I love their Help Hub! I literally brought my kitchen sink from our camper into their store and they helped fix the bad fitting. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable people there who are happy to help with your needs. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Cade is now my home fix it go to person. I was impressed with his level of knowledge. I went back to shop with him again but he was at their new location. Everyone is helpful and I will be back. My parents love the cushion toilet seat. Lol

One time I was at Ace and one of the workers asked I needed help. I told him no I'm pretty sure it's down this aisle at the end. He told me no and took me down the wrong aisle and then finally down the aisle I said it was in. And said there ya go. I just looked at him funny because I could of done it myself and faster. What a dork

Nice store with large inventory but employees weren't looking to help and when I got them to help me they had no idea where things were! I overheard 2 different employees complaining about the company and how little their coworkers did. I stood at the paint counter for 5 minutes before one of the 2 employees within site told me someone would be right with me. After another 5 minutes one of those 2 employees called for another employee to help me. Just seems like every employee was unhappy to be there!

My husband and I are renovating an older home nearby and go here sometimes 4 times per week. We’ve always been promptly helped and everyone has always been so nice. We are very happy to have this nearby and are excited for the new ace on the other side of town.

I can find more things here for my artwork than I ever could at Walmart. It's such a great little store, and the employees are really nice and helpful!! (and as a bonus they all still wear their masks). They have a great selection of plant needs too, like lots of different soil types for different plants!

Large store, beautifully laid out..however, there are alot of empty pegs and shelves. In their defense, it just open and it will take some time to fill it up. I was able to buy what I needed at a good price

Their online service is very useful right now. Except for some hording items (like toilet paper, household cleaners, etc. etc.) which you have to buy in the store, it's easy to pickup at the rear entrance or have them deliver. Good job, Ace Hardware, really enjoy the people here. You can always find what you're looking for. And if not, suggestions on alternatives.

These folks are the best. You may pay a little more than Big Box store, but service is impeccable, like the good old days and always seem to find what I need. The service people will not only help you find items quickly, but always offer ideas on your project at hand.

I was really impressed by this place. Our son broke the only key (with a chip) he had for his vehicle and we were in a dilemma as to to fix it. We obviously couldn't get the vehicle there because we couldn't even start it... The associate empathized with our situation snd offered to bring the machine to our house on his own time the program the key for us. Thank you DC Hardware for helping us out with that situation!

Ace Hardware in Sturgeon Bay is the best hardware store in the entire county. The staff is not only friendly but genuinely helpful, and they never get pushy like some of the other places in town. They're always busy, but they're never too busy for great customer service.

Wonderful store! Robert helped us and he was awesome! The store literally has all your needs. Pets, paints, grills, even scout stuff! It's your one stop shop to do all of your shopping and you will walk out of there more satisfied than when you walked in.

Ace hardware has excellent selection knowledgeable staff and has been a staple of the community in Door county for more than 40 years. I remember visiting them with my father in the 70s. Always friendly and helpful with a great selection.

They have a good selection of tools/supplies for most projects. The staff are helpful and will even direct you to a competitor if they don't carry what you are looking for.
