This store is disgusting! The shelves are pretty bear or you can’t get to them because there’s so many boxes and junk everywhere. Definitely a fire hazard. There was a empty Dunkin’ Donuts drink sitting on the shelf. The staff is kind, but they should not be working in those conditions and I now go to the West Duluth store.The store should be shut down until it can get cleaned and organized.

Empty shelves, carts of boxes blocking shelves that actually contained items, with no employees anywhere near the mess. When we were leaving had to wait for an employee who was in such a hurry I had no choice than to wait for her to walk through first just to see her stand there after making me wait for her to walk through. Customer service???

Today was first time there was less then 10 customers waiting to check out. Actually was quick cashier & took total of 7 minute wait instead of 20-40 minute wait to checkout

Lots of variety with cheap prices so it's a good place to find things you need for parties or just decorating. They also have some grocery items if you don't need large quantities.

I would have given 3 stars due to the store looking dirtier and more disorganized than I've ever seen it as well as looking as if they're going out of business but the girls that have worked there for years are so sweet I had to give 4.As a few other reviews mentioned, the shelves are empty in about 1/2 to 2/3 of the store. About a week or so ago I asked if the store was closing permanently and later I overheard another customer ask that same question. All of the workers are really nice, except for the lady who's much older than the rest of the cashiers and is always rude. Perhaps she resents still having to work while everyone else her age has long since retired to Florida, maybe she didn't accomplish her lifelong dream of working at Dollar General and has to settle for Dollar Tree? Whatever her issues, at least she's consistent. When we asked if the store was closing she responded to us both the same way ~ unnecessarily raising her voice, saying a rude "NO!" and turning her back on us. That was it. No explanation as to why there were no vitamins, not a single notebook when normally there's a plethora of them, about 4 or 5 phone cases only, no ibuprofen or acetaminophen (the usual $ store purchases). Even the craft aisle that's located next to the books was empty, in addition to many other departments. I find that really odd.

I love the dollar tree! EVERYTHING is 1.00 and I mean Everything..... My only problem is every single time I've went to a dollar store theres always only one cashier working the registers and they're alway busy so it's a waiting game to check out. Other than that I'm a regular shopper.

I was impressed with the amount of stocked items. staff is super friendly. found some really nice items for literally $1 a piece. facility could use a thorough front door and window cleaning and dusting and floor cleaning. my 1st impression walking in was I worried for my health. especially with the current state of the world. if i return and see cleanliness... i'll bump it up a star. so... yay! #dollartree

I consistently have a positive experience here. For what it is, there is a lot of value here. I find Dollar Tree superior to the other dollar stores. None of these places really done with regards to product or service, but there are often some good values. Dollar General is second place in my experience. All the others rank ahead of Family Dollar for me.

This is the best Dollar Tree in the Twin Ports! It is conveniently located next door to Walmart, near Aldi's & Menards, which makes it great for one stop shopping, when you are on a limited budget. It is also near the bus stop. The place is cleaner & better stocked than the Duluth stores. The staff at all of the local Dollar Tree stores are always pleasant & go above & beyond what is expected of them, which makes all of the Twin Port's Dollar Tree Stores a joy to shop at.

There is a cashier working there that is an older colored gentleman, he is a very pleasant employee. He made my visit to the store today a happy visit. I highly recommend this Dollar General store!

It's a dollar store, good selection and it isn't one of those stores that is like "dollar store!!!" Then you go inside and find something that's like 5 bucks

I went to the Dollar Store in Superior. Wisconsin because that store is HUGE compared to the 2 smaller stores in Duluth. I went in with just one item to purchase & ended up purchasing $66 worth of items. That's 66 items I bought! Every thing I bought was in great condition & each cost only a dollar. I purchased 8 new kitchen towels & new pot holders & oven mitts which really brightened my kitchen up. I am now a great fan of Dollar Tree stores. .

So many fun things to look at. Always buy more then I came in for. They now have an area of lot of craft supplies. Low on some products but that is to be expected.

Well it's still called the dollar store, but you can no longer buy anything there for a dollar, all items are now $1.25 to a $1.50 but you can still pretty much buy just about anything, excluding furniture, produce, liquor, and home stereo's, cell phones, but they sell accessories for electronic devices

Great prices on things like candles, vases, picture frames. Don’t waste your money elsewhere for stuff like that. Very impressed by how friendly the staff were at this location.

I think that this place is slowly declining as do many other establishments seem to be lately but I still find decent items on occasion that are worth it for the price although it has gone from being a real dollar store to being a $1.35 store.. ....

This dollar tree has friendly staff, great items, and a nice location-- it is near a walmart & aldis, so you don't have to go out of your way if you frequent these three locations.

Only one staff ever working the till. They flip decorations too fast. I wanted Halloween supplies, they had already taken them down and had Christmas supplies up.

Small everyday essentials - shelves are kinda getting thin , boxes of freight stacked around - might be time to just open the boxes on one side and do it like Aldi .

I hadn't been to the store in nearly a year,.. I was suprised to see how many essentials they have.. many are cheaper than Walmart. Wal-Mart sells larger quantity - but do the math, you will save

Clean and organized. Most of the staff was friendly. There is one cashier who was pretty rude and unfriendly but it didn't take away from my experience.
