Kim is amazing! She is caring and compassionate. Her focus is on breeding healthy, happy, hunting dogs. We currently have one Rainmaker in our house and we are waiting on the arrival of our second. Our experience has been top notch and we highly recommend Kim and Rainmaker. We have been stopped at several places by people asking where our girl is from. She has such a great temperament and build that she just stands out. Our vet even asked where she was from so that he could recommend people to Rainmaker for a well bred, steady, healthy dog. Beyond impressed with Kim and her results.

During my search for a labrador puppy I corresponded with several dozen breeders. I had an extensive list of minimum standards that I wished to have in a breeder, unfortunately I was hard pressed to find one that met what I was looking for until I discovered Kim and Rainmaker Labs!Her program hit every point I was looking for from early socialization to health checking and guarantees. Her dogs are titled and proven and that goes directly into their pups. While I'm sure every puppy in my boy's litter would have been great, Kim knew my boy was fit for what I wanted! She is the first responsible breeder I have ever purchased from and my boy was worth every single cent and more. He was born in trying times right at the height of Covid and I worried about transport and travel, but we were thankfully able to fly and have a seamless and safe pickup with Kim! As soon as he came trotting over to me I knew with my entire heart that this puppy would change my life!On the way back he was a perfect traveler, the drive to the airport was met with nothing but snores and as soon as we made it to the potty area and placed him down he went no fuss! Check in and flying home was just as seamless as he chilled and slept the entire flight and drive home! Fourth of july was the following night and my boy could have cared less about the fireworks or visuals, he was bursting with the confidence I'm sure Kim helped foster!As he's developed and grown he's only gotten better. Never is there a dull day with my boy and as hard as he plays, he is also driven to work. The website says they sell working dogs and it is not lying! Despite his easy demeanor in the house and his crate, when we do go out for work and training this puppy is driven and picks concepts up at a great pace.Obviously I've gone on and on about my experience with Kim but I hope that can come close to demonstrating how grateful I am to own a Rainmaker puppy and how much I highly reccomend Kim and her dogs!

Kim's puppies are awesome! She is a very conscientious breeder with a love of the breed. As a professional retriever trainer, I have trained many dogs from Rainmaker Labs and they are exceptional dogs both in hunting and competition. In addition, Kim does an awesome job socializing her pups right from the start. We love that!
