We love this place! They are so friendly and take pride in their work. They have a nice selection of toys, treats and supplies for dogs of all sizes! Kitty cats too! The store front is impeccably clean and tidy. They take such good care of our dog whenever we bring him in. They are very fair priced too! First time bringing Duck in for her grooming, and she can be a little shy. Groomer greeted her with enthusiasm and excitement and all went well. She smelled so good, and we saw curly hair we didn't even know she had. Awesome prices and excellent service. We will be going back.

I am BEYOND thrilled with my experience at Rascals! We had a bit of a last minute situation and after calling about every groomer in Duluth and Superior and being told they're not taking new dogs or can't get us in for months, Christie worked some magic and was able to get us in right away. This was the first time I had my 8 month old Goldendoodle fully groomed, and her coat was completely overgrown. I handed them an overgrown, shaggy, dirty, practically feral looking animal and was returned an absolutely beautiful, clean, fresh, beautiful little lady dog. Complete with an adorable little feather in her hair! I love my doodle's more shaggy muppet-y look, so I was a bit worried about getting a dog back that would be more poodle-y looking or to perfectly manicured. They totally understood I just wanted to give her a nice clean shave down for summer time, but leave her fluffy tail. Crystal did an amazing job giving her a nice clean sporty summer cut but giving her a bit of a lewk on top. My dog is a very typical rambunctious and high energy 8 month old goldendoodle, so I knew this would be an enormous effort to manage her energy, and I'm so grateful for their patience with what I knew would be a big project. Thank you thank you thank you Christie and Crystal for your time and energy and amazing talent!

We have never owned a dog that needed grooming so I wasn't sure what to expect at all. They took great care of our XL pyrenees mix Louise including trimming the hair between her paws, trimming her toenails, giving her a great smelling bath and other light hair trimming. Fast scheduling and so kind and fairly priced for the time she was there. Will bring her back again.

I called one morning to bring my cat in for a sanitary shave. The employee got me in the same day! She said to come in at the end of the day when there are less dogs so it’s less stressful for both, which is something I didn’t even think about and I’m very happy they did so! The shave was very quick, made a point to make it look natural, and asked me for my opinion to double check before putting my cat back in his carrier. They also have lots of toys/coats at reasonable prices in their waiting area. Very friendly and would recommend!

Everything about this business is wonderful! The owner Crystal is so kind and understands animals like few people I have known. She and her staff will take excellent care of your pets! Great people here. Super friendly, great with the pups. Careful by the busy road with your pets, other than that it's a great central location and easy to find. They are quick and kind and take good notes for their return customers.

I am in love with this place. My husband and I are new to the area and have never had our babies groomed before (we used to do it all ourselves). We looked at every groomer and decided on Rascals. I was bumming because they were pretty booked but they called back and got us in same day!! They are both still in their puppy phases and haven’t had the chance to go to obedience classes yet so I was super nervous about bringing them here but decided to after reading the reviews. Boy am I glad we did! We’ll be loyal customers forever now! Their prices are amazing, they do an awesome job, and they took such good care of our dogs! They are the best!

My newly adopted dog was fearful, but the lady was very confident. We went in for a nail trimming. It was my first experience in this business and I was very impressed with the pleasant smell, appearance, and overall atmosphere of the business - for being a dog grooming place it smells awesome! It is a quaint little business with fair prices. It is a small business so I kindly asked if she took debit (yes she did) and I asked if she'd prefer cash (yes, it saves her having to pay for fees). I ended up tipping her, rounding up my total to a smooth 10 bucks. Very nice lady working, was quick, efficient and friendly. I would recommend this business to fellow pet owners.

I only use Rascal's for their nail trim services but I've been impressed with them every time. Trying to trim our dogs nails at home had always been a disaster so dropping a few bucks to have someone else do it is well worth it to me. The shop is cute and tidy with plenty of doggy treats and accessories for sale and the staff have always been attentive and friendly. I love that no appointment is necessary for nail trimming, however for their other grooming services you will need to schedule in advance.

You won’t find anyone who loves animals more than Crystal, the owner. She has been one of the few people who took the time to understand and work with my hyper/scared/jumpy 55lb rescue dog (a chow chow mix, nonetheless - not easy to groom!), and she did amazing! Highly recommend!

We have brought our cats to get their nails clipped and now our new puppy. She is fast, kind and LOVES all animals. She remembered our pup after only meeting him once, and even remembered his broken nail. We will only go to her for all of our grooming needs!!!

Our Lucee is probably the worst dog in the world for a groomer to handle. Plus she is very old and gimpy and needs special handling so she won't get hurt. Crystal does a great job of taking care of her, she isn't sore from not being handled properly and her cut is fantastic. We used another groomer for over 20 years with our dogs and Crystal is the only one we will use from now on.

they got me a appointment right away and on a schedule that worked with me I definitely would recommend them my pup is vary hyper girl but she did so amazing with her she came back so happy and cut vary professionally and that is hard to find with a long hair bordercollie and the prices are vary great I definitely will be coming back!!!!!!!!
