Was not happy that you can't take your cart out to your car, but must get your car, pull up to the side of the store, and then bring your cart out. This gives thieves sufficient time to rob your unattended cart. People with arthritis have a tough time carrying many bags at a time, and in my case I also had two heavy purchases.This definitely limits the amount I will buy at a store that I otherwise am very impressed with! I could learn to love this place! Please get cart ports.

I don’t know how this establishment is still running. For starters, they have not been paying people. Some employees are still missing their paychecks from weeks to a month ago. There’s definitely some racism going on there to. All people of color have had trouble with their checks, while the white people have had no issues with payroll. Ross hasn’t even been open for 3 months there’s absolutely no reason to be having these issues. Do not shop here. Boycott this establishment because not only are they not giving people their checks which is ILLEGAL the way they treat their employees is unacceptable!

I'm leaving 3 stars 1. Because I really do enjoy the store and all the good stuff you can find! Buuut my most recent visit was not so pleasant. I'm not sure if others are aware but the price of shoes is also written on the bottom of one of the shoes.. when I had a pair that didn't have a tag I tried to tell the lady about it and she proceeded to tell me I was wrong and charged me 19.00 for a 10.00 pair of slippers. Told me that was the size when you could clearly see the stamped size of the shoe. She then also informed me they do not sell shoes "that cheap". This was not the only time I checked the bottom of the shoes for a written number.. go to "more expensive" and they also have those written on as well.. to wrap this up, I left angry and not happy with the way I was treated.
