We purchased a Maytag range from Menards online and didn’t receive the LP conversion kit. I went to Menards in Superior and got THE BEST customer service from Maya in Appliances. She helped me located the necessary parts at another store because, it was the right thing to do! Thank you Maya and Zachary - we appreciate the effort!!!

We purchased a pole building and siding for our house last year at the Superior Menards with Don at the ordering desk. Don was fantastic and really knows his stuff! This year we are building a garage and we’re pleased to find Don working when we placed our order. Again he didn’t disappoint! Don deserves a raise! Went to the Superior WI menards to pick up my garage order. Was helped by Jeffster in the yard. Jeffster was great and a real professional employee while assisting loading all my materials I needed on the trailer! Way to go Jeff and you deserve a raise!

Ridiculous! They have two registers and lines past the tools. This store has gotten so bad I'm gonna be done coming here and. I'm a builder and spend Tens of Thousands of dollars here every year. I'm at the end of my rope. Standing in line for 20 minutes to pay is absurd.

I came to the Superior location with my friend to finish up her landscaping as she needed some bricks. We were in the garden center and asked an employee for help. This guy was so nice and knowledgeable. Gave us a giggle because his name tag said "Jeffster". I'm thankful for his help with finding the bricks we needed and not to mention he helped load them up. Pleasant experience with a totally awesome employee! Nice job Menards!

I’m only giving it this low of a review today due to all the high pitch noises throughout the store, including one register that I could hear clear across the store as she scanned each ear piercing item. There was also high beeping cart or forklift noises. I have both a brain injury and autism and this was so unbelievably triggering that my ears are ringing, getting a migraine and feel like I’m going to toss my cookies. I had to stop shopping for things I needed and high tail it out. My cashier was very pleasant and understanding and said she would speak with management, as I’m sure I’m not the only one triggered.

I have been to a few different Menards but the one in Superior is the best. I am impressed by the customer service not only in store but outside as well. Their yard guys are by far the BEST. I was helped by "Jeffster" and Todd with a very large order and their teamwork got me in and out exceptionally fast, even while helping other customers at the same time. Great job!

Husband texted me to pick up some things from here after work because he was busy. I didnt know what half the stuff was (I hate shopping for him!) I was ready to walk out when this super tall employee asked me if I needed any help. Honestly, that never happens so you can imagine how impressed I was. Showed him the message from my husband and he showed me where to go and answered all my questions. I'll never forget Jeffster. Good job Menards for hiring people that actually help and not run into another isle when I make eye contact with them!! Extra kudos for the fun name tag. Thanks Jeffster for your help. Husband is happy. Hopefully this guy is still working if I ever have to make another trip.

We went to pick up brown treated lumber and after we paid it was the end of the pile and they weren’t the best looking ones left. Thank god for Jeffster who came in clutch and checked in the extra back stock and found us all the lumber we needed and even helped us load it. Give this man a raise!!!

I was looking for some piping for the back of my toilet and I was looking around for someone to help me find the right one and I see this shorter employee and I tried to approach him but he intentionally walked away from me. I finally got his attention and I could hear him swear something under his breath as he finally turned around and I was so shocked by this I simply told him never mind and walked out of the store. So for the employee named Brody I only have one thing to say THANKS FOR NOTHING.

It's a Menards store. It's got everything on Menards store would have. I recently went here to purchase lumber for a deck building project and I noticed how expensive lumber or wood is. I'm sure it's this expensive anywhere you go I was just in the dark about how the price of lumber skyrocketed since the last time I had bought some but I guess that's just the same thing with everything else. I'm sorry all I can touch on is the lumber however I did notice some sale priced items on my way back to the lumber department. That reminds me the lumber department is huge but always someone nearby to lend a helping hand. I will continue to go to my local Menards for lumber supplies.

Purchased a snowblower from hermantown Menards and they grabbed the wrong model. Went to the Superior location today to see what they could do to reconcile their error. They did nothing. The 11% rebate is over so my exchange couldn't get the 11% rebate. I purchased the machine I wanted and had it moved to the loading dock for pickup. The staff unloaded it from the fork lift and said there you go. I had to ask for help loading it and got a bad attitude for doing so. I WILL NOT BE BACK TO MENARDS. Home Depot just got my family's business.

Just like every trip to Menards it starts with a visit to customer service so I can return the junk I purchased last trip. This time it was a $4 lopper, I'll spare you the details, but I should've known better. They do mix stain and paint very well and that's a necessity there because stain options are nil to a lot of the same color. Shopping online comes with it's own surprises including fees and product availability. Ship to store for free then get nailed with a "picking fee". What matters most is the return policy and the way you save big money when you shop Menards.

All of the things u "need" to do the stuff that has to be done. Fantastic exchange policy on their "house brand" tools. Excellent selection of food for pets (cats and dogs). Limited options/variety in-store on some items in most departments and the least expensive brands sometimes are not worth the pennies you save when considering the time wasted having to prematurely replace those specific parts. Friendly (most the time, most the employees).

Worst Menards ever!!! Nobody wants to help nobody knows anything , everything is scattered and unorganized, rude, we waited for about a half hour to get the things we had ordered ! They helped the three people behind us in line and they ignored us until my other half made a scene like that is what it takes ??? You guys are a holes and rude and inconsiderate!

Menards in Superior is a wonderful place to shop. I ordered some fence panels, and cement and the fellow was very helpful and knew what I was looking . And when I brought the papers over to finalize the order and setting up for delivery, the gentleman was polite and knew how to get everything in place that I wanted. It was a great experience. Placed an order weeks in advance online, communicated with management via email about where to leave delivery, etc on June 9th. Weeks later day before lumber for deck was to be delivered, I called to verify order was being delivered and time of day to expect it. At that point I found out they had completely ignored my order and would not be able to deliver it for another 3 weeks.

Beware of ordering online for delivery. The follow up for my oven range delivery was a one way street - I had to reach out to find out why my appliance wasn’t delivered, only to find out they never had it in stock. Further, I specifically searched only in stock ranges and scheduled the delivery on their site for a specific time. I expect better of menards, and while I understand supply chains are hard hit now, communicating these basic shifts isn’t a special ask. 0/5.

This Menards was awesome! Especially Mason in the kitchen department. After hearing it would take months for cabinets at a number of other stores, Menards was able to get us cabinets in a week because they are made in the USA! And deliver them promptly to our cabin:) Thanks to Mason’s quick work we were able to order cabinets for our kitchen and be out of there in about 1/2 an hour!

Great deals great Cashiers. Spent alot of money and have done alot of business with this menards., but Nobody likes to be followed by security everytime you shop there.Nothing more disrespectful n harassing. Thought it was maybe because my hood being up, but now it's quite obvious there's more going on here. Hope they can change that soon.

I was very disappointed with the customer service while shopping for patio furniture. After finding the item I wanted to purchase I was told it was the last one they had. I asked the boy about a discount due to the fact it was a floor model. He told me I would have to wait until the store manager was back from lunch there was no one in the entire store that could make a decision other than her. I patiently waited 30 minutes to find the female manager very rude and unfriendly. I requested they bag all the cushions and help load into my vehicle. The manager said she would have it brought to the register area. After paying at the register full price I asked the cashier to advise the people bringing my furniture that I would be parked out front of the store. After waiting 10 minutes I went back into the store to find my furniture on carts in the corner by the doors. When I asked the same cashier if it was my furniture she responded yes it’s right there you can take it. I once again asked for assistance and finally received some. So frustrating.
