I definitely will never go back here for a grooming service as apparently they couldn’t groom my dog in which I find that hard to believe, but that’s OK and then they also charged me full price for a bath when her face was not even cleaned. My dog is definitely a little nervous, but she’s never had a problem at any other groomers so maybe it’s the people here not my dog if I could give the zero stars, I would, not happy with the service or what they charged me at all.

Worst service in town, never will come back for the terrible service affecting the live of my dear pet. I can't understand why they still operating wirh this kind of animal abuse. Take your pet to another place, period, they are looking just to money and they don't care the inocent pets. 3 times doing same abuse and same excuses with my dog, cause pain and suffering.Never back again amd if you love your pets find a new place or ypu will the next bad review.

Paid over $125 for a bath, teeth brushed, desheder and nail trim. Looks like all he got was a bath. He was shedding terribly when we got home and his nails were still long. So disappointed

The girl at the counter was very helpful. It was our Aussiedoodle's 1st cut and she walked me through length options and ask about how I wanted his face cut. I was very happy when we picked him up! He looks so cute!

I have a large big baby German Shepard that does not like to have anyone touch is feet or put your arms around his body to hold him still. The Petco groomers are the only ones that can trim his nails. It takes two of them, but they get it done. They do a great job and fast so he is stressed for as short period of time as possible. I asked my vet to trim them when I took him for his annual shots and they could not even get one toe done... Thanks Petco for having such patience with him.

The places I wanted my puppy trimmed the groomer couldn't do because she was moving around. The paws weren't cut low either. She chews the paws because of all the hair/fur. She came back itching as well, she didn't go there itching. I guess you guys do better on short hair dogs because our other dog never had any problems when we used to bring her

I called to see if they accepted walk in's for just a nail trimming, once I arrived I decided to ask if they had any openings for a wash for my dog. She said yes I can do that. She was very pleasant and nice even showed a picture of her American Bulldog. I was impressed on how nice she was. Can't remember her name but maybe Pat or Patricia? I'd go back if she was there.

The staff was very knowledgeable and it was easy to trust them with the care of our dogs. Both dogs came out looking (and smelling) great! It was not a traumatizing experience for them and we will definitely be back. Thank you Patsy!

It was very easy to schedule an appointment. They were extremely friendly and helpful while deciding which option to choose for Kale. Kale looked and smelled amazing when we picked her up. She is happy so we are happy.

I asked the groomer to pay special attention to my dog's ears, since she has an ear infection and it is difficult for me to clean her ears since she doesnt like it. The groomer did an excellent job, and even gave me a great tip on how to clean my dog's ears in the future by telling me how she did it. I tipped her very well.

PETCO isn't for every Dog owner, unless you are able too provide updated Veterinary health care for your Pet. Zips, original Groomer with off to Nursing School, but Zip liked her replacement. ❤
