I was not impressed. Walked into the shop and was not greeted in a friendly manor. I asked if I could make an appointment for my labradoodle to get groomed. The 3 ladies made smirky faces to each other and said that they don’t do labradoodles. They didn’t even give an explanation why. Very rude.

I seriously cannot say enough good things about this place! The staff are excellent they knew my dog by name after the first visit. They are constantly keeping tabs on him like his play mates, his moods, his hunger levels and much more. As a first time dog owner they are the first place I look to for advice. Everyone there is always happy to help and give me very honest advice, I know they always have the best for my dog in mind! My dog comes home happy, healthy and pooped out every time! It is very clean and organized. It is money well spent in my book. Thank you Doogies for everything!

This was my pups first time getting groomed by Doogies Doggie Daycare and Spa. "Lucky", (my poodle mix) has been cut twice by groomers and is now very fearful of going to the groomer. The gals at Doogies listened to my concerns and assured me that they will work with Lucky and his nerves which will involve patience, calm and slow approach. I came back an hour and a half later to find a very well groomed pup. Kim and another gal (I think the owner) communicated how the process went which I really appreciated.Overall they spent a good amount of time before during and after working with Lucky as well as me. I highly recommend these groomers!

I was very disappointed. I truly thought they would be my new groomers. (I have 5 dogs). The place looks great and the receptionist was super friendly. I told them how I wanted my Cocker groomed but they did not seem interested. The grooming took 4 hours! Only to come back to find that my dog had been totally shaved! They obviously did not know how to work with mats. When I complained, she made my feel stupid. (Like I do not know my own dog). Made comments about my dog that were untrue. She kept stating that they had to do that “for the good of the dog”. I feel they should have called me if they were having trouble with my dog. Obviously they will NOT be my new groomer!P.S. Why do they not allow you to put a review on their website?

Called to ask about nail trim appt. Was told it only takes a couple minutes, so no need for appointment. Got shot records together, loaded dog in car. Got there, waited 15 minutes for her to accept payment from 1 customer, then was told that appointment is needed, and she didn't know who would have told me that. Probably not going to try that again. Making longer trip to the Pink Poodle in Sparta. Longer drive, but they are awesome.

Their dog training class was exceptional for my dog millie. The classes imade her more well behaved. The new commands she knows now has made her so enjoyable to have in the house now.

WE LOVE DOOGIES! Our golden doodle puppy loves the days she gets to go to "school" while my husband and I are at work. Oatie Loo comes home so happy and worn out from playing with all of her friends. Sandy and Kathy treat every dog that walks into their doors like it is their own, they truly have a love for what they do. We also love the grooming services, made easy, right during the times she is at daycare. We also really benefitted from the Basic Obedience class, our puppy as well as this human learn alot. So happy that we have services like this right in our own town!!

My first impression was not great. I didn't feel at all valued as a potential new client. Your product is not unique, therefore it is your customer service and communication that needs to set you apart. I would rather drive further and pay a bit more for service that makes us feel like we matter as clients.

I little bit too pricey when it comes to the baths.. but.. in todays day and age.. its reasonably priced.. i do enjoy bringing my puppers here.. he always have a huge smile on his face when i come to pick him up.. LOVE how they keep the dirty pups away from the clean pups.. amazing job on that

I havnt even stepped foot into this place and I had to find a different place. Would not return my phone calls for weeks after saying they would call me back multiple times to get my dog in. I was told that I was not patient enough and that they were very busy and at the end of the day the last thing they wanted to do was make a phone call!!! No way to run a business or talk to a potential customer!! I called a different location and was able to schedule appt right away for middle of the month of course but they didn't make me play phone tag with them and take my info down saying they will call me back for weeks and never call me back. Follow up like you say you're going to and adjust your attitude.

Very nice and knowledgeable people. Definitely recommend this place for grooming. Also have a good variety of healthy dog treats, chews and food. Check them out people, it's good to have good people doing good things.

Disappointing. Very, very disappointing. Not with the wait...that was to be expected. But by the inability to even get a call back to schedule the initial appointment after being promised one. And the absolute refusal to accept responsibility for the break down in communication. And staff implying that somehow the situation was MY fault because, apparently, my expectations were too high. And the conflicting statements made by staff members. And the implication that I was entitled to neither an answer when calling, a return call, or any other type of response to my inquiry. And the condescending attitude of more than one staff member. And the suggestion that my dog's vaccinations were not up to date. (They are. Though I can't imagine why they would even suggest that, considering I NEVER SUPPLIED THEM WITH ANY VET RECORDS. Hmm...interesting.) I have advised this company that their services are no longer required. As far as I'm concerned, this matter is closed.

My dog is 10 years old and was a mess. Matted. Undercoat coming out. I couldn't brush it out. Kathy did amazing with him and I've never seen him this happy.
