Recently used Natures Preserve pet care, for a procedure with our new puppy. We had a wonderful experience, great communication and wonderful staff. Dr Greer explained everything so we fully knew what to expect. We were able to reach out with questions or concerns that were addressed right away. we had a follow up appointment with Dr. Johnson and she was very friendly and was able to answer all of our questions. we had a great experience and would absolutely use them again in the future! Highly recommend! amazing communication and they truly cared for our puppy!

I really love this place. The staff are so great, especially Patience!! She is always so thoughtful and patient and helpful. I recently had my boy neutered here, and he never had a moment of swelling or any side effects. Several friends have had recent neuter issues with their dogs, so I was very happy with the excellent care he received.

The staff at Nature's Preserve have been phenomenal. They have gone above and beyond. Dr. Johnson saw our sick cat immediately and helped us step by step through a tough diagnosis. She was there for us when we had questions and concerns. More recently they got our dog in quickly when he broke two of his nails at the base. Not only did they take such awesome care of his paw/nails but they went ahead and updated his vaccinations while he was there.They went out of their way for us and our pets. I'm referring everyone! Stellar customer service!

Unfortunately my pup ate something so they did a quick x-ray and as soon as they saw the results they told me my pup needed emergency surgery! So they called every ER vet in the area and made sure they sent me to the one that could take him back right away!! The fact that they just let me stay with bunker to keep him comfortable while they called around to find a place that could get him in right away is just amazing!!! Clearly the entire staff here cares about each and every patient that comes through their doors!

Couldn’t be happier with the care our dog receives here. Dr. Greer is the most compassionate and professional vet I’ve met in having taken our dog now to a third clinic (moving, since old vet clinic retired their business). They are thoughtful, thorough and work collaboratively and answered all of my questions while addressing my concerns. I would recommend this vet to all of my friends and neighbors.

This is a very nice place, they took very good care of my rottweiler and it was not are regular vet. My only complaint is that I did not get an estimate for my dog's vasectomy until 5:30pm the night before the surgery. When I asked how much more an vasectomy was vs castration they said about $200 which I was thinking would be about $250 to $300 usually for castration in my area. Then I got estimate the night before which was $929! Which I felt was outragous, but since I had taken the day off and had it scheduled for about a month. I decided to still had it done. They were great and it is a wonderful place, but if I would have known sooner I would went somehere equal to this place but at a more responsible price! So make sure you get an estimate before you schedule a surgery. I guess that was my mistake. Still real happy with the service they provided.

I breed Irish doodles and take all my dogs here for their vet needs. I am able to get in to do testing, they are responsive and fit me in when I have sick dogs, and are through, thoughtful, and conscientious. Drs Johnson, Greer and Huxabaut have all treated my dogs and have been really great. Technicians Miranda and Shawna, Receptionist Lisa and clinic manager Darlene are all super responsive, personable and so caring toward all my dogs. I highly recommend Nature's preserve pet care for top notch service and care.

We are privileged to have one of the top vets in the country right here in our area. Saw Dr. Greer today and she not only knows her stuff but she takes the time to really listen. Very nice clinic and great staff. Highly recommend!

We just started using vet services here, but the comprehensive physical, vaccination, and claw trim appointment we had was as stress free as we could have hoped for! Very impressive, considering our anxiety monster of a dog :)

He went out of his way to drive across town after his own family emergency to see us for our emergency. He's always been great & is very caring about our pets. I do not recommend this vet clinic. The clinic has changed hands and is now called the Nature's Preserve Pet Care Centre since June 2017. Since then I have had problems with them canceling appointments I have made at the last minute and needing to reschedule just about every appointment I have made. Seems they are having trouble having a vet on duty during regular business hours. The last straw was when my senior dog fell this morning and I was unable to reach them even though their business hours stated they were open on Wednesday mornings from 8:00-5:30pm. I was trying to reach them from 8-9 am and no answer and no answering machine to even leave a message. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I brought my cat (Zoe Cat Fabulous) into your vet clinic several months ago to check a lump that had grown on Zoe's left side. It was a small lump at that time and located on her left side, near the rib cage. The vet had said that it was just abnormal cartilage and that she was fine.As time passed, the lump grew larger and further back towards her rear. She started to struggle to jump onto the bed and no longer sat in her window. Her appetite decreased and she started hiding under the bed, more and more. SHE WAS IN PAIN!!!!I had a second opinion conducted and they took x-rays which determined, yes it was an abnormal growth of some sort. Finally, the third vet place we took her to (The Cat Care Clinic), took an actual biopsy of the mass and it was determined that it was a spiral sarcoma cancer. Had this kind of care been completed with the first vet visit, perhaps we could have had it removed when it was small and she would have been able to live 5-7 more years. But, now it's too late, and the cancer has spread to where she will need a board certified surgeon to remove it, along with radiation therapy... A process of suffering I cannot bare put her through. She has been my best friend for 13 years and soon she will be leaving me, way too early, in my honest opinion.For this reason, I will be giving one star on your Google review, and I will tell the world why I would not recommend petcare centre for your best friend.

IN PERSON VISITS!! You actually get to go in with your pet and show the vet what's going on. Vets are excellent and take wonderful care of our 14 year old Siberian Husky!!

(Couple of years ago) Our furbaby (rescue we only had 2 months) was on phenobarbatol to control seizures. I had ordered meds & going to pick up before noon on Christmas eve (they closed at noon). I arrived before 11:30 am & they were closed already. I scrambled, called a previous vet we used for a prior dog. They fit us in, examined him & gave us the script. When Petcare Centre opened again 2 days later (12/27) I called to express my disgust. When I asked about them supposed to be open until noon on the 24th, they giggled & said they closed early. This is not a drug our dog could've gone without, he could've died. I was livid & I told them so, then demanded they send our records to our previous vet.I had gone there on the recommendation of a friend but would never ever use them again. They are probably a fine vet clinic but I have a long memory.
