Rude workers in the morning and during the day, especially at customer service. Didn't even greet or smile. Had an awful experience today with a return/exchange. I prefer coming to do a smooth return at night– they're more friendly.

Very clean store well-maintained check out all the cool stuff.I was able to find what I was looking for it they had hand sanitizer in stock.they also had pulled noodles they have a great selection of bread.they also carry blackout curtains 63 in as well as 84 in and they're very stylish....

Target at Stevens Point has kept updates galore to make shopping pleasant, efficient, affordable, and well stocked. Stevens Point Target has a friendly hometown atmosphere yet stays update in decor and fashion/make up and everyday products. I will continue to use the store and the drive up/pick up at this store. The location is perfect.

Pro: The store is clean and has a good selection of items within various categories.Con #1: The new parking space for "curbside" pickup are either inadequately placed or there are too many of them for the spaces available for parking. This has pushed regular parking towards the highway, where cars come in quickly, which is not preferred or as safe.Con #2: I recently returned an item for my wife and offered, at least 3 times, my wife's phone number to pull up the sale of the item. This information was not taken and I was not notified that the in-store "merchandise return" card would be refunded at the current sale price. I did not have the credit card used, or the phone with the app, but I did offer the account information which was completely ignored by the staff. Had I known the outcome, I would have held off on the return until I had my wife's card or phone to provide the app information directly.

Our local target is really awesome! The store is updated and clean. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond. I can order online knowing that they will always support the customer. I can’t say that about their competitors. Recently, Sherry (manager) went above and beyond with a return. I appreciate it :)

UPDATED....Nice little Target. Not a Super Target, but has a good selection.Love that they put in self check outs!!These guys are fantastic. They are cleaning better than most Targets we have been in, the staff is SUPER helpful and friendly, and they do a great job of drive up order pick ups.My favorite non super Target by far!UPDATE. OCT 2020Well stocked but not cleaning checkout as well as they were.

I love the 'home' section that Target has now. I find things for my Office, artificial plants, mirrors, etc there now. The Drive Up service is a great option that I use too. Order on the App for the drive up option, mark when you get there and they deliver it to your car quickly. Thank you Target!

Not from the area but will always make the drive to this Target because it has a great selection, shelves are stocked and staff is helpful and professional. “Emily” was our cashier; she showed great customer service and was friendly. Will be back in the future!

Curbside pickup is amazing. The associate's always have gloves and masks on. They are more than happy to just plop my items in my backseat through my window. Just an all around great experience. You have definitely gained a customer for life.

Staff are great, but I'm giving a low rating due to the fact that they are frequently out of items for an extended period of time.We are talking items that would be coming from the warehouse that are sometimes out for 2 and 3 weeks and I don't understand why.I also don't like that after the remodel they discontinued quite a few items that our family buys. Items that you can buy at other Target locations.There doesn't seem to be a suggestion box or a good way to provide that feedback.This store is just way too small not to keep the inventory stocked properly even if that means an extra truck every week to do it.If I have to go to another store to buy other items that this Target store in is out of stock on then I might as well buy everything at the other store. My preference is Target , I don't have time to go to multiple stores get basic items the target should have in stock.I hope to see this improve but I'm skeptical because it's been a pretty consistent problem at this location.

Store is clean and employees are nice. Poor review is reflection of Target not the employees. It's the 1st week in July do you think you could find any USA/American/Stars and Stripes clothing? Nope, very sad my daughter wanted some clothing for the 4th so we had to go elsewhere. Same thing at Kohls very disappointed in both stores as it appears that they decided not to sell 4th of July items.

I wanted to use the service to have the items delivered to the local Target to my son's college, but the closest one that they would allow me to pick up at was actually quite far away. So I decided to order and pick up these items in my local store, despite the fact that it means we will have to transport it. I mainly used this service because the color of the cubby box I wanted was only offered online, or at another store. Our store is smaller so we don't have as large a selection and I knew that if I waited to get it where he goes to school it would likely be out of stock. The wait was fine, and they even offered to help me get it to my car, which I declined.

I like the store, like the people, but the background music playing Tuesday was so obnoxious that I left with my targeted item instead of browsing for stocking-stuffers.Poor white light selection this year too. Maybe they're in containers backed up at the ports.First stop next time will be Walmart.

The sales associate that helped us was knowledgeable. Our cartwheel coupons wouldn’t work but after verifying it she just did it for us manually at the register. Other places will either talk their way out or not honoring the coupons or send you to the service desk and waste more of your time.

My mom and I went there to buy a grill after going to 3 other stores. When we went to buy the grill we asked the worker in that department if we could buy the display model if they didnt have another one in the back. We told her that costumer service told us we should be able to. The lady, June, proceed to say,"They don't know anything about this department they just work in costumer service." I have never heard an employee say something like that about a coworker.

Everything went as expected. I like Target and getting things online and at a good price was great. They took care of me right away and I was in and out quickly. I also like that the pick up is in the front of the store, which is convenient.

For some reason whenever I go to Target I seem to leave with a lot more than I came for. Good store location, friendly service. My only issue is it seems they are trying to force people to use the self checkouts, I personally have just never liked them.

It’s never a bad experience, but the men’s clothing is the saddest thing I’ve seen at any location. None of the men’s options are current or fashionable, and I hope that improves soon, considering the women’s section has a decent selection.
