Really off-putting to hear the manager complain about the people she hired. Oh, you're sick of hiring teenagers? How much you pay? Is it enough for someone who isn't a teenager to live on? You create your own problem, and spend the ENTIRE time I was in the store complaining about it loud enough for me to hear from every corner. Gee, I wonder why no one wants to show up to work for you.

I know not to expect much out of a dollar store, but WOW is this place a mess. The customer service is surprisingly good.

I went to purchase bingo prizes for the elderly that come to my program. The cashier that rung up my items refused to apply the tax exemption code I provided from my org. It was only when the cashier behind her told her to ask the manager to help her out was she willing to use my tax exemption code. Then the manager didnt know how to apply the tax exemption code onto my purchase either and he deleted thw picture on my phone of the code and barcode so I wasnt able to apply it to my purchase at all. Eventually when I tried to pay for my purchase, the cashier also refused to let me pay for my items with cash first and then the rest on my card. She made me pay for all of the items on my personal card. Its very clear that no one at this store is competent and trained at all and lacks customer service skills. I would definitely only come to this store if you have no other option.

Website showed they had Halloween items in stock. Drove out here and they didn't have much. Asked about it and was told they do have it but aren't going to stock the shelves for a while. Couldn't give a date. The supervisor or manager would yell answers from inside the balloon area behind a closed door rather than coming out and talking a customer.Cashiers were super sweet and felt bad they couldn't go get the items! They were great

This Dollar Tree (2021 McCoy Road, Sun Prairie, WI) is a great store. The store is very clean and organized. The shelves are always stocked and the employees are continuously stocking and straightening. The bathrooms are very clean and maintained. Above all, the employees are exceptional. They are helpful, friendly, courteous, and always working...they are great! Great job Dollar Tree and staff!!!

Prices are cheap but they are clearly struggling for staff right now. Boxes everywhere, one checkout clerk, just in pretty rough shape all around. Went there and got what I needed, balloons, but very long wait to check out.

I always get my things here> Jessica the manager is the most helpful person to have on your team. I have cases of things shipped here for pick up and they are always ready. I have tried the other Dollar Tree's and they make me wait up to 45 minutes to pick up my stuff. I don't have time for that. Shop here!

The cashier bagged 3 of my 5 items and I was accused of lying when I called to see if they were still there. No, just want what I've paid for. The place was a complete mess and the employees do not want to help anyone.

Love the selection of quality greeting cards. They have all occasions covered and for a good price. The Dollar Tree is also an excellent place to get party supplies. They have helium balloons, tablecloths, plastic ware, party plates & decorations!

Some days the customer service is amazing, but more often its hard to even find a cashier when you're ready to check out then they seem crabby that they have to stop their other work to come to the counter.I love thw selection of products and will continue to shop here despite customer service.

I wish I would have caught her name when I called to ask if they carry a product. The woman on the phone was so polite and professional and sounded genuine. You don't come across that often anymore. She's an asset to your store for sure.

Love the Dollar Tree. Only a couple a workers. They are busy stocking so you have to hunt one down to check out. Don't just be patient. I've waited for like 10 minutes before the next in line went to find someone.

Yesterday I decided to stop in. I made it about 20 feet and was astounded and disgusted by what I saw. Boxes, dirty and stained floors. Open bags of food on shelving. In which it included a bag of grapes that were open, I didn't even realize those were sold there. In todays health crisis I cannot believe the lack of care or concern.

Visiting this dollar tree location is pointless.. unless you want No Customer Service or Respect from poorly dressed workers, that don't even wear a name tag.This location would be better off having self checkout, in order to weed out rude workers that are so lazy that she made the following actions towards me tonight.1. Told me to remove my 3 items from the basket, which I refused, as it's her job to part of checkout.2. Worker decides to just hand me a pile of dollars with coins on top, without ever telling me or counting back how much it getting back.3. Worker on duty did Not have a nametag or dollar tree apron etc on to proves she works for dollar tree.

Of all the "Dollar Store" type stores, this one is my favorite. I typically shop there for paper party supplies and helium balloons, but overall they seem to have whatever I need. Their prices on party tablecloths/napkins/etc can't be beat. And, they are near YOLO Frozen Yogurt, so I can swing by for a yummy treat too.

I was shocked when I walked into this store, it was a disaster! Everything was off the wall and in the wrong areas, there was stacks of boxes that were left out on carts throughout the store, the ground was littered with merchandise and trash....I will never visit this store again, so gross

Sun Prairie DT Has the best customer service. The clerks are helpful & friendly. The store is kept very neat and orderly.

Typical Dollar Tree. Feels grimy and unkept, but it's to be expected. Our cashier was weirdly aggressive and seemed a bit inept. Can't expect a whole lot better for a Dollar Tree, though.

Dollar tree gets 5 stars across the board for eliminating the confusion of price tags that always end in 99 which make one person think something is 4.99 while the rational person knows it's just 5 bucks.
