We have had the same groomer for years, we followed her to Tabby Jacks. Grooming is pricey anywhere in the Madison area, we are just really happy with Jessica's work.Also they have in online portal for scheduling grooming which helps a lot.

We got a new puppy and Tabby and Jack's was recommended to us for getting her started with grooming. Briana is fantastic! Our pup was nervous at first but did much better the second time. The bath and blow dry was great, the nails are done well, and the "sanitary" portion of things leaves her smelling better ever. We will continue to go here as our pup works her way up to a full groom. Cannot recommend enough!

Abby does an amazing job grooming our yorkie. Love that you drop off and know she will be done in 50 to 60 minutes. No waiting 2 to 3 hours and the groomer working on multiple dogs at once.Highly recommend

This was Felix's first time being professionally bathed and groomed and with him being a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel my daughter and I were a bit nervous knowing we've read some pretty bad reviews on other sites on how their cavies were shaved. We really didn't want that to happen to him. Brianna listened to us and took the time to get to know Felix before hand. It settled our nerves and we were so comfortable leaving him with her.The results were amazing! He was whiter, fluffier and so soft. Best of all he's so darn handsome. Thanks so much for doing a great job and a heck of a lot cheaper than we were quoted elsewhere. Felix looks amazing!

We took our dogs into the groomer’s for the first time and everything went really well! We were worried about taking them somewhere new as neither one has anxiety around nail trims and such but they did just fine! And while we waited the staff were super helpful in helping us find what we needed and even offered to special order something for us! Cute shop and great staff!

They were super friendly. Listened to everything I asked for. I dropped off my two dogs and went shopping and they text me when they were ready for pickup. My girls smelt and looked so pretty when they were done. Would definitely recommend tabby and jacks for any grooming, nail trimming and an overall friendly environment. I found a great toy that enriches walks with a sporting dog here. The "Chuck It" ring flinger throws a dense ring which keeps it's momentum and bounces along the ground. Our dog Jack loves to chase it down and hunts for it even if he loses sight of it. I had hoped to find a toy like this at other stores but no one ever carried it. It was a great find

I was able to schedule my dog for a next day Saturday nail trimming service. I appreciated being able to make an apt versus doing a walk in service. Staff was very friendly. Store was clean. Quick service: in and out with a happy pup and dog mom. I will make reoccurring appointments for my dog’s nails.
