This place has it all very kind folks a wide variety of beverages a huge selection of Nick's necks and gifts for your loved ones you can get your bag of ice your propane cold water and they have windshield washer fluid available with paper towels to properly clean your windows we'll be stopping back here again

Widely spaced, easy access pumps. All the amenities you expect from a interstate highway truck stop. Friendly staff too!

Decent for a 30 minute break or a 10 but not an extended stay. No laundry but the showers were ok. Not the cleanest or best but it has most things you need. Not to mention the giant statue out front. That alone might be worth the stop!

Went in at 4 am this morning got coffee and a breakfast sandwich. So sorry but everyone on 2nd shift was very pleasant but 3rd a diffent story. Woman acted like i was inconveniencing her very rude and nasty.

This store and/or its manager does not care about their customers health. You would assume that after dealing with a global pandemic that a company wouldn’t be so insistent on having employees come in while they are ill, however I saw with my own eyes that an employee of their store was forced to come in while very sick, and when it was proven within 5 min that they were too sick to work they sent them home, and then later fired them because they wouldn’t come to work while sick. Even though this person had all the proper medical documentation to prove that they were too sick to work.To ALL customers if you care about your health do not come here. They will attempt to force sick employees to work, therefore getting the customers sick as well.

It's prepay with cash or pay with credit card at the pump. Friend had a problem with his credit card, and it said to see cashier. So he went inside to get them to reset the pump. I decided to try my card and had no problem. He was informed inside that he could put a certain amount on his card and if it was less then that it would be refunded. I have worked at gas stations and it does not work that way. I tried to explain to the cashier that they should know that. I got attitude from her. I did not think that I was being rude. Regardless she should have a better attitude and listen. And that fat Customer should mind his own business.

After stopping here, I understand why the Love's across the highway is completely full, even people parking on the ramps... But half the parking empty here at the road ranger.. I will avoid it next time like the other drivers.

The soda machines haven't been washed in weeks or months, you can taste the mold inside the soda. The sweet tea wasnt sweet, the pizza was below average. The interior is beautiful, the parking is good, but management needs to improve

Place looks great since the remodel! As always, the cashiers are friendly and helpful when needing anything. It’s nice that you can call in and order pizza too in an area with limited food options.

Pop machine out of order, hair was found in salad,supervisor came off as rude to customers and workers, no napkins placed in bag. Had to correct our order and refund another order previous to ours. Slow service. Love Subway but will not be returning to this location.

Subway you need to get more workers during the night shift. With people ordering online due to covid-19 because 1 worker is not enough. I felt really bad for the guy working. Not only did he have my order but he also had 2 other online orders along with 5 walk ins while i was there. He was almost out of bread & didnt have much stocked.Subway you need to step it up. Not only are you a truck stop but you also have traveler's this is not good service on management's part.

Not to happy with the guy maintaining the showers. Not friendly at all. When working at a truckstop I think you treat everybody the same regardless. Think he should be told this. The ladies in the truckstop were very nice though.

It's a decent place, parking is pretty good, showers are fine the ladies at the counter are ok, the only thing I don't like is that I can't redeem my pilot or flying J points here, but I do get points with the fuel 👍

I found WI people always good with truckers but this road ranger don’t give a f…,no service at all ,this is my 1st & last fueling here.looks like everybody from store is tired of running their business.

Stopped in to use MUDFLAP to purchase fuel, walked inside and gave the woman behind the counter the code. She asked if it was deisel only and I said no, I want DEF aswell. She replied MUDFLAP doesn't take DEF . I said I know, turn the pump on after I'm done fueling. She didn't reply as I walked out the door to go fuel. I pumped the fuel, checked the oil and washer fluid. Noticed I needed both and would buy some when I went back inside. I lifted the DEF pump and nothing.. tried it again. Nothing. Looked into the window from outside.. NOTHING but I could see her walking around and no customers inside. Tried it again and NOTHING.OK, fine. Closed my hood walked inside to get my receipt and asked why The pump didn't work. Her response was. I didn't know how you were going to pay for it.. I said really, I just pumped AND paid for $400 worth of fuel and your worried about me driving off with $50 worth of DEF. REALLY??Sooo , anyway. I was going to buy fuel treatment, oil, washer fluid and couple snacks with drinks.. But you know, my method of payment would clearly be in doubt from the counter to the register.And these dumpy little truck stops wonder why the LOVES across the interstate is killing them.. Whelp..Off to the loves to buy the rest of the stuff I need.

Very dissatisfied with the customer service! Couldnt even get my paycheck cashed for a small amount of 477$, They wanted me to pay them$14 to cash it. They said even though I fueled it was over an hour (1hour and 10 minutes) I'll have to pay. My company has a Pilot/Flying J fleet card and I still have problems like this? What has this company fallen to? Everything you have here a truck brought to you and you treat drivers like this? I'll be sure to let my company know how I was treated in your establishment

Shower was nice and clean, lots of parking.You guys need to up your game on the wifi though. Your access point seems to have a good and strong signal but your bandwidth needs to be increased dramatically. Take a lesson from the other Pilots and Flying Js and contact their networking people to figure out a better solution.

I purchased a diesel for my semi truck & truck lost power as soon as I get out of this truckstop. Went to Loves across the road & their mechanics told me I got a bad fuel, they replaced my filters & all went fine. They don't treat their diesel don't pump there. We've been calling them for 4 hrs & they kept ignoring us, there was another driver from other trucking with the same issue !!!

Road Ranger is a independent franchise of the Pilot Flying J organization. It's open 24/7 just like all the other truck stops. They have some specialty items. There is also a Subway sandwich shop attached to the building. They also have showers. Again, very similar to a Pilot truck stop. They also had good Wi-Fi that you can pick up in the parking lot. Decent size parking lot baby hold 70 trucks.

I drove in to road ranger was made proud to be there by a maintenance man by name of steve .he started out with welcome to road ranger and thank you for chosing road ranger .steve said there are some great sales going on even pizza 2 slices for 6.00 .well.i went to bathroom and wow the bathroom were spotless .i came out seen the maintenance man .very busy at is job.but he took time and stop to look up and wish me a great day wicth in turn i went and got the two slice of pizza for the low price of 6.00.

There is a statue of a mouse in a cowboy hat and boots. If you DON’T stop here you are missing out. They also have smoked turkey legs and jalapeño cheese/jerky.

Not happy with this place. I took a shower at this location the shower I was assigned had no stoll to set on. I complained to the person at the register. No apology was given or thanks we will take care of that, just all the others have one.
