When I went into the store today, I notified the sales associate that a dog was left outside in a car with all the windows rolled up. She said she would call her manager. I walked to aside with my cart, but could over hear them talking when the manager came out. She did not take the situation seriously at all. Stating “it’s not even hot outside, that’s just ridiculous.” Definitely won’t be coming back. Sad goodwill associates don’t get paid enough to care about the safety of animals apparently. A car on a 70 degree day within 5 minutes can reach 120 degrees inside. Educate yourself before you show ignorance towards someone being a Good Samaritan & speaking up. Hope both of you ladies get fired.

If you’re trying anything on you’ll be met with a fitting room attendant (or in my case multiple!) and they’ll do everything short of a cavity search to make sure you’re not stealing. Also! When they don’t allow you to take more than 6 items in… be VERY CLEAR that you still plan to buy the stuff they are holding or they will put it away while you are changing and argue with you about it. Poor customer service but selection and organization is exactly what you’d expect from a goodwill. Good store but if you plan to use fitting rooms go to the one by Walmart.

Rude and they sell broken items at full price. The electronic section is super unorganized. If you find an item that needs batteries there is no way to test to see if it works at the store. It was a waste of time.

While my experience in the store was just fine, not impressed with their van driver blocking 2 handicap stalls. Said somethingto one of the cashier and she said she would do something. Was in the store for half an hour and the van is still there. Unbelievably inconsiderate!! Good thing I didn't have my handicap bf along because he would've caused a scene. There is absolutely no excuse for it.

Zero stars if I could. Store closes at 8, yet they kick people out at 7:45. And the snotty “Oh you didn’t find anything?” As we left was not needed. Management, your crew on 9/22 need lessons in customer service and manners.

RUDE RUDE RUDE! Our local Goodwill have gotten terrible for customer service and prices. But items are so taped up or damaged when put on the floor and nothing is marked down for stains, damage etc. There was sooo much tape on a container with a cover I had to remove tape to make sure it didn't have mold or stains in it (as I have found happened in the past AFTER I bought the item and they will NOT give money back no matter what the reason, even if it's their fault!).Person was having trouble scanning ticket because it came off when I opened to inspect it so I wouldn't be burned again! She made me feel SOOO bad she couldn't read ticket. I grabbed it and read it back her and it came up. Point is you don't make a customer feel so awful for your staff putting such ridiculous amounts of tape on a hand painted item! She is new to the store and not a positive change. Certainly doesn't want to make me go back anytime soon! Awful customer service and OUTRAGEOUS prices for free donated items! I will donate my items to St Vincent but my family and I have not given to Goodwill for some time because they overprice everything!

Lots of stuff.nice staff.but clean your darm products.theres toasters with grim and crockpots with old food stuck to them..not sanitary.make your staff clean the products on shelf or find better staff.or pay your staff better

This place has plenty of clothes for her, him, and the kids. They have basic electronics and a lot of books and stationary items. I would definitely recommend shopping here if your on a budget or just looking for a good bargain. Place is a little messy hence the one star taken off. Still tho, 8/10 would recommend.

UNBELIEVABLE GOODWILL you should be ashamed of yourself!!! First we looked at a quesadilla maker that still had FOOD INSIDE!!Then we went to toy section so sad that they would prey on kids and parents ALL toys were broken or missing parts. If they don't want you to see, they tape it shut to make it look good. Are they giving this stuff away? No they aren't,why should anyone pay for broken things. WORST GOODWILL ANYWHERE!

Awesome record store. Best selection around and if they don't have it they'll get it. The guy behind the counter is the only employee ( and I believe the owner) and he knows more about music than most. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Fun to look for treasures and so many different brands of clothes to try and find out what works for me and the kids rather than try multiple stores. Always able to find a couple of books too.

Never will go here again. So rude! Every time I go in with my nephew this old lady that works there always complains that he makes a mess with the toys he plays with. So be careful with that lady because she will make a big deal about it.

Goodwill is pretty typical, didn't find anything too special at this location, random junk was priced fairly high like $9 khakis that weren't name brand and a $30 chair with a heavily stained cushion.

Overall a pretty nice Goodwill Store. Friendly Clerks. Not much inventory but it was a Sunday afternoon so it's pretty well picked over by the end of the weekend. I would definitely go back.
