It's difficult to explain. My girlfriend used the selfservice when done and finished paying the debt card didn't clear she didn't realize it and the next person bought all their groceries on my girlfriend's card which was $180 in Walmart still hasn't given her her money back and that was a couple of months ago

Well stocked on products and fresh produce . The employees are often in the way shopping fee or online orders. Also the employees NEVER stop to ask if you're in need of help or finding anything. They rarely smile and stand around talking amongst themselves. Definitely do NOT feel like the customer is number 1

It's Walmart! I came for toilet paper and I left with $5000.00 worth of stuff I don't even remember buying. The receipt is over 10 feet long and good thing it didn't stick to some ladies shoe cause you know how embarrassing that is when they come out of the bathroom.

This Walmart in Superior, WI is much BIGGER, CLEANER , NICER and less G than the other one… Plus, not everything is locked up. I can ALWAYS find great while shopping at this WALLYWORLD- make sure to checkout their “clearance aisle”, which is located right next to the lawn care area stuff.

Honestly I don’t know why I’m writing this because nobody is gonna read this anyways and Walmart is a straight up monopoly that nobody stands up to at this point smh. Sometimes I have ok experiences here but most of the time this Walmart is unpleasant for me to go to. I’m glad it’s here but I just wish we had a grocery store that you know actually cares about its customers. Here are some reasons I wish this Walmart would try more when it comes to making this a better place for its customers. 1.It’s hard to find employees to help you throughout the store. 2. Self checkout is the dumbest thing that has ever been invented by Walmart so far. I prefer cashiers. 3. Super rude employees. Some of these employees are rude for literally no reason smh. 4. Hire better employees please my goodness. 5. The meat is not that high quality. These are a few reasons why I’m rating this Walmart 2 stars ⭐️ out of 5.

Normally love this store, and still do. But their customer service desk? I asked the manager and they said there is no one not even her that can open up another attendant. Waiting for an entire order to be refunded. Other times there are extremely long lines wait. Walmart doesn’t prioritize the CS because they are more interested in sales than returns.I’ve come to believe that Walmart has figured out that if the public assumes there’s no customer service available for returns, that eventually peoples’ desires returns will be outdated and “unable” to return. It USED to be a very long time, now they’ve shortened return time from time of purchase, and seem to make it a priority to not keep their Cust. Service Desk open very long during the day, for returns. They ALSO make the whole department dark and blacked out with no lights on, to appear closed, to deter customers from attempting returns. This saves them a lot of money, I’m sure. As this world comes closer to embracing evil on deeper and deeper levels before the return of Christ, things will only progress worse and worse. For now, this is the level of commitment Walmart has gone to discouraging returns.

Clean, neat, well stocked store.Only gave it 4 stars because it's difficult to find personal help from store associates. They are always short staffed. ( Not necessarily their fault)

I am so sick and tired of being treated like a criminal every time I try to leave the store with my groceries. They force us to use these self-checkouts which is very hard for me because I am handicapped. I only shop once a month so I always have a full cart of groceries. By law, once I pay for my groceries at the register, the title to those groceries then passes to me and Walmart no longer owns them and it does not matter if a self-check out was used or not. They have no legal right to require me to show my receipt and have them going through my food with their ungloved hands at a time when covid is now ramping up again. Walmart has no right to detain me from leaving the store unless that they are 100 percent sure that I have shoplifted and technically, no criminal activity has occured until after a person has left the store without paying for something. Walmart does have the right to ask me if they could see my receipt and if I say yes, then I am permitting them to go through my cart and match items to my receipt, but that is not what is happening. Walmart employees are stopping you right as you come out of the self-check out and they are requiring you to show your receipt and then they rifle through your groceries without your consent. There were 2 women standing there and completely blocking my ability to just leave and when I loudly voiced my objection, the one woman looked at me and said that it is only going to get worse. When I really raised my voice, I was given back my receipt and allowed to leave, but not before she matched many of the items in my cart to my receipt and now I have that persons germy hands all over my food. I have complained to Walmart about this multiple times and it is still happening. They should be more worried about people trying to steal Christmas gifts than they should be about a 68 year old woman buying some groceries once a month. If this continues, I am going to file a civil lawsuit against Walmart and each and every employee who takes part in violating my legal rights because they are not going to stop until somebody does this because people just don't know what there rights are.

Walmart has changed so much, but unless we want to drive to Duluth mn there is really no place else in Superior Wi to shop. Very sad. Very frustrating!

Just trying to exchange a car battery and they act like you are trying to scam them. You would think a battery swap would take 15 to 20 min, nope sitting for an hour and a half and still waiting!!! Person taken info didn't seem like she knows her job at all. Never again will I buy a battery here ever again!!!!

Possibly the most incompetent automotive center to ever exist. Made an appointment with tires, size, and price over the phone. Upon arrival I am told they don’t have the tires. Wasted half a work day. The price of incompetence is not worth the discount.

Terrible return service. 1 employee bouncing back and forth between the Money Services desk and the Returns desk with a line of 8 people standing here. Poor management to not have enough employees scheduled to cover busy Sat afternoon shifts. Ridiculous.

Don't go to this auto care center. My fiancee needed 2 tires yesterday so she called and told them it was an emergency. They told her to come in and they still turned her away saying they were too busy. They basically made her leave with an unsafe car

Customer service desk is never open, returns and like services are sent to money service counter. As a former employee I know the "market place returns" (online orders) need to be exclusively done at the customer service counter (money services system can't do those specific returns). I went to CS and there was 2 women there (both had the ability to log on with their numbers to assist me as they both work in CS) they sent me down to money service center, I tried to explain it was a market place order. They cut me off and said "you gotta go down there, we can't help you, read the signs". I proceeded to go to money services where I was then walked down to customer service where I started and told it has to be completed there. 🙄😑 I explained that I tried to tell the previous women that were there that and met with horrible attitudes. For it being "customer service" it didn't meet even the lowest of standards. Seems to be a regular occurrence at that desk.

I cannot stand this Wal-Mart. Every single time I come here, there is a massive line at the self checkout. It is a major hassle if you have a lot of groceries, which is not unusual considering it’s a massive retail store! Half the front of the store is classic checkout lanes which would be great and convenient if there were cashiers. But there never are! 90% of the checkout lanes are closed and the only ones open are self checkout. Hire some cashiers! Not everyone wants to self checkout, it’s extremely inconvenient, and it is not practical when you have a full cart. What really drove me crazy is today I went there and the cart corral all had anywhere between 5 to 15 carts in them. There were carts littered across the parking lot rolling across the lot like tumbleweeds. I saw 4-5 people in vests by the cart well up by the doors standing around taking a smoke break. It shouldn’t take more than 2 people to stay on top of the carts. You are over staffed on cart retrievers, and under staffed inside at your 10 checkout lanes that have 1-2 people on a good day working them while there is 30 people in line at the self checkout. It’s a nightmare and I dread going there and I do what I can to avoid it. What a disaster. Hire some cashiers who help you checkout and say things like “Hello, how is it going? Did you find everything all right?”

This was one of the largest Walmart stores I have ever been in. They seem to offer lots of everything. There were both pleasant people working here and shopping here. I'm not a big Walmart fan but this one was nicely run, clean and efficient.

Big Box Store. Huge selection. Employees are a mix of friendly & jerks. Stock some bad merchandise, both in store & online. I have had 2 items this week not work straight out of the box, 1 in store & 1 online. Glad there returns are easy, but I think part of that is to get you back in the store to spend more money.Just my opinion.

Every time u ask where something is, the employees straight up say, "I don't know" ... And that's the end of that. Or they show u the wrong product and argue it's the right one... Till they FINALLY realize "oh! You're right!"It's a good place IF u know where what u want is and don't have to talk to anyone...

Crazy busy today. Everyone getting ready for Easter. Not too many good sales in the grocery department. The steaks looked pretty good though. Got everything on our list and then some.

So I went to cash a check it wasn't much but my daughter needed Tylenol and I'm between checks. So the lady at the counter one saw me run up there gave a loud sigh took her time scuffing her dingy shoes to get to the counter. Then proceeded to be extremely rude and hardly did my transaction, acting super annoyed her stinky self had to do anything. I will never go back to that place ever again just completely nasty heavy set long haired brunette working the cash services could scare away the nicest of people. Just trying to ruin my day but I'm not gonna let some snot do that.

Walmart was amazing. My husband and I forgot our pillows to go camping 😁 We ended up setting up and running to the nearest Walmart store. But we also forgot our rain ponchos. So we drove about a half an hour. We encountered a lady who helped us with our list, so helpful and sweet. Superior Walmart you are the best and the lady who helped us from the sport section. Thank you 👍

I moved away from Superior WI years ago but was visiting recently and stopped at the garden center in Walmart. I’ve lived in 4 different states, currently Tennessee, and I’ve never seen a Walmart Garden Center so nice! All of the flowers and plants look amazing. The entire area is clean, organized, and very well kept. Keep up the excellent work Bradley Anderson!
