Amber in the pharmacy department is wonderful. Someone give that girl a raise. Hard working, and great customer service. Hard to find good employees these days. Amber is top notch. Hope she is recognized for all she does by her employer. Thank you Amber.

Why have customers “touch” the key pads to put in rewards number or acceptance when many many customers are in Walgreens to pickup prescription because they are sick? It seems a NO touch system would be clean, sanitary and less chance to spread germs by touch. System should recognize customer by credit use and link it to rewards then no touching of key pad.

I’m only writing this because of an odd experience I had here last night. The inside if you’re typical organized, clean Walgreens. But the man at the counter threw me off. We stopped for multiple products since we needed things at the hotel we are staying for the weekend. The man at the counter scanned our items, and put them back onto the counter. As he handed us the receipt, I asked if he could bag our items.. as that is typical service, to have the item scanned and then bagged. He responded by saying he could only open the bag, but we had to bag everything ourselves. This baffled me, cause he did have to scan the items anyway.. very unhelpful and unfriendly.

Young Blonde woman at the pharmacy was extremely rude, I had an appointment for a flu shot online which one email said sturgeon bay & second email said location was marinette. Instead of trying to prove I was wrong as customer service you should be kind & find a solution to see if available or even I’m so sorry, no I was told to calm down. Left & was able to get my shot with no appointment & they were extremely nice & helpful. In any case, so unfortunate to have rude customer service, certainly not what the world needs now, that’s for sure. We’re all over worked , deal with it, & do your job . I’ll never go to that pharmacy again, just sad

Poor customer service, stopped in here quickly for one item an hour prior to the store closing. I was the only customer in the store. The guy behind the counter pointed at the item I needed when asked. Rather than just showing me. He also was caught on his phone at the front. Showing where his priorities lie. I will be submitting a review at the corporate level. Do better next time.

This Walgreens is struggling, no fault of their own. I understand that employees are in short supply and, this Walgreens becomes everybody’s drug center for the summer. Out of towners inundate and it is hard to keep up with pharmacy orders. We have had to wait a long time and it is frustrating. It makes me long for winter when some of them go home but, many now stick around even then.The solution would be for the store to expand staff for summer season but I know that is difficult. Pharmacists are hard to come by. I hope they can hang in there and fight the good fight because otherwise it’s a great store.Today they hit a new low, the outer pharmacy lane was closed altogether and the main one speaker was down so you had to shout through the drawer.

Poor customer service. Pull into the drive through and they will politely tell you "I will be with you shortly," and then leave you hanging while there are 3 employees clearly behind the counter with no one else in line. I'm sure they are busy filling prescriptions, but this is not how you treat customers at the window. What happened to customers come first. Put down what you are doing and take care of the person that is there to give you money. I'm going to be switching to another pharmacy. The only thing Walgreens had going for it was the location is convenient for me on the way home. Not worth it for the aggravation when I can get served better at any other pharmacy in town.

Doesn't seem to matter how many times you contact corporate, managers at the corporate level do not do their jobs and clearly don't care about the customer experience

Don't advertise curbside pickup when you don't have it cover the sign up we waited 12 min. Then went in to get it and what a hassle never again get a decent manager and pay a good wage you might not have to shut down 👎
