We arrived late at night after having some car trouble on our way. When we approached the desk there was a sign to pick up the phone on the desk and someone would come check us in. I did so, and a sleepy voice yelled out to me from a dark room next to the desk. The clerk was definitely sleeping in there. It took almost 10 minutes for him to come out and check me in. When we got to the room it was freezing. With the heat cranked all the way up it still took an hour for the room to get to a comfortable temperature. The mini fridge door wouldn't close due to so much ice built up on the freezer compartment. The TV remote didn't work. The outlets near the bed didn't work so we had to plug our phones in across the room. The vending machine literally had 3 items in it. And after a rough night we were looking forward to breakfast in the morning.... it was toast, one type of cereal (raisin bran), and waffles. No protein offered. The beds were decently comfortable and the price was reasonable, but it was the worst stay in a Wyndham owned property that we've ever had.

First and foremost, if you are a cost conscious traveler, you won't find a better value within 100 miles. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well enough appointed. What sets this establishment head and shoulders above their competitors at this price point, is the caliber and professionalism of the staff. And kudos to ownership for investing in this great establishment. It's obvious they are making an already exceptional hotel into an even better experience for travelers. Bravo!

Front desk REFUSED my early check in. Check in is 3pm, however I drove from out of town to enjoy the NTPA TRUCK PULLS, that started at noon. I showed up about that time, just wanting to pay for the room, so I could carry on and go to the pulls. I didn’t need a room key, as I was willing to come back and get one after the day at the pulls. The front desk woman was rude, and all she could do was tell me to come back at 3. My fear was if I left and went to the pulls from there,, without checking in, they’d give my room away because I wouldn’t return until after the pulls (11pm or later) and I’d still be out the outrageous price for the room. (Outrageous price because the room was less than par). Definitely do not recommend staying here if you’re in tomah for an event that starts before check in time.

For the price it's OK. My room was missing a lamp and it is really dim. The TV was also missing channels for some reason. I'm not sure if someone parental blocked the cartoon channels or what but the TV channels were like 90% sports or cliche channels.The room wasn't great either. The mattress is on another mattress. But that's whatever.Basically it is a cheap motel room. I think Wyndham should get a professional designer and redo this.There is free fruit juice and drinks though which is nice.they didn't offer breakfast as advertised...

The room was ok. Not anything great. Building was old. The web site said there was a free breakfast, but the front desk said it is not served anymore. There were kids upstairs running in the hall and a guest next door was extremely loud and got arrested. The area has lots of restaurants. Denny's, Perkins, and almost every drive food place.

This place would be pretty decent but after I drove 13 hours to be here, I was hoping to have a nice shower and get to bed. But the bathroom appeared as though it wasn't cleaned. Especially with all the hair in the shower. I had to clean the shower before I was able to take one. Super annoying after a long drive. It also made me question the cleanliness of the rest of the place. And the continental breakfast the next morning was laughable. I would not recommend this place in it's current state. Super disappointed.

Decent hotel, decent staff. I pretty much got what I expected here for the price. Nothing was really over the top and I sometimes give places like these a five star review if the staff was friendly and welcoming but there wasn't a whole lot of extra effort expelled there. The place is getting close to needing an update, so some of the fixtures seem a little old, but not excessively. Breakfast was not the greatest, but it was what I expected.

It was nicer than most super 8's. HVAC worked great with little noise.The corners were a little dirty. It seems that no motel cleaners have a wand on their vacuums to get in the corners. THE STAFF WAS AWESOME and breakfast was good. Bathroom was clean and I enjoyed having a recliner in my room. Places to eat with in walking distance was nice.

I am very disappointed in this Wyndham property. First, it's a 2 story property without an elevator. The room had huge carpet stains, and the bathroom door didn't shut. I went to use the ironing board, and the fixture fell off the wall. The desk chair was unsafe to sit on. Bed was comfortable, but the pillows were super small.

Great night's sleep and clean. Good breakfast with a remote for the TV in sight. Our bathroom needed updating so that's why I gave it only 4 stars. The hotel was very clean despite the bathroom pics, it's just in need of fixing up. Staff was great.

Excellent value. Clean, comfortable room, including the two double beds. Shower-tub and sink okay. Room had microwave, small coffeemaker, TV - no refrigerator available on premises. Breakfast was good and better than a continental breakfast. Common areas design and condition was tired. Would return.

BED BUGS! Opened door to room and it had the weirdest smell of musty mold. It was very dark in the room. Not clean at all. Carpet filthy and spiders on walls. I also received 8 bites which I truely believe are bed bug bites. I was subjected to them once b4 in life and same kind of bites. Came 10 days after stay and 2.5 weeks later they are still itching, I call them welts, red, large, warm. Very itchy. Beware. Now hoping I haven't taken any home with me. Rundown and dirty and guess what? Bed bug infestation smells musty I learned. It is due to pheromones they release. Rm 117.

Room was dirty when we arrived. Softball size hole in the wall, that was attempted to be repaired, but was falling back into hole. Bathroom door did not close, carpet was VERY dirty. Hallway had garbage piling halfway up the wall. Sheets were stained, air conditioner did not work. There was a man screaming at the top of his lungs on his phone, and management would not address the problem. Do not stay here at all, drive by, pay more somewhere else this place is a dump.

Informed front desk of AC dripping on floor when I checked out, floor was soaked by it and its obviously been like that for quite some time because the carpet was molding under the AC unit. Also the bathroom wasn't completely clean, shower curtain had black grease/dirt spots and also some grease/dirt spots on top of the toilet. Corners of the tub and floor in the bathroom had dirt/dust/stains from lack of cleaning. Basically what I'm saying is for what I had to pay for one night on a weekday the place could at least be clean and everything working properly, I have stayed in much cleaner places that should have been total dives, for under $30 a night.

Ok for a quick night. In the process of remodeling but what was done could be done better. For example outlets were carpeted over and paint was not applied evenly. Breakfast was pretty basic but sufficient. I would stay again if I were driving through and needed a place to sleep.

Don't stay with pets. Pet room tub peeling and moldy. Stains on bedding, walls and carpet. Rooms look nothing like listed on Wyndam App. Signs everywhere state extra cleaning fee for undisclosed pets. Not sure how they are spending these $500 cleaning fees.

Stairs and hallway were filthy, needed a vacuum. Hallway had overflowing garbage. Key card did not work correctly. Small holes in walls of room. Carpet leading into bathroom was ripped, torn, frayed. Sheets and towels not a crisp white like all hotels, these were yellow. Toilet seat had chips. Unsavory characters roaming the hall late at night with radio blaring. Another man yelling obscenities outside. Did not need a key card to get in from outside. Very unsecure and unsafe. Told the front desk we did not want to stay the second night since we did not feel safe and wanted a refund. We were told he could not do anything for us. This place should be shut down. DO NOT STAY HERE

Terrible, do not recommendDisliked · I was woke up by a bunch of people outside of my window yelling and screaming, partying at 12 am, I called the desk and was told that if they are outside there is nothing they can do, this continued for a long time. I even knocked on the window and told them to be quiet! I went to the front desk myself and was treated poorly, I feel like because I was a woman I did not matter to them. I was told that I should have called sooner, and that they are ok, they just got off of work and wanted to relax.. I said I had to be up at 5 am and head out for New York, they did not care. I told them I was going to call the police and walked away back to my room. It seem that they immediately got the "manager" and he followed me back to my room, and told me *within seconds of me leaving* that he talked to them, (he did not have time!) I told him whatever and I was going to call the police if they did not quiet down. They finally quieted down about a half hour later. I even called my son to let him know what happened. I will never stay at a super 8 motel again. I paid my money and was travelling and exhausted, this was ridiculous
