I had an outstanding experience at Welltopia Pharmacy. The staff here is incredible! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile. I'm incredibly happy to have found Welltopia! They're always quick to fill my prescriptions, especially when I'm sick and can't afford to wait days like at other pharmacies. I also love browsing their great selection of vitamins and natural supplements. I tried one of their sleep CBD products next to the register on a whim, and it was life-changing. I haven’t taken my prescription sleep aids since. Plus, the music, it totally adds to the vibe. This place just gets it right.

I wanted to take a minute to explain how amazing Omar is. A month or so ago I was as sick as I had ever been in my life. Omar dropped what he was doing to take my call and he dispatched an assistant with a cocktail of hollistic treatments to my house to fix my ailments. Within 24 hours I was back to normal. I've never recovered so quickly from anything. I have also never had such amazing and comprehensive treatment, so quickly. Thank you to Omar and his team. They are truly top notch.

Honestly, I've NEVER seen a PHARMACY this devoted to WELLNESS. The entire front of the store was on had selected supplements by an Egyptian Pharmacist.The store was designed by an Italian Designer.It was STUNNING.This pharmacy EXUDES wellness!!!!!YES, anyone from any state and order ONLINE with this pharmacy!Omar, CEO Founder and Pharmacist, is SO KNOWLEDGEABLE about all of the products.Truly a destination location.....even though it is a pharmacy!!!!!

I traveled 30 minutes to see if the reviews were correct and they were! I've been dealing with GI problems for several months landing me in the ER due to the extreme flare ups of pain. I decided to try out this pharmacy to learn more about the holistic approach. Mr. Omar sat and listened to my concerns and offered some great knowledge for me! I have to be honest, I’ve never cared for “Big-Chain Pharmacy” stores ever! However, Welltopia is the small town/personal vibe I’ve always wanted!My daughter, James, had been sick on and off for over a year with a terrible cough. I went there in tears one day and Omar came out from the back and that was the game-changing moment for us!Omar not only helped calm my worrying mother crying, but he recommended a game plan that matched with my “natural lifestyle” in mind. He recommended some herbal supplements I had not tried yet for James, and LDN, Low Dose Naltrexone. Here we are 5 months later reaping all the benefits.I can’t say enough about Omar and his team! They have allowed us to remain in our natural care lifestyle and my child has barely missed school the second half of the year!If you, or your child, are sick often, talk to Omar! He and his team will help you with a new approach that doesn’t include a million Doctor visits and unnecessary RX medications. Ask Omar about natural herbal options and LDN and they even have a wonderful LDN book available!Thank you Omar and team, for helping my daughter James! She is a healthy and happy kid!

Welltopia and Omar (the pharmacist) deserve more than 5 stars and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I needed a transdermal form of medication for my cat Eli who I am currently providing end of life care for. I called to ask about their veterinary compounding and not only were they able to do it but in a matter of hours. It being the weekend I was nervous I would not be able to get this medication until Monday but they were open and even stayed later to work on this for me. Thank you so much Omar for helping us. Welltopia is a friendly, local pharmacy. The pharmacy was always able to get my time-sensitive medications on time and followed up with me if there was a delay in the time frame. The pharmacist and staff were very knowledgeable. The pharmacy is modern and kept very clean, and is a welcoming atmosphere. I will continue to go to them if I have to return for other medications.

Welltopia Pharmacy is very well run. They are accommodating and knowledgeable. Their pharmacy is clean and welcoming. When they didn't have one of my medications they mailed it right to my home for no extra money. A wonderful change from the big pharmacy chains.

When I tell you... the service. I JUST had my first new script called into this pharmacy by my psychiatrist (he is now directing all his scripts to this pharmacy b/c of the exceptional service and inventory) and somehow they had my old address and thru a combination of lovely humans (the family who bought our old house told the pharmacy employee I no longer lived there) and going above and beyond the employee got it delivered to me so quickly (he lives near me and took the task of finding my house upon himself on his way home from work). I could cry. As many of the other reviews point out... pharmacy/medical/medicine interactions aren't always easy or pleasant (for both sides I imagine) but this literally made my entire week. I just can't tell you HOW much things like this mean to people. I for sure think I'll have to stop in the store now and share my appreciation. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Excellent pharmacy, I brought two of my kids to get boosters and first vaccines and they were wonderful with the kids, taking all the fear out of getting shots. Then we had to get all 5 of us Covid Tests for international travel, they were incredibly patient and corrected our information multiple times and followed up to make sure everything was correct. The tests were taken late on New Year's Eve when most labs were not open and they made themselves available over the weekend for questions. They came highly recommended and I cannot put into words how grateful I was for such a high level of service, knowledge on the requirements for international travel and kindness. Thank you Omar. Every person I spoke with at the pharmacy was professional and we felt like we were being taken care of like family.

The delivery and refill service is so unbelievably unreliable. Of the near 24 months we have been with this pharmacy, they have failed to deliver the medication for roughly 80% of those months, causing me personally to go into medication withdrawal every single time. This has gotten me to almost cause countless car crashes because of the severity of the symptoms, and the negligence of the staff has become an immediate threat to my safety. I am currently writing this review because I have a presentation to perform to a board of architects and will have to do it under constant nausea, severe and unrelenting dizziness (to the point where I can't even stand upright or walk straight), scattered thoughts, and emotional imbalance because the staff never fills my order (even when automatic refills and deliveries have been scheduled over a dozen independent times) they are almost an entire week late again, and the medication (as they should know) says under no circumstances should the patient skip a single day of medication. Much less almost a week of time for probably the 15th separate occasion. (I've simply lost count). We expressed our distrust for the company numerous times, and they have promised to do better every time, but they never do. Unacceptable performance with absolutely no reliability from my first hand experience.

I've been using Welltopia on and off for a couple years to get my LDN script filled. First of all, they offer a free shipping option for prescriptions, which usually works great for me. However, I refilled my script at the beginning of this month and had it shipped, but I never received it. (Normally it takes just a few days.) This has also happened with other packages I've ordered recently, so I know its either a delivery issue or a theft issue. Thinking it might show up eventually, I waited too long to call the pharmacy and ran out of my script. I finally called and explained the situation, and not only did they quickly fill my script again (which I went and picked up this time) but they didn't charge me a penny for the refill. Thank you Welltopia staff for your great customer service and understanding. Figured leaving this review was the least I could do!

Despite some initial kinks in workflows, the level of responsiveness, accountability, and dedication to customer support has shown through on multiple occasions for myself and patients. This dedication to improvement and actually making things right and not mere lip service means everything. A welcoming and inviting pharmacy to see in person with an incredibly well curated supply of over the counter products, and incredibly knowledgeable staff. On top of this, free delivery and shipping for medications to your home or office. Whether living nearby or further away, I would highly recommend.

We recently had a major customer from India at our plant who was returning to his country the following day. I can not say enough good things about Welltopia Pharmacy and all their pharmacists and employee's. Omar, from my first visit to his pharmacy made a personal connection and a desire to help our family. We have had several unique health challenges and he has gone above and beyond the typical pharmacy experience to help us . Omar not only has helped my WI based family, but my nieces, nephews, friends and especially my parents as they aged. Omar was also able to find OTC nutraceuticals to help them in profound ways. He offers a unique service to consult with patients and their physicians to offer his expertise in what is new in nutraceuticals and compounding pharmacy options. Sometimes when patients are not responding to certain protocols for chronic states of illness, a unique , safe out of the box idea needs to be the path one takes. Omar is very well versed and is ahead of the curve with what is in the literature. AND, what is SAFE and efficacious.I have been able to refer his phamacy to my friends, and fellow healthcare partners without reserve.We have since moved much further away from his pharmacy but we remain loyal to Welltopia as Omar makes it easy with quick delivery and his pharmacy reminds us when to refill so we stay on track with our pharmacy needs. AND, on more than once occasion, bc life happens, I have come home to find my prescription at my front door as he delivered it himself , bc we needed it. WHo does that? Omar and Welltopia do.Omar is passionate about empowering patients and education. He took the time out of his busy schedule to be guest on my podcast that I started as a way to help empower people during the pandemic ( MED-Knights Roundtable alongside top healthcare providers in their fields for 12 episodes during the hardest hit time in 2020. Omar is dedicated to helping others. Omar believes he can help educate people on how they can help themselves stay healthy, and he does just that. .Omar also has a wonderful service to help patients reduce the time that they are spending with medication administration by dose packaging all their medications so they are clearly marked . What started out as a quick stop into a new pharmacy has turned into a life changing event for our family. I would like to think that not only has Omar become our personal pharmacist, he has also become a friend.

This Pharmacy just SAVED me. I realized I did not book a COVID test in order to attend a wedding back home in Canada... 4 hours before I was supposed to leave. I panicked and booked it online at 4:15pm for a 4:45pm appointment. I showed up. Was informed I booked for the wrong day. The staff was SO nice and squeezed me in their already busy schedule. When the staff member got to my car, I confirmed that this was not an antigen test as they are invalid to cross the border. He told me I booked the wrong one then, but I could call into the pharmacy (I was in my car in the parking lot) and have them change my appointment details and they could send me a text to pay the extra fee for the test I needed. The poor man has been to my car 3 or 4 times at this point and not once did he seem annoyed or impatient. The person I talked to on the phone inside was so kind and it took less than 2 min to get everything fixed. Another minute later, he was back at my car with the proper test for me and promised results within hours even though he was very backed up this evening. WELLTOPIA I LOVE YOU. I'm already driving through the night to be able to attend this wedding. I am the maid of honor and my attendance is necessary! Your kindness and customer service today meant so much to me!!!Carly

Very unique pharmacy about everything from the first moment you step into the place ; the fresh scent and aroma in the air , the real moss plant decorated walls specially brought from Europe, the tree with the signs that point the directions towards every section in the pharmacy , the slow yet nice music station airing from the speakers , the extreme cleanliness of the entire placeHaven't yet mentioned the super adept professional crew running the pharmacy , and the super nice highly knowledgeable pharmacy owner Omar , a very nice guy with in depth knowledge who entirely masters the craft and knows what he's doing and offers very rich knowledge packed counsels , you can learn a lot from that guy.Highly recommended
