I go into family dollar in Tomah several times a week. The staff there Rita Susan and Ken are so kind and helpful. The store has cleaned up so much in the last year.They have a great selection of anything you might need and are always willing to help you find something. I was recently in a looking for a clothing item and Rita the assistant manager didn't point me in the direction she took me straight to what I was looking for. I just love the small store atmosphere and the helpful staff.i recommend this store to everyone.

Cluttered, somewhat organized aisles. Quite filthy restrooms !!!Very rude unfriendly staff that don't say hello or greet you upon entering, they don't ask if you found what you needed. Nor a thank you for shopping with them. Usually just silence and extremely over fumigation of wretched smelling perfume that it makes me want to vomit from the stench and inability to breathe.I finally complained to the manager at this location in person and unfortunately it did no good. Once the manager is gone in the evening the employees don't usually say a word to customers.I only return due to convenience and location of the store.

I really love The Service n Friendly Similes with out that stupid face Mask that was a big joke only put on by the Demo Dogs or Democrats of Wisconsin n yes great shopping there always will always come back n wish I could give them 100 Stars very nice place to Shop always welcome very nice place in n out as well 😀😀😀🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆

Love going to Family Dollar. They have the best manager Ken. Always willing to help you find whatever. Clean is important to me,.....my Family Dollar is clean. The company should be proud of this store in Tomah Wisconsin

It's not worth getting cheaper items when you're overcharged for items advertised as on sale, which has happened one too many times. The staff aren't exactly welcoming, either. If you can find it somewhere else, even if you have to pay a few extra dollars, do so.

They could use some more help. Been a few times I've gone in and had to wait a while in a line because there was only one cashier. Usually clean except on truck days then its a mess but what store isn't?

Friendly staff but I can't help feeling like I'm about to get mugged between aisles whenever I go here. Odd but it's a very small place and I think it's because everything is so packed in it feels very cramped.

If ya need to stretch a dollar, its the place to go. Got a 35lb bag of dog food:18 bucks. A 32 pack of toilet paper for like 15. Good deals all around.

Has a good selection of needed items. I wish they would put up a new building as the old store needs updating and isles are now very tight and confusing with the changes if the isle layout.

Come here only because I have no choice. Its in walking distance . Staff can be rude and not helpful. Have had many occasions where went hungry because I didn't feel like being made to feel as unwelcome as I do when I'm there.

Almost always find what I want, but corporate doesn't seem to pay too close attention to the needs of the store - entrance door was broken for months and at least one of the refrigerators or freezers is usually broken.
