jobs. I am 100% for it, but when said employee moves so slowly, that lines back up far, having only that employee waiting on customers, is a terrible idea. I wasn't rude, I was very polite, but it will probably be a long time before I go there again.

Everything was good until we went to check out. And older lady complained about everything from lots of merchandise we were buying, alot was still on hangers and complained if she had to do anything. My daughter helped remove the hangers and spent over 200.00. That didn't make the cashier happier.. she complained about everthing!!! Definitely wont go there next time we are in Tomah! Don't like the job? GET OUT OF IT and give it to someone that likes their job!!! Was not a good experience!!!

I worked there and it was great. People really don't realize how much money they do put toward the many, many programs and services they offer. They also have to pay for the workers there and keeping lights on etc. I feel this is a great organization and loved working there. Great team leadership and Co-workers.

I would have had a better experience if Walmart had food on the shelves. They didn't even have great value food on the shelves. I know that prices are up but come on guys the prices have doubled in the last 6 weeks. !Smaller stores may need to have higher prices just to keep up with huge stores like Walmart. Walmart and others are not able to understand the hardship prices affect the elderly. We must realize that profit is what drives ALL stores. Not all of us can afford to drive . Go Walmart go. Pricing was all over the map. Small scarecrow in good shape -1.99. Another small, beat up, 3.99. Clothes not organized well, either. Section XXL had small, 3X, large all together. Wish we had some other thrift shops!

Very pleasant stonewall organized and great selection of clothes. Love the motivation meeting of employees. Truly a comfortable place to shop.

I was rudely approached by an employee about not wearing a mask. After telling her I was exempt she continued to be rude and asked me leave. I just wish she was more kind. I offered to practice safe social distancing and she did not look happy about that either. Also, there was hardly anyone there.

Ive never had a problem at this goodwill. It is pretty small, so when they have alot of items out it can seem cluttered. That being said, I've found a lot quality clothing items, board games and books for my family here.

Not so good. For two days in a road I went to buy in the store, and the team leader decided to do her meeting with her employees just after hour or have hour the store been opened to the customers. We have to wait for them do the morning meeting, and the exercising to. Taking more than 5 to 8 minutes. Today i leave my cart with the clothing I wants to buy, because no one be available to check out the customers.

Staff is always very friendly. I'm always able to find great deals. I think over half of the decor in my home are Goodwill finds. Some are Tiffany, partylite, home interiors, avon ect... My husband used to cringe when I would go there shopping till I showed him the items, how much they are worth and of course how much of a deal I got them for. Now he shops there also. It's all for a good cause and really is a win win.

Marvelous staff, very, very helpful.Many treasures to be found.Organized and clean.I would've given the store a five star rating, however it doesn't offer furniture as most Goodwills do.

I've been there twice and I walked out with a genuine suade coat that I love! A soft, heavy genuine leather jacket(Croft and borrow), and a pair of Enzo Los Angeles pants! I've had great luck with this location!

I donate a lot here. Don't really shop here. NY son likes to bring toys he hasn't played with in awhile and dropped them off. When I look for something in the store I don't usually find it. Most Cashiers are friendly though.

This place is horrible! People donate to goodwill to help others in need and all goodwill does is make money off other peoples kindness... Their prices are absolutely outragous! You can find cheaper stuff brand new at kmart, walmart, etc. Selling shirts for $5.99-$8.99 and jeans from $12.99-$29.99?????? And that is what i just observed from my visit today... Its terrible... Absolutely saddening.... Goodwill used to be a highly recommended place in my opinion... Now... I will never go there or donate my belongings there again. Sorry Goodwill.... But that is NOT okay..

Needs to be be a little bit cleaner. Prices are kinda ridiculous I mean it's good will they said take pride in their name and put that to their work ethic these clothes are given to them for free nobody gets paid for them so why not cut the people who really need the stuff a break David being called Goodwill it should be called good Lord you took all my money out of my wallet

Very clean, well organized were some of the pros. Cons were the prices seemed particularly high for a Goodwill and they didn't have any furniture at all.

Nice place. Well keep up everthing make and in its place. The cloth line up by size. The good will out west and some down south have cloth hung up but not by size just by men, woman, and children's.

I have been shopping here a lot. I really like the staff as well as the members discount nights. I have been to everyone in the last 2 years. And really like the hussle and bussle its like black Friday for goodwill's.

Goodwill is not what it once was ..... TO EXPENSIVE. I guess we are lining pockets of upper management. These are items that were donated not bought. Lower income can't shop there anymore. Yes they hire the handicap but they get reimbursed for that from the state and government. DOLLAR GENERAL IS CHEAPER AND PRODUCTS ARE NEW. Go to Goodwill and see for yourself.TODAY I DID........ Most items are priced much too high. They probably would move more inventory if things were more reasonably priced...they got the majority of their inventory for free

Outragest prices on used half worn-out stuff! Done going there, prices are rediculus!! They received this stuff for free for crying out loud. Wasn't​ a pair of shoes on the rack worth more than $2, yet couldn't buy a pair for less than$7.99.... come on there used!!!

They used to offer a10% discount on all veteran purchases all the time, now it is only one day a month. This store is over-flowing with clothes, no reason not to offer veterans a discount.
