I've been taking my Aussie here for about a year and a half for doggy day care, boarding and after today grooming services. I've never been disappointed by bringing her here. She has a lot of friends and staff are very good to she and I. The prices are reasonable and my dog comes home tired which is always a plus.

I’ve taken my puppy here a few times for daycare and he has loved it! He even made a really good doggie friend lol. I would absolutely recommend this place!! The staff here is super friendly. My dog always comes home exhausted and he’s always excited to get dropped off. They have an app where they post pictures of the doggies too and if your dog is in the picture, they will tag them.

That is not true. I'm going toWarsaw Poland to start aschool for Ukrainian refugeechildren. If you did your homework you would know that is not a warzone. What's at issue is yourterrible customer service. You were the one that was rude on the phone. I offered a deposit and credit card to insure payment and you turned that down rudely.I didfind a place for my puppy thatisn't so difficult to deal with.Not that you care. But there are other kennels in our area who treat customers well.Don't do business with this place. Owner is very combative and tried to charge me over $1,000 upfront for a 30 day stay. I offered a deposit but she said I might not come back and pick up my dog and she was going to charge all of the fee upfront. Shame on you!

We absolutely love Silverwood and so do our fur babies. We’ve sent both of our dogs there for 10 years, multiple times per year. The excitement from each of them as we pull into the parking lot makes us feel so happy and comfortable as we drop them off. The staff are kind and compassionate and seem genuinely excited to see our dogs when they arrive. Our first baby used to have a hard time eating when we were gone and they would give her a special rice dinner just so she wouldn’t be hungry when she was choosing to not eat her dog food. We love Silverwood and wouldn’t take our fur babies anywhere else! 🐾

Everytime we drop the sweet pooch off, she gets so excited to see the stellar staff and other dogs!Grooming has gone great, good hair cuts, always comes back soft and clean. Boarding was wonderful too, and daycare is the best! Highly recommend them because they do post pictures frequently, and can usually accommodate services needed. 🤗

We have boarded our Lab, Dexter, at Silverwood many times when we were traveling more frequently. He has always been treated well and loves the staff. Lately, we have had his nails trimmed several times at Silverwood. They get the job done quickly even though I'm sure he's a handful! Highly recommend this local business!

I LOVE the people that work here! Everyone is always so caring and always makes my dog feel special! He enjoys going there and always is clean when I get him. I have never had issues at all. In fact they are always making sure that his records are up to date when I make the reservations! They even wash his blanket the last couple times because it has been muddy out!

We love Silverwood! We know our aging dog is in great hands when we board him. For a dog with anxiety, he enjoys staying there and the staff provides great care every time. The team not only listens but asks questions at drop off to ensure the best care. Grooming is always well done as well. Can’t say enough good things about Silverwood!

We’ve been bringing our Boston Terrier Waylon Silverwood Petcare for boarding and other services for years! Waylon is always so excited to see the workers and they always treat him like a friend.He can be a handful so to see that he is treated so well and welcomed by the staff makes it a little easier to leave him when we have to go out of town without him.Fair prices, they almost always have room for him and he comes back happy. Silverwood Pet Care is a great facility! It is clean, safe, and the employees are wonderful with all animals!I have taken my dogs there for grooming, boarding, and the daycare. The daycare is so awesome and I take my Golden there 2-3 days every week.

My dog is very touchy and nervous about people touching his paws so nail trimming is very tricky. Silverwood staff was fantastic! They were calm, understanding, and allowed me to stay with my dog through the process. They are great!!

I have no doubt that my dogs are well cared for here. The owner is a great person and she has a wonderful staff. The dogs seem happy to arrive.I've taken my dogs to several kennels prior to discovering Silverwood. They always smell funky when they come back. I don't know what it is. People who are complaining about that have clearly never had their dogs at a kennel.

I wanna preface this by saying the staff was very lovely and that this happened a year ago but I was so sad for my one year old puppy. I sent her to get a haircut for the first (and last) time. She is a poodle mix and I said I wanted her shorter. I do know that they don't do matts, and no she did not have any. She is brushed everyday of the week when she has long hair and has more products than I do for my hair. Anyways, I got her back and she had almost no hair and her WHISKERS were gone. I am not confrontational, but I was very saddened that they did that to her. I do not care about aesthetic I just wanted my black dog to be comfortable in the sun.

I had my little Shih Tzu groomed here today and I am beyond impressed with how she turned out! The groomers are so kind and really take the time to listen to what you want done for your pet. The grooming price was so reasonable also, I’ve been to others and they have charged twice what it cost here. My baby girl will not being going anywhere else; this place is great!

My dogs have been going there for nearly a year, and never had a complaint. When new ownership came in however the place went downhill dramatically. Normally takes them 3-4 hours to fully groom my labrador mix and he would come home looking wonderful. This last time (first time since they came under new management) he was done within 30 mins of us dropping him off. We went to pick him up and hes still wet, fur is still coming of of him in chunks and they didnt express his anal glands (something they used to do before and did to my other dog who went there).I am upset to leave since they are some of the only ones who take bully breeds as well without a muzzle....but overall they need to keep their level of standard the same for remaining customers, I will be finding a different and proper grooming service.

I bring my Staffy here for daycare and she always has the best time. I do not have to worry because I know she is in good hands. Whenever I pull up to daycare, she knows where we are and gets so excited. By the time I pick her up, she sleeps the whole way home in the car because she played all day with her friends. My favorite part is the smaller play groups compared to other daycares in the area. I would definitely recommend!

Please consider an alternative boarding location before coming here! Having worked in dog rescue for several years I have seen mistreatment of animals not only in the home, but also in shelters. The quality of boarding here is no different than your loving, pet, getting picked up by animal control. My parents dog who was boarded here even had raw paws from being soaked in his own urine.The dogs in boarding are rarely let out to go to the bathroom it seems, as they are covered in urine (see other reviews for reference). Thirsty when returning home, and checked in on/fed infrequently. Not only is the care bad, the dogs are fearful, stuck in their cages for hours. It’s a far cry from “home.”

I have been bringing my dogs to Silverwood petcare for about 10 years. both of my beagles and my terrier jakk always get excited to go here. There prices are low and they have always acted professional. i feel this is the best place in the Superior area to go. Jakk will be visiting soon.

I have never tried a doggy day care before but when I got my Doberman puppy allmost 2 years ago at 8 weeks old I decided to to try daycare and grooming and Louie loves it they have helped him socialize with other dogs and people . If I say daycare he perks up and can’t wait to go play he’s made many new friends and will continue to make many more .
