Pickett's has been a must stop for us on our bicycle rides over the decades. We were thrilled to see the tradition continue and appreciate the new owners and their efforts. The food, drink and ice cream are all excellent and encourage you to stop in and shop locally.

Stopped by today to check out their breakfast and had the Denver Wrap. It was hands down, one of the best breakfast foods I've ever had! I can not wait to stop back out and try their other food selections.

This is really such a cute place, wonderful location. Ham and rolls are delicious. I almost took off two stars, but it deserves at least one for lack of cleanliness. They let what I assume is a granddaughter run around by the kitchen prep area and food service racks and touch everything. A woman rang us up, using the register, handling cash, touching her face and a lot of other things then immediately used her bare hands to pick up a breakfast pastry I asked for off the rack and put it in the bag for me. I was so grossed out I just threw it away when I got home. I get the whole small town family atmosphere thing but in food service, wear gloves or use tongs, don't let children run around where food is made flinging their hair everywhere and touching everything. Just my opinion and just so others are aware who might have same reservations as I. I hope they improve and do better.

Grab yourself the daily hot food special. It’s always worth while. Such a cool place. Great for Ice Cream, candy, booze, and more. Wonderful owners.

This place is a gem. Old fashioned store with amazing food. Wife and I had the pulled pork with swiss cheese sandwich was really good with some type of gravy on it and we were told food items are all hand made including breakfast burritos. Super good soda's from a company called Jarritos I think from Mexico or you can choose normal American sodas. You can sit at tables inside or outside. Not luxurious but fun to go to.

New owners turned this place up a notch!!! Much larger selection decent prices and delicious food. Not to diss the prior owner as he is a great guy. Very happy with the new fresh vibe and assortment of stock. Gotta check this place out!!!

I had a smoked pulled pork slider. Excellent flavor, a little on the greasy side. My bun was soaked through. Will definitely have it again!
