Bob was so helpful during the consultation and took the time to really understand what we wanted and to find the best blinds for our new house. We recently had 17 roller shades installed in our house. Bob and Trudy were great to work with. The blinds completely changed the look of the house inside and outside.They were worth the wait and the installers were in and out of here in record time. There was no mess after they finished!Wish we would have installed them sooner.

Bob is knowledgeable, personable, professional and prompt. After talking on the phone, he brought books of possibilities for a roman shade for a new window. He was able to show me exactly what we wanted very quickly and was very helpful in explaining all facets of it before we ordered. Trudy was awesome helping me deal with delays due to me ~ the actual window installation took longer than anticipated.All the Budget Blinds staff that I interacted with were knowledge, professional and friendly! We couldn't be more satisfied. The order selection process and measuring went well, lots of options; colors, styles, details. With all the options it was obvious what we needed, narrowed to two selections, made the choice!Paper work and payment details were explained, delivery 4 - 6 weeks. Sales Representative was most knowledgeable, patient and helpful, this was a great experience.Installation took place today, THREE weeks and our Budget Blinds are superb and installed quickly, excellent work. A good installer, neat and efficient. Installer also replaced our bedroom blinds on a warranty claim, no hesitation and perfect. Never hesitate to call Budget Blinds, service is tops.

Budget Blinds did a wonderful job for our project. Alex was so knowledgeable when selecting and measuring our windows as well as providing insight as to what would be the best solution for our situation. I had 3 motorized blinds and 1 non-motorized blind installed today. The installer (Casey) did a fine job of installing all 4 blinds. The 3 motorized blinds all line up perfectly using the remote!He explained how everything works so that I could easily work all the controls. He was friendly, yet professional. The blinds look beautiful!I was concerned about the colors in the blinds maybe not being right for our color schemes, because it’s hard to choose from a sample. However, I am pleased with what I chose, so it’s all good! This is my second time ordering from Budget Blinds, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for blinds and perfect professional installation.

Very friendly people. The person who came to measure was very nice and new the products very well. We took his advice in selecting our blinds and he didnt push the more expensive ones.We took our quote to Menards and Lowes and found the prices to be right in line with those places the difference being Budget Blinds would do the ordering and install AND warranty the blinds so that was an easy choice as well.The blinds came in faster than we expected and the installer was very friendly and had the blinds up in no time. We will definitely call Budget Blinds again. 👍

The two guys that came were great. They did a perfect job and quick. Had us try the blinds worked well. Even though they were a little late, which was fine, they did a fantastic job. They were precise on everything they did. My husband watched them the whole time. We love the way they look. Budget Blinds has been such a bright spot during our process of purchasing a home and waiting for what seems like forever for furniture, rugs and appliances! Companies blame "COVID", "lumber shortages" and most was just plain ol' carelessness with damage to furniture on loading and delivery...but we had zero excuses from Budget Blinds. They scheduled all appointments and KEPT their promises. Alex, who came to measure our blinds, was professional, knowledgeable and most importantly...patient! Our order came in impressively fast!! The installers, Casey and Josh/Justin (? Sorry ?) were amazing! Professional, personable and efficient. They respected our property and were very courteous. They took their shoes off upon entering our home, and were careful not to let our two cats out as they went in and out of our home, and consolidated all of their garbage into one small bag. Impressive!! What I thought was going to be a 3-hour job took only 1 hour and 15 minutes. And best of all...We LOVE our blinds!! They're beautiful--the color and style are PERFECT in all of our rooms!! We couldn't be happier! THANK YOU, Budget Blinds!!

Pre-appointment call extremely friendly and professional with focus on Covid-19 safety precautions and steps. Arrived on time, introductions given and explained their steps from assessing windows prior to unpacking blinds to installation. Upon completion, they went through their info, asked if I had questions, provided warranty information and cleaned up everything. Business professionals from start to finish and very efficient. Wonderful to see someone who enjoys what they do, truly engages with the customer and genuinely cares. Not to mention I received beautiful blinds and am extremely happy! Our dog ruined the blinds in one room. No problem. Budget Blinds measured accuately and ordered the style and color to match the original blinds. Jacob did the installation today. Very pleased! Another great experience! This was our second time we used Budget Blinds of Lakeshore, and again the salesperson & installers were both very professional, prepared and efficient. After seeing how nice our sunroom windows look with the new shades (that block the sun but that you can still see out of them without missing the view in back) we will probably use them again to another window in our sunroom.

We are very happy with our blinds. They came in quicker then we thought they would. Matt was very professional when he came to our home.
