Ordered a vhf antenna online.Was told had in store.Paid online.Drove 40 miles to pick up.Was not there.Aftet having a melt down with store clerk. He was very apologetic,he shared that this happens all the time!!! Done with this overpriced store!

Gosh, I hate to be negative but went into the store looking for an electrical piece. Two persons in the store and neither one even acknowledged me or asked if they could help. Wandered around and couldn’t find anything so I finally asked. I was told try aisle 3 maybe. When I said I couldn’t find what I needed he said go try the hardware store instead of trying to help find the piece I needed. They were more concerned with their inventory checking than they were helping a customer. By the way, I was the only one there, not busy.

Everyone knows boats are holes in the water you throw money into. We were in the store today getting teak cleaner and a new mainsail sheet.Scott was extremely helpful and handled all of our questions with expertise and patience. He asked us what kind of boat we had. Told him we had a Morgan 321. He knew the boat and gave it praise. Morgans are sturdy and seaworthy boats.Bottom line, if you need equipment or parts for your boat, West Marine is where you want to go.Well stocked store with friendly, knowledgable staff.

There are various options for the various types of boats with many many different types of brands sold here.All the shelves are stocked with top quality bands and manufacturers and are suitable with all varieties of accessories to suit your boating needs.Highly recommended to stop here to load your boat up with the latest and top quality brands before heading off shore.The store is clean, and organized. Everything is easy to locate. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Break a fuel fitting, they have it. Can't find your drain plug? They've got em. Need a new motor, fish finder, swim ladder or maybe just a good set of shades? If it's a boat day and you're in need. They got ya.
