I went to buy paintThe service person was sweet,helpful and knowledgeable. I shopped around while she mixed the paint. She put the paint at main register. It was BUSY and she opened another register to check us out. The store itself was clean and had just about anything you could think of, even furniture. We will definitely be back. Plus it was my birthday since got$5 off..lol

What a gem! This store can compete with any "Big Box" with selection, but their Customer Service is outstanding. Pricing is great, cleanliness is next go godliness here, for sure! Stop in and surprise yourself, you will be glad you did. Job well done!

They have just about everything you need for hardware and outdoor projects. The outdoorsman section is also very good. Everyone working there is very helpful even during rushes. All in all one of my favorite hardware stores to go to!

D & J Far.And Home is an All Purpose Store that has just about anything you need for your home, business or farm. Thorp and the surrounding towns are lucky to have such a wonderful place. Big, clean, stocked up and friendly!! I like vthis place!!

Tried to get help with paint and was treated very rudely...the older lady helping me was very negative and told me the questions I had I should find out the answers for myself bc even tho paint was "her department" it wasn't her responsibility to know the info I needed....love shopping locally (despite small town prices) but prolly wont be buying my paint there once I "figure it out"

A bit over priced, but when you're in thorp and you need some hardware, D & J is much closer than Fleet Farm and they have a better selection than walmart.

I wanted lamb tags, smaller one. They don't offer anything. I also wanted a very small lamb nipple which they also didn't carry.
