I shop here every week. If it wasn't for the lower prices, I wouldn't shop here. Today's experience was some idiot employee walking down the aisle pushing a grocery cart and a pulling a step cart thing, taking most of the aisle. He had a big plastic piece hanging of his cart and caught me over my eye. Not even a care in world, he kept going. He stopped and said, I'm sorry after I said something. Not even knowing what he did. One of the issues I have are the employees picking orders leaving their carts in the middle of the aisle, but I guess that reflects leadership. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because of their prices, other than that. You guys just suck!!!

I just wanted to say our family received some of the best customer service here tonight from a young man named Chaz (I hope I remember that correctly) over in the bike department. Good customer service is almost unheard of in this day and age and this young man went above and beyond to help us choose a bike for our daughter. He was so impressive and helped us pick the perfect bike for our 7 year olds birthday. Thank you so much!

We were looking for a Christmas sweater. They didn’t have any…. as matter of fact they had nothing and it was 5 days before Christmas. But I will give them the benefit of doubt. It was a seasonal item and we were kind of late in the game. The store was pretty clean. The staff we talked to were very friendly and helpful. Most of the clothes on the floor were from the people too lazy to hang them up. We had a pretty good experience shopping.

Great prices on tires. You should buy on line and schedule your service there too. Always nice people but very short handed.Mean rude customers with no patience.You wont find a better price.They should have two people at the counter. I know sometimes that is not possible.I have been here several times , just plan being there for awhileand be happy about the deal you are getting

It's a Walmart, let's be real here. The staff isn't friendly and the shelves aren't always stocked. The customer service desk seems to have made improvements, the lines are no longer halfway out of the store and the people working the return desk are much friendlier. You can't beat Walmart's prices, but if you are looking for a good guest/customer experience, try Meijer or Target, where they value their customer's experience more.

Customer services indoor sucks and pick up area is worst. The person who loaded my groceries just threw items in the back nonstop, miserable af, didn’t even bother to say good morning or ask who the order was for just came up to the vehicle with an attitude. In top of that she threw all the pasta jars in top of the groceries and one of them exploded.

This Walmart was somewhat unkempt. Shelves with lots of missing items. Stuff on the floors. The way the shelf checkout is set up with several lines is a total waste of space. The Walmart by my house in Tennessee has a lot more self check outs closer together and uses less space, but the center area is open. Never any lines. Only went to this Walmart because I was away from home for work.

I had gone early on a Friday morning to get a few items. I like to talk to people and there are many folks who are pulling groceries for online orders and there are more than six people doing this at the same time. Folks were very friendly when I asked where and item was and I'm very pleased with this Walmart.

Came through after a 9 hour straight shift, had a total of four items I needed to pay for. The employees were quicker to get into people's business, than make sure there's enough checkouts open or being ran smoothly. I don't see the point in having a bunch of self-checkouts if half of them are closed, not working, or have customers waiting for employees to help them out still. The lack of actual registers leads the people with full carts straight to the self-checkouts that are meant for only a few items. Seems like a reoccurring issue.Not even going to get into the barren shelves.

Store's always run down, never really kept in stock with inventory, bathrooms are nasty. Visited this store multiple times within the month, and the same shelves I am looking to be restocked aren't. Piss poor operations.

Great place to pop in for snacks to take to a party. Sausage and cheese tray, assorted fruit bowl or side salads, you'll find it at Walmart. If you're in a hurry to grab that party dish at the last minute, it's right here waiting for you.

Absolutely nothing is ever stocked. If it IS stocked, you have extremely limited sizes or damaged product left. Prices have gone up and the store always looks like it’s under renovation half the time. Boxes all over the place, usually blocking aisle entryways. Workers walking around on their personal phones or just goofing off super loudly with one another… to where you can clearly hear it several aisles away. Every time I go, there’s never an associate waiting by the fitting rooms to help people, you always have to chase one down just to get some help.When I first moved here, I was appalled at how horrible this place was. The only reason I go still is because it’s the closest one to my house. But hands down, it is EASILY the worst Walmart I’ve ever stepped foot in If you want to go and stare at empty aisles, this is the place.

This place is awesome. It's great that they send packages to the wrong address and then point out the notification says it was delivered and then argue with me. Even when I have proof, i love the when the image showing the door it was left at is clearly is not mine. Anther great thing is that when I finally found the package 2 buildings away with an address on a different street and it was something completely different. These guys are great at not paying attention and then blaming the customer for the error. This company is a joke, and they pushed out all the local shops so basically its shop online or go here, I'd rather starve to death then go back to Walmart. Can 't give 0 or negative stars, otherwise they would be -10. So frustrating, doesn't anybody check their work?

As always an unpleasant experience. Family of 5 driving buggies around the store. A mom and her 4 kids thought it would be fun to drive handicap carts around the store and smash into each other. As an amputee, I find this disgraceful. I don't need a cart and those kids didn't either. They got off the carts and played around. As always I come up to the self checkouts to find multiple girls giggling and talking about boys and texting each other. You pay your employees to text?This is every visit I come in here. If I was their manager, I would have fired them all by now. Let me know if you need help, I deal with this at my work and after a couple write ups...poof gone. Overall lazy store.

Definitely near the top of the list of Walmarts to avoid. One of the dirtiest stores I ever walked through. Plan on 15 minutes standing in line. This was the last time I'm ever going in there. I can't wait for Woodmans to open up in Racine!

So frustrating they are always out of items I need! This time there were 4 items they had a tag for but no items a single lime, a single watch battery, a set of 3 lights, and some curtains. My neighbor came with and needed rice krispies cereal but they didn't have any! As I walked thru the store I saw many empty spots where products should be! That's quite a few lost sales!I posted pictures of another day I went that they were out of so many more items on Sept. 10, 2020

2nd time coming here with and for tires that were shipped online to store. Very sketchy service.. rude associates.. 1st time they did a rush job a stripped a lug nut and told me I had to replace. Went and got estimates and they paid. This time my son is having 2 tires installed just very lazy and rude. Appointment @10 still yet to be serviced @10:47. Do better Walmart, do better

It’s what you expect. Typical Walmart no workers. I have to check myself out and prices are too high for a place that makes you scan your own items. they care about their money and that’s it. Not the customer.
