I have called Walgreens superior on tower Ave 7 times to speak to pharmacist and u can't get thru, u have to talk to a call center who transfers you and then u get hung up on, Walgreens u suck!!I spend alot of money in scripts a. Month I need to find a different pharmacy who can actually help

Walgreens in Superior WI has a very rude and unprofessional woman working in the pharmacy department...told my wife how she doesn't make enough money to deal with customers problems when they couldn't supply needed medication for diabetes. She then hung up on my wife and the pharmacist called and hollered at my wife on the phone for upsetting his employee. We have been customers of Walgreens pharmacy for decades...but no longer. Beware of this business.

Pharmacy is suppose to be open at 7. Pharmacist walked in 15 minutes late and I asked him how long it would take for me to grab my prescription since I had to get to work. My prescription is already ready and he told me a half hour… he had a very rude tone and it makes no sense to me how it could take that long when it’s ready. Now I have to be in pain all day at work.

Bad form for Walgreens. Last night I had bought bandaids for a wound I had suffered and went to ER the morning of 7/2/23. When I got home I could not find them in my stuff that I had bought. I’m sure they were there, but I must have misplaced them when I looked for them. I said, “No problem.” I will just go to Walgreens and buy another box. It was twelve minutes before they were to close, and the workers were locking up. I asked them why they were closing early, they refused to tell me. I parked behind they car for about ten seconds because I could tell they were sneaking out early. The worker threatened to call the cops, so I left. I have no bandages for my wound, and I am thinking I will never shop at Walgreens again. I was really frustrated at their unwillingness to do the right thing.

Love this store. Competitive pricing friendly knowledgeable staff in store and pharmacy. Never had an issue in many years.Please don't blame the pharmacy if your physician doesn't send the proper info to them. In this highly regulated field if paperwork isn't correct it cannot be processed that is illegal.

Dont bother asking for quarters anymore, staff lie and say there is a shortage. Have had no problems up until today about getting quarters for change. Probably the last time i ever step inside a walgreens

See the empty shelves here!?!YOUR WELCOME Walgreens.I bought a bunch of stocking stuffers here at Walgreens tonight.They actually make great stocking stuffers believe it or not.I’ll definitely be back for there many choices of Christmas stocks I never seen socks like the ones they sell here.With Walgreens once there gone there gone they don’t come back.It’s like a Limited addition with a lot of there small gifts that you can’t get at Walmart.I give 4 stars for rude customer service.No hi no have a nice night NOTHING..IF YOU DON’T LIKE POEPLE THAN YOU SHOULDN’T BE IN THE FRONT OF THE STORE. Other than that love Walgreens for small gifts very pricey but worth it.

Apparently, if you pay ahead of time to get your prescription, the pharmacist expects more money before you can get your medication, as if we don't pay enough already. On top of that, the guy at the window was an a**hole about it. Get some more pleasant associates.

I have been receiving phone calls from this locations phone number despite opting out from communications. I will discontinue services at this location and all other Walgreens if they can’t respect my notification preferences. - edited 11/2023 the calls have stopped

Placed a curb side order almost 2 hours ago. I finally tried to call and kept getting picked up and hung up on. Finally called the call center and had them cancel.I used a face mask and hand sanitizer, I'm covid positive with another infection. Unfortunately while the 2 items I needed are sold elsewhere, not as cheap as Walgreens.When I came, 4:40pm, there were 7 workers and not a full store of customers and the pharmacy had zero line. Being the store MOST staffed in the area right now but ya know, let's force people who absolutely need something to put the elderly customers in danger.Let's add to this. I came in today for a simple 14 pill prescription. The lady that took it said oh it'll be about 20 minutes.OVER AN HOUR LATER I go up to just have them transfer it, the pharmacist DERRICK, pulls it out of his pocket and literally says my bad, it can be another 20 minutes.I took the paper back, came up to essentia health pharmacy where within 10 minutes it was filled. Mind you Walgreens had 3 pharmacist, wearing the white coats, and essentia health only has one pharmacist.I literally put all my other items on the counter and I just can never go to this Walgreens again.Yes I did say something to the managers who also pretty much said our bad.This is not ok.I put it on the Bible I will never step foot in another Walgreens due to this extreme negligence. I needed this medication in my body no later than noon. They have almost put me back in the emergency room.If there is a district manager, I hope you reach out to me because this is absolutely insane you run your business like this. So unethical, unprofessional un everything.

I go to Walgreens over CVS because of the service. Walgreens will be my go to pharmacy from now on and has little to no wait in the Drive-Thru and when you're in the store waiting back at the pharmacy department..

Let’s talk about that pharmacy staff. Rude, quick to push you off, unavailable (stood in line waiting to be acknowledged for way too long), while employees stand around chit-chatting. Meanwhile, I have a 30 minute wait for breathing medication because they’re “really backed up”. Maybe if you quit talking and started working you wouldn’t be behind? Sent my Rx here because I didn’t want to give Essentia any money, which I hadn’t made this decision. Essentia is at least quick and polite at their pharmacies. I don’t leave bad reviews, I just move on, but while I sit and wait for my medication to be filled I’ve watched the pharmacist wave at people, employees go in and out from behind the counter, and it’s just super unprofessional.

Walgreens is mainly a prescription drug facility, which there is a drive-thru for prescription drugs, they also can mail your prescription to you, and they also have anything from greeting cards to make up, and electronic body massagers, candy, soda beverages, and a lot more!!

Every time I come here, I end up having to wait 1+ hours EVEN AFTER THEY SEND A TEXT SAYING MY PRESCRIPTION IS READY! Today I am extremely sick, got the text saying it’s ready, went there, they said “25 minutes” so I waited 40 mins to go back. Then they said 15 more minutes. This happens every single time. Changing pharmacies after today.

Worst pharmacy ever. Waited in line for 45 minutes for some kid with poor hygiene to tell me that the prescription was not ready and to come back in 30 min. To be safe, I waited for an hour and a half. Came back to wait in line for another 30 min, mind you there was one person in front of me and no one at the registers. Finally I approach the counter, and another person who doesn't look like anyone I would want handling meds, tells me it's not ready. In fact they don't have it, don't stock it, and don't know if they could even order it. What quality service. Never going back even for a pack of gum.

I had my husband go to the Pharmacy to pick up my son’s medication (which I asked them to fax on the April 25th and today is May 1st). They informed him it wasn't ready, and they would re-send out the fax today (could take up to 3 days to have it ready). I don’t understand why it isn't ready. They hospital spoke with them on April 27th, which I confirmed after speaking with the hospital Pediatrics department. My son’s medication is regulated, and I cannot pick it up earlier than the day that needs it. So, having the timing right is up to me calling in to have the fax sent out to the Dr. and the rest is up to the Pharmacy. Well they failed, again. I have had nothing but problems with this Pharmacy and their rudeness.• The pharmacy should contact their clients to let them know their medication is no longer being made or if it is not going to be available on the day of pick-up.• The pharmacy should contact the client if they are not going to have the medication on-time for the day that it is needed, especially if it is tightly regulated (unable to pick up early).I have already lost half my pay from work, having to be a stay-at-home mom while my child suffers from not having the right medication and wasn’t able to properly ween off his current meds before being switched to a new medication. I find the entire situation disgusting. We are talking about a CHILD here. There should be more protocols in place when dealing with medication that affects their livelihoods. My poor boy has slid back into special education and his behavioral problems have become far worse than they were pre-medication. I am at my wit’s end and its upsetting to me because he is my boy and it’s hard to see him struggle when he was doing so good!This Pharmacy has:• poor customer service• poor communication• Rude pharmacists• Unprofessional pharmacists• Inadequate safety protocols and proceduresToday I called, May 1st, to find out why they didn’t have my son’s medication ready. They said they had sent out a fax last week and they hadn’t gotten a response from the Doctor. I called the Doctor’s office, they called the pharmacy on April 27th. So, they were in direct contact with my son’s Dr.’s nurse. Still no medication ready. I was angry, how can they let my son fall through the cracks AGAIN! Well, they stuck me on hold for a good 10 minutes after I asked for a manager, then 10 minutes later they came back on the phone “Megan” answered and told me there was no manager on duty. You should know if you have a manager in today or not, they stuck me on hold for 10 minutes to hang me out to dry, probably hoping I would hang up. I asked for the Walgreen’s store manager and she came on with all apologies. I don’t want apologies, I want my son’s medication that I requested 6 days ago to have ready for TODAY.What this pharmacy will do for you• Put you on hold for 10+ minutes for a manager, only to tell you there is no manager• Ridicule and finger point blame to you and your doctor• Look at you like a sack of cash and not a person (because if they really cared about my son, we would have known of a medication change before the day it happened)So please, if you care about your family and their health, go to a different pharmacy in Superior, WI.

The Walgreens Pharmacy in Superior is nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the store is very clean. The only problem I have is the prices of their prescriptions. I had transferred from Walmart to Walgreens because I was having issues with Walmart, but picking up my prescription today I found that it was over DOUBLE the price of what Walmart charges. Being a college kid it's hard for me to afford that type of thing with no insurance. Though I like the staff and atmosphere at this store, I'm going to have to switch back to Walmart for the lower prices, regardless of the issues I have with them.

Nice pharmacy, one specific pharmacist was very rude, he spoke about a drive through patient while I was on hold...it was a very very judgmental poke. I would rather not be too specific, if need be, use your imagination. Don't think too hard. All the other pharmacists/staff are knowledgeable, friendly.

I get my prescriptions elsewhere, where they are much cheaper, (my only negative thing to say) but the customer service at Superior Walgreens can not be beat! Everyone is so helpful, and they notice you looking bewildered (often the case with me!) then they ask if they can help, which is very rare these days in a retail environment. Cosmetics, hair products and things like that cost a bit more than Walmart but I am willing to pay the difference because shopping there is so pleasant. Special thanks to Cheyenne <hope I'm spelling that right> in cosmetics for helping me a few days ago when I was a very stressed-out wreck. She went way above and beyond and actually calmed me down with her sweet and helpful customer service. (And no, I don't know her lol) Thank you!

I stopped at the Walgreens in Superior, hoping to get a poster made from a picture on my phone. The lady behind the photo counter was so rude and unhelpful, I finally just walked out. I recommend going elsewhere if you want friendly, helpful service.Just to update, I went to Walmart and got the poster. The salesperson was extremely friendly and super helpful!

I am so impressed with the pharmacy technicians at this Superior Walgreens they literally went out of their way to help me and my husband with a pill that he needed that was very important for his heart so I definitely recommend the pharmacy for sure

Was told I couldn't pick up the photos that I bought because I didn't have permission. Even though I owned the photos and had the receipt outlining each photo and what I could do. Support was no help either. Will be moving business elsewhere.
