Called Ski’s on Tuesday to see if they had a pork loin roast or if I needed to order one: “We always have them—no need to order, just stop in to pick one up.” Drove 31 miles today, Thursday, to get the roast for Easter. No roast and no apology. Drove the 31 miles back home and called another meat market and ordered a roast to pick up tomorrow.

Have enjoyed meats however this Christmas we purchased 2 ham halves. One very good the other fatty. They refused to exchange or refund it because they get t6hem from Wautoma and didn't want to take loss. Guess ok if I do. Will not risk buying anymore $50 hams from here 800

Awesome place. Meat is fresh and prices are fair. Staff is friendly and professional. Placed and order and it arrived the next day. If you're looking to avoid buying from major retailers, this is definitely the place.

So a couple of years ago I complained that the beer brats were way too salty. They used to be good. The owner reached out and offered to give me new brats but it was too far to go for that. Their regular meat and Boars Head lunch meat is great. We keep going for that. However, recently my wife stopped in for some things and decided to try the loaded baked potato brats. Weird, but what the hell? Ingredients were chicken, potatoes, powdered sour cream, onions etc. Sounded good. Grilled ‘em up. The overwhelming flavor: SALT. After all this time why do people buy these brats? They are terrible. Unless all you want is salt.Buy anything at Ski’s but brats. If you want brats drive down to Wautoma and get some good ones. Or buy Johnsonville. Anything but these.

Great friendly service. Had an awesome filet and prime ribeye. Highly recommend. A bit pricey, but you need to pay for quality. It was worth every penny!

Twice baked potatoes. 7.25 per pound. Sister said they were awesome. Do not pay the price. Very disappointed. Looked at the container. It was made on the 8th. I purchased it on the 13th. So 7 days it sat in the cooler. It was packaged in a plastic container. The outside of the potato was hard. When cooked it was pasty and gummy. I went back to tell them about it and they just said ok when I told them they needed to check how old there items were. Will never to there again.

Stopped in to get some bacon 1/2 hour before closing. Waited around for few minutes at meat counter, no other customers in store but no one helped me. I guess they were too busy cleaning up. Can't tell you if product is any good, ended up just leaving.

I love this place!!! The staff is extremely friendly, the food is so fresh tasting, and the polkas they play are a very nice touch, especially for this polish girl. They have homemade salad which are delicious as well. They also carry Boars Head deli meat which is free from artificial ingredients. The prices are a little bit higher, but after coming here I will never buy my meat from a department store again. My first time coming here, the staff treated me like a regular and it felt so nice.

I have been going to Ski's for years and I have never been disappointed. Their steaks are the best in town. The prime ribeyes and tenderloins are excellent! There are so many other items like the brats, the sweet horseradish pickles, the twice baked potatoes and potato skins, macaroni salad, .....I could go on and on. They say it best in their motto, "our quality is worth the stop!"

Meat market with butchers - get yourself a real brat, bones for bone marrow, a cut of steak, or some Oysters in the shell - they have most everything and can helpfully order items they might not have that day. Not to mention they sell Boar’s Head sandwich meat that is lights out - bodega style. All with solid, friendly and prompt service. Worth the stop. Plus, they do curbside pickup if you desire.

This by far the best place for the best quality fresh meat selections in the Stevens Point area. They always have snack sticks, chicken, steaks, burger patties, different types of pork products, lean hamburger and several types of brats. They also have a awesome deli with differen types of salads.

I was always struggling to find some beef bones to make soup and they have it! I've also come here to get some different styled cuts for Korean barbeque. Very nice staff and I have always had a pleasant experience here.

Whenever I get to Stevens Point, I make a point of stopping in Skis. They have the most luscious pork ribs. I think their prices reflect the quality of their meat. It's fun to see how many different kinds of brats they make, and they are starting to offer cheeses and other gourmet items.

MOST AMAZING MEAT MARKET IN THE MIDWEST. Beef jerky strips are our go to, but everything is amazing! The customer service could not be better! A very neccessaey stop by when heading north!!!!! Be sure to stop in and see them!

High quality meat, helpful staff. I buy all my meat from Skis. Awesome sides in the deli area as well. We especially love the bacon, filets, jerky, salmon, spinach dip, twice baked baked potatoes, and frozen pizza.

Becoming more and more disappointed in the service form Ski's. I recently called to order a whole beef tri tip. When I opened it, I was surprised that the thick layer of fat had not been trimmed. I have purchased many whole tri tips and I have never had one with the fat not trimmed off. My husband trimmed the fat off and it weighed 11oz., so about an extra $10 was added on to the cost. Not happy.

Excellent steaks, brats and sides, but if you’re gonna sell crab dip and it is popular, make some more. Display cases with no crab dip but loaded with dill dip, fiesta dip and all the others should be thinned down and replaced with more crab dip.

It is nice to have a place to get the standard and unique cuts. Did plate ribs a few times and Ribeyes many times. Dog loves the smoked beef strips.

Took my venison there for processing! Everything was labeled wrong! They said that they would make it up to me and nothing ever happened! They had their chance. On the bright side, there product was good! Just had a bad experience!

You can't beat their quality and customer service. I see complaints on here regarding price...ever hear of the saying "you get what you pay for"! I certainly don't want to be out bargain shopping for meat to feed my family!
