New owners. The deli is now ridiculous. We use to have real people that worked behind the deli counter. Now every thing is pre packed and take what there is. I used to be able to go up to the deli counter and ask for a a pound of honey ham or turkey ect. Sliced right in front of me if I wanted. No more. I could get a fresh 8pcs chicken packaged in front of me. No more. I can only get what they have set out at that moment, and have to serve myself, thus eliminating a job im sure,and prices have jumped. So disappointing.

Friendly staff and very good deli. Prices are definitely higher being in the middle of nowhere. They have pretty much everything you could need without having to drive to Marshfield or Eau Claire.

Best grocery store in the area. The new management is doing just fine. There's more variety in the deli it seems. Not the same ole same ole. Prices seem lower but that might be industry wide. Very little is cheaper at Walmart so don't bother driving 32 miles. One thing I would like to see is larger boxes of K-cup coffee available. Like 48 or 60 even. All these 10 and 12 ones are way too expensive. Update 5/23/23. Well the Deli isn't worth bothering with anymore. It's all pre-packaged and in a cooler. Saves me money because now I buy absolutely nothing from it. I miss the personalized service a live deli comes with.

Great service and nice clean store. I was disappointed at check out. I don't understand why employees are not required to wear a mask, it us mandatory in WI.When I asked, I got the same answer as the last clerk. They both told me they have a doctor's excuse. If they have that bad of a respiratory problem I would think they would want a mask for protection.I may have to find a different place to do my shopping.I would rate the store a 5 if not for the masks.

The employees here I'll treat you like family, and everybody seems to have a great knowledge of the town. The prices are very very fair. The deli has the best coleslaw you will ever taste in your life as well as potato salad all homemade.

I visited the Supervalu about a month ago. Very clean and very well organized store. Got an 8 piece order of fried chicken from the deli. The chicken was very good the family enjoyed it. Quick and easy in-and-out no fuss no muss.

We shopped here while living in Thorp and really enjoyed the fresh fruits n veggies, including the deli section! Now we live Owen and do not get there as often, but that's when we decide to stock up, so off we go! Liked the people who worked there😊

Very friendly staff. Veggies are fresh. Not a huge gluten free selection, but good for a small town. They also have a very good selection of cheeses.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything is easy to find and it doesnt take long even if you are getting a lot of groceries. It is very convenient. The produce is limited as well as the meat options. The prices however seem extremely high. I save going here for small quick trips such as grabbing a gallon of milk or a couple of items. I actually drive the extra 35 minutes to an aldis or walmart to get the majority of my groceries. But its always a pleasant experience and convenient to have a grocery store in town for quick trips instead of not having one and having to travel 40 minutes for a gallon of milk. So take that as you will, I'd still recommend coming here.

<3 grabbed a few things i realized i had forgotten to grab for dinner and grabbed some fresh onion buns, chixken salad and potato salad for our lunch. Yummmm the onion buns were some of the best i have ever had!!! Customer service was great as always.

The bakery did an outstanding job with my wedding order! I had placed an order for A LOT of doughnuts for my wedding and everyone loved it! They did such great detail on each of the doughnuts. Everything was perfect and they were very fresh and AMAZING!!! A few other bakeries turned our idea/order for doughnuts away and thought it wasn't a great idea. The Thorp Bakery took our order without hesitation and was very helpful and excited throughout the process.
