Mr. Arlo LOVED his time at CB! The staff at Central Bark Sussex is the absolute best of the best! From the owners, to the handlers, and every single person on the team...we are blown away by the knowledge, compassion, and professionalism that has always remained consistent. The entire building radiates positivity and it's very apparent that this is directly impacting all of the pups who are lucky enough to attend day care/stay and plays. All of this on top of CB Sussex's commitment to animal welfare, rescue, and pups in need is why they are top notch. We are so happy we have the honor of bringing pups to this incredible doggy day care and this type of trust is something we wouldn't have for anywhere else 💜

I really enjoyed bringing my pup here for the day. They did an excellent job cutting his nails. No other salon has come close to trimming his black nails as short as they get them. Very friendly staff and owner. I highly recommend this establishment. Your pup deserves a great place to see friends.

We had to be out of our house for 3 weeks and most hotels & bnb's state you must take your dog w/you every time you leave. It is very hard to put your 100 lb. dog in your purse to go to dinner or church. Central Bark was awesome! The people working there loved the animals & visa versa. They sent me pictures of my dog outside playing & licking the girls. They put him on a weight management dog food which he loves. No more adding canned food to his dry food. We didn't visit him because we were afraid he would think we came to pick him up. On the day we did go to pick him up he seemed happy to see us, but when we went to leave we headed to the front door & he headed for the kennel. It's nice to know your pet wasn't upset that you left him. We were super happy with Central Bark Sussex, highly recommend!

My puppy had an amazing and fun time on her 1st day at doggy daycare and we all can’t wait to go back again. The entire process From initial request to enroll, to the end of day report card for her 1st visit was detailed and ensured my puppy was safe/taken care which made my inner protective dog mom so, so happy. Highly recommend !!

Matt and his team are amazing! They care deeply about your dog and go to great lengths to keep them happy, entertained and safe. All of the employees are super excited when ever you dog come running through the door. 10 out of 10 recommend to anyone looking for doggy enrichment. Additionally they’re dog spa is great along with their de-shedding shampoo for change of seasons. Attached is a photo from first day, came with a detailed report card.

Central Bark Sussex is the only place I will take my dogs! The staff and atmosphere is very friendly and inviting. If you are on the fence about taking your dogs to daycare or a sleepover at central bark, just do it! You won’t regret your choice.

It was Greta's first time coming to Central Bark. Greta spent the first six years of her life as a puppy mill breeder, so I was concerned about her getting nervous around all the barking and kennels. I didn't want her to think she was going back to that life. Kailyn and Nicole listened to my concerns and assured me they would be vigilant and would make Greta's comfort their priority. Thankfully, Greta had a fantastic first visit and even made a few buddies. I'm really very happy with the attention the girls gave her. The ONLY improvement I would like to see, is to be able to tune-in during the day and see Greta on camera. I mean, why should the handlers have all the fun? I'd like to see how she's doing during the day. Greta and I are both looking forward to her upcoming visits!

Matt & Ashley (Owners) have made this daycare part of the Sussex community and will make you feel as if you are part of their family.Their entire staff will take such wonderful care of your dogs as if they were their own. Every time I drop off my dog, they treat him so well. Everyone on their staff truly loves your animal. I am so fortunate that we have a daycare that has your dog’s best interest in mind. Winnie loves Central Bark! She can't wait to get out of the car and head in to see her friends. She loves the staff and so do we. It's nice to be able to buy her food, treats and toys there and get her groomed as well. The groomer is amazing just like the rest of the staff. I wish I could give Matt and Ashley and their staff more than five stars!

After my dogs vet refused to groom my dog I called Central bark frazzled and hurt. I explained to them what had happened and they were happy to take her. They squeezed her in next day!! Harper absolutely loved it there. They also offered to try to trim her nails after my vet stated that she needed to be sedated to do so. They got her nails tried no problem! We will be coming back again! Thank you ladies!

Central Bark constantly goes above and beyond for our dog! The owners and staff take exceptional care of our dog, and she loves going to play at Central Bark! They are always willing to go the extra mile, including delivering dog food during the quarantine! I can't recommend Central Bark enough for your pup!

We have had great success in bringing our lab to Central Bark for regular nail trims. Our dog has black nails, which are hard to see and have given vets and other places a bit of a hard time. This has been the first place our dog isn’t scared and sits patiently to have her nails done. We can’t recommend CB enough!

Beau has not been to a day care since Labor Day Weekend when the accident to the daycare occurred.. Watching Beau on the TV was like watching a kid in a candy store. It was as though he was going from dog to dog saying, "Pick Me, Pick Me" My heart was smiling to see him having such a great time. Thank you.

The staff at Central bark is amazing. Whether it’s taking care of our dog, grooming, and boarding they excel at all. Very involved employees and ownership. Facility is very new and clean. The staff is super flexible and the pricing is very reasonable. Not much more you could really ask for.

Scout loves going to Central Bark! He gets excited every time we pull into the parking lot. We love it also, the staff and the facilities are great. We love that we can get grooming, boarding, and training all done in one place. The staff know the personality of each dog. Often when I pick Scout up at the end of the day they will tell me about a new friend that he made or a funny thing that he did.When we have been on vacation and boarded Scout at Central Bark they sent us a report card telling us all about how he's doing and who he's playing with. It's comforting to know that your dog is happy and healthy while you're away.

We absolutely LOVE our Central Bark Family! Our sassy and stubborn Great Pyrenees mix has been going to weekly daycare since she was 4mo. old. (she's now 3.5 yrs old). She loves it and gets visually excited when we tell her it's a "school day" :) We have also used their weekend boarding while out of town and have never had a worry while she is there!(we also buy all of our Fromm dog food here as well! They really are a one-stop-shop for our girl!)The owners, Matt & Ashley, are genuine and all-around great people. In just a few years, they've developed a strong & successful business. And they continue to reinvest back into the business to update, improve and grow it! And they've compiled a team that love our girl *almost* as much as we do! The fact that they can remember the name of 100s of dogs, not to mention specific traits/likes/dislikes of each dog and each dog's "besties", is just amazing to me! (and they're super friendly to us humans as well!)We have, and will continue to refer anyone who asks us to Central Bark Sussex.

We have a puppy, so obviously very concerned about leaving our little one. I can't say enough good things about the owner and the team. They are very accommodating; customer service is great. I had my pup stay overnight before we actually left on vacation. Everything went well, I received photos and I called to check in. I was impressed when we came to drop our pup off for our trial date and the owner Matt got down on the floor to greet our pup and picked her up. That made me feel so good. Other places have taken my pup by leash and lead them away. Also, nice to know Matt owner is at the facility every day and checks his video of dogs overnight to make sure they're doing well and not anxious.

They do it right! Our dog is our baby, and this place is awesome in a way that they were patient and understanding of our paranoia to leave her while we went on vacation. Exceeded our expectations. They sent us continuous reports of how she was doing with constant pictures. Happy customer, I highly recommend!

Matt and his staff are the best. We have been coming here since we got Charlie 2½ years ago for grooming and daycare. We have also used them for boarding a handful of times from long weekends up to 2 weeks. We do not feel bad leaving him there since he is very comfortable with everyone. We could not be happier with the services and care our dog receives at Central Bark Sussex! We have been sending our dog to Central Bark Sussex for about two years. The owners and staff are fantastic and truly show that they care for your dog like it is one of their own. They are so welcoming and are very ensuring that your dog is in good hands while you are away. I also know that my dog that when my dog is at Central Bark that she is getting plenty of exercise and playtime. She is always exhausted after her stays!The upgrades that the Central Bark Sussex team has put into the facility over the past few years is outstanding! The play areas as well as sleep areas are always very clean and well kept. The outdoor space is great as well and provides the dogs with different opportunities depending on their play style.I would highly recommend Central Bark Sussex to anyone looking for overnight sleepovers or day care for their pup. Your dog will be in great hands!

I was visiting my parents and took my dog to doggy daycare here. The staff was very attentive and nice. My dog has pretty bad separation anxiety being a covid dog and all. When I dropped him off he was shaking so scared and when I picked him up he had a big smile on his face and zonked out immediately. It’s clear he was well taken care of, made good friends and had a lot of fun!

They got us in for a nail trim really quickly and they took great care of my two dogs! We now have a standing appointment every month, which was easy to set up. Very reasonably priced as well.
