Very sweet staff who will keep a good eye on and take great care of your dog. For daycare they take and send out beautiful photos of your pup each visit. We took our Eleanor for the spa and it was superb! Her nails were cut back very nicely, and her ears were very clean. And of course her coat was nicely brushed out, clean and shiny.Their pricing is very fair. The facility was very clean and the STAFF was incredibly friendly and helpful!We’ve used their daycare a couple times and it’s nice also that they are conveniently located directly across from the dog park.We definitely recommend them!

After trying 2 other doggy daycares I felt like this was the best fit for my puppy. She’s 1 years old & extremely energetic & loves to go here. Every time we go she is pulling to get in & can’t contain herself dying to see her buddies & the people working there. I think the staff is wonderful & always get the impression they’re glad to see her too. I couldn’t do without them’

We are so glad we found Leader of the Pack to board our 2 dogs! We don't board often, so were nervous about the whole experience. However all of the staff are friendly and took wonderful care of them for a weekend stay. We highly recommend LOTP!

Although it took a little while to get on the schedule, because they were booked out, once we did, our dogs have seemingly enjoyed two visiting the daycare on a regular basis. They were lacking some socialization, not anymore!

My 8 year old Shih Tzu loved it there! He came back very tired and all played out. The report cards at the end of the day are thorough and let me know how he did. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Book in advance as they get fully booked quickly. They are friendly and wear out our dog. They accommodate you better if you are a regular customer. I love the report card they send after each visit

This was our very first experience with doggy daycare. I intended to take our dog here to have a fun day once a week while we were at work. But instead, our dog got injured severely on her very first day at daycare, and this incident seemed like it could have been prevented. This resulted in $400 of vet bills, and our dog receiving multiple stitches to a 4inch deep puncture wound in her abdomen. It seemed that our dog was cared for once the incident occurred, but again I do believe this could have been prevented in the first place so I am personally not satisfied with the experience we had. The contract you sign will not cover any financial portion of vet bills if an injury like this does occur.

Absolutely love this place, the staff is amazing. They truly love the dogs and my little buddy Caesar loves going there. They always show him special attention and their facilities are top notch and very clean. Love Them!

When we dropped our dogs off, it seemed like it was going to be great. The lobby is very nice, and the person who checked us in was super friendly. When we came back to pick them up a few days later, it felt like a 180. The staff was super rude, and then we were told they lost our dog bowls and that "that's why we don't accept dog bowls"...yet our dog bowls were accepted at drop-off. Also, the "report card" they provided consisted of 4 photos of one of our dogs, and nothing on our other dog. Since their weekend at Leader of the Pack, our one independent dog has become extremely clingy. So, I don't know what happened while they were there, but I don't have a very good feeling about it.

I absolutely love it here, and my puppy does too! You can book online very easily, or call up if you prefer. They offer a lot of extras which is super convenient, and the staff are always so polite and friendly. Within a few visits they already knew my dog's name and he would bound out of my lap to get to them. He hates leaving because he has so much fun there.They provide an awesome report card after every visit with at least a dozen photos, an overview of his demeanor, and activities he undertook. It really puts our mind at ease knowing he's having fun and we can see what kind of experience he had.

My husky was a new dog at Leaders and I was concerned that she had had too may changes since we had just driven 3.5 days from Arizona and then stayed 3 days in motels until our new home was ready. The staff at Leaders was wonderful! Lucy loved it there! The staff was great! I recommend Leaders of the Pack to all dog owners! Your dog will love it there!

My dog rolled in a field we were at. We went to Leader of the Pack's brand new place. They have the best self wash room we have ever used. It is all tile including the steps with an awesome sprayer that lets out a lot of water, but has a very gentle stream. It appeared they have a gallon jug of quality, hypoallergenic shampoo for people to use. We brought our own special products. It, also has a drier if you want to use it. The cost is apparently $15 payed at the front desk. Nice not having a time limit like the magic wash

Leader of the Pack has provided consistent exceptional service. Our dog started there as a timid rescue dog and since going there, she has blossomed in her playfulness and trust in others. I can drop our dog off and have no worries about her safety or care as their love for her is evident. Her love for their staff and her dog friends is a joy to start the morning off the right way - seeing her tail wagging and her happy sounds of excitement as we reach the building helps to reinforce that this is and will always be the right place for our dog. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We’ve been taking our dog Rogue to Leader of the Pack for several months now. We know she is in good hands when we take her there. The staff is so friendly and welcome her by name when we drop her off. Our favorite part is looking through her report card after each visit to see what her day was like (we can tell she really enjoys climbing on the outdoor play structures!). She ALWAYS comes home exhausted- it is the best money spent! Highly recommend!!!

Awesome facilities, and the staff take great care of the dogs. They take 5-10 photos of your dog during the day and make notes of their behavior/mood, so you get a "report card" after you pick them up from daycare. It's definitely pricey, but the quality is worth it. If you're in Sun Prairie I would recommend for sure.

Overall it’s nice facility because it’s new. The staff that you interact with at the front desk are pleasant enough, however the communication via online/email is abysmal. Reply’s are rarely received and therefore, questions aren’t answered. The availability calendar often won’t load and when it does, it’s not updated because of the way they choose to waitlist people. There’s no communication about when a pet is removed from a waitlist and if you miss that, fees may be incurred. I think they could do a lot better by there customers, especially online.My lab also comes home with raw bloody paws each time she time she went. I don’t know if it’s the concrete floor inside or the gravel but each time I mentioned it they made me think it was an is an us problem and took no ownership.

Highly recommend Leader of the Pack for dog daycare. Gibbs started off nervous about going to daycare, so it's great that they have different play groups based on play style, size, and temperament. He is now all wiggly and smiley on his way in and on his way out. Ray, Mary and the team are friendly and professional with me and my dog. I especially love the daily report and pics I get from them after picking up Gibbs. Booking spots is easy and convenient, too, from my computer. Grateful to have them in Sun Prairie!

Leader of the pack is our favorite! The owners and staff are extremely friendly and our pups always come home exhausted! Very well kept and extremely clean as well! We have used both the overnight boarding and the daily daycare. If you are in need of either of these services please highly consider them, you will not be disappointed!

We love Leader of the Pack and so does our mastiff! She sleeps for basically 24 hours just to recover from how much playtime she gets. I highly recommend boarding, daycare, and any services they offer. Our mastiff just got a bath, nail trim, and ear cleaning on top of boarding. She was a very happy a clean girl!
