Sue helped my moms cat. Krownenwetter or Mosinee vets wouldnt even see her cat. They said take it to the animal hospital. If you want someone who actually cares about your animal go see Sue.

She is cheap. But I gusse you get what you pay for. Like others have mentioned. She is not a people person, accuses you of doing things wrong with your dog even if you've done everything right. Instead of asking a question an believing you. Obviously you care for your dog why else are you bringing them to the vet? Only reason we chose Sue is because our normal vet couldn't get them in right away. She acts like she doesn't even like dogs. Why is she even a vet? An how does she even have reviews saying she's nice? She was everything but nice in person and on the phone

Brought my German shepherd to Dr. Sue and it was my first time taking an animal to the vet and she was very patient with me and explained everything in detail as well as give me tips on how to keep my pup happy and healthy, you can really tell she cares about the animals she treats! I would strongly recommend to anyone!

Dr. Sue is always kind and caring towards my cats, and has always been beyond reasonable​ in her pricing. My cats have been seeing her ever since I rescued them, and even they love her. I have been going to Dr. Sue for 12 years now and find her very reasonable for pricing. I think she's a very nice person. I trust her with my cats and dogs. Like finding a good doctor for yourself, finding a good doctor for your pets is just as hard. I love this place and would recommend it/her to others.

My husband and I have been taking our fur baby cats to Dr. Sue for the past twenty years. Both of us adore her and the care she has given to our family these past couple decades. We currently have two pure bred cats, 13 and 15, and each of them has health issues. Our youngest...well, I feel we owe her life to Dr. Sue. She became ill when just a few years old from some unknown cause (which we now believe to have been aerial spraying for the emerald ash borer). Dr. Sue allowed me to bring her in two to three times a day to receive IV treatment because she was refusing food and water. Dr. Sue even came in on a Sunday during this time to care for her. We moved from the Stratford area ten years ago and continue to drive the extra miles to see Dr. Sue because she IS that special. Thanks for everything you do for us, Dr. Sue!! You rock! :-)

I had a terrible experience with her! She treated my dog very poorly when I came in with him to get his shots. She was forcing him to stay down when he was scared which made him even more scared. I had scheduled an appointment to get my dog fixed and had to cancel but didn’t cancel on time so when I tried to reschedule she refused to reschedule me! I don’t know why she is in business considering that she is not a people person or a dog person what so ever! The only good thing about her business is the low cost prices. If you are considering taking your pet to Dr. Sue I would suggest that you go somewhere else. There are several other veterinarians that treat animals with respect no matter what the cost!

I was under a lot of stress, I was there to put down my little dog of 15 + years, who was suffering. Got to my appointment early by 10 minutes, because I hate to be late. Some 40 minutes later, after a few walk ups customers, I was finally waved in. My instructions arranged by another said to, "mask up, wait in your vehicle and they would pick up my dog and bring her back to me when the procedure was done. The vet told me she stated no such thing and argued with me. My dog was frightened, so I paid my fee and went to wait in my truck. Other customers came to the door during the procedure and the bet answered there knocks, leaving my dog to die on her own. I was shocked and disappointed beyond what I was expecting. No beside manner or concern was displayed, to either my dog or I. I guess just business as usual in Wisconsin!

Dr Sue is the best vet I've had and she is reasonable and took my dog in an hour with no appointment cause I was worried about my dogs ailment. She is awesome 💙

I highly recommend her. I've brought my 4 cats to her. She's very nice and professional, and very cheap. I'll be bringing all my fur babies to her from now on. She even stayed after hours for an emergency for one of my babies.

Checked out both vets are n stratford. One wouldn't do surgerys. The other side n time of a pandemic wouldn't wear a mask. I returned to a Marshfield vet. That was kinder and more appt to following safety guidelines for customers.

Not very personable. Walked past in lobby twice while we were waiting and didn't acknowledge. Had minimal contact with dog during visit - not even a scratch on the head or a "hi, there!" to let him know "it's ok".
